Breakfast was very good with a range of options (Japanese and western). Location is one block away from an Airport Express Bus stop which is a cheaper (and easier) option than train or taxi. FItness room is also well equipped.

The only negative of our entire stay was that the hotel (and most of Sapporo) was heavily booked, so we had to book a smoking room. It aired out OK and the hotel staff provided a deodoriser.

Booked a 4 night stay in a family room with 4 beds. A tip- at most, bring two large suitcases as you’ll struggle to fit anything more in the room. Breakfast was ok, but that’s being picky coming from the spread we’re used to in Australia. Room was clean however found a couple of (sealed and unused) sanitary pads in the room probably left behind by a previous guest. These were albeit hidden in a space easily missed by cleaners. The location was great, not crazy like in Susukino but close enough to walk there for meals. Best part was its close proximity to Nakajima Park for fun in the snow with kids. Unless you’re keen skiers the park provides plenty of enjoyable spaces for young kids to play in the snow.

The laundry was very busy and felt like an update was needed. Perhaps expand the room and include 3 or 4 washer/dryer combo units.

Only there for 1 night, but the room was ideal for our family. We had the twin bed plus 2x extra bed configuration. Not a huge amount of room around the beds but if we hadn't had the extra beds in there, there would have been space and furniture for a sitting area. Very clean and quiet, and very close to Nakajima Park and the subway stop. Breakfast was great, we pre-booked and it was good value with a wide selection. The kids buffet was a treat, with mini pancakes, ice cream and other things. Service was lovely and we were able to leave our baggage for a couple of hours between check-out and heading to the airport.

The pillow is too soft, but the staff is quick to provide more pillows to stack up when we requested. The location is great with walking distance to sub way and the airport bus.

The housekeeping can be improved, most times the bedsheets are not tugged in neatly, the pillows are not placed properly. Sugar is not replenished when it ran out. We had a 3 bed room. The additional bed made noise whenever we tossed and turned on the bed. This needs improvement as we are paying the rate of a 3 bed room.

The location was near to the Nakajimakoen Station and the exit with lift is nearby too, so it was easy to travel around even with many luggage. There's a Lawson directly linked to the hotel which was super convenient. Rooms are spacious with lots of seating space. King size bed was comfortable.

The lighting was very dim, in the rooms and also in the corridors. There wasn't any safe in the room as well, which was strange. The fridge also lacks chilling power. The TV is placed in front of a battered-looking sofa rather than the bed so it was hard to view the screen from the bed.

Room is spacious, furniture is old but it didn't bother us, we are there to sleep only, out most of the time. Great location, Lawson at the hotel. Near to nakajima koen station. From ibis, can walk to Sapporo station (30mins) walk, along the way, many things to see, food to eat, pass by susikino and odori stations. Fr susikino, there is an underground walkway to Sapporo station. If it's too warm or cold depending on the season you are there, use the underground walkway. Very friendly receptionist esp Ms Lu Chin Chun, she helped us with sorting out the forms for luggage sending to another hotel, really appreciate her help.

The laundry room could have been bigger and inside the machines need cleaning...lots of dust

The room was very good and so was the service. The location is good and closer to the Nagajima Park and also Airport shuttle bus stop (only for the morning transfer to Airport)

The location is close to a metro station but a stop closer to hotel for the Airport shuttle would have been the best. Also it’s a bit walk to city centre although one can take metro.

The location was great, very close to public transport and places to eat. The beds were comfy and the view from our room was awesome. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. And having a Lawson attached to the lobby was very helpful for days when we just didn't have it in us to go out anymore.

We all had some minor health issues while staying (stuffed-up noses, itchy eyes, coughing) and we suspect that it might be a mold issue due to the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms (which remain very humid after showers). Some research indicates that this is a pretty widespread issue in Japan so it doesn't appear to be unique to this hotel, but it is worth mentioning.

The location of the hotel was great, a short walk to the train station and close enough to the center of the city to just walk instead of having to rely on the train. The staff was fantastic and the room was clean and large enough for our family of 5. We loved having a restaurant and Lawson's on site!

Our only complaint was the hardness of the beds. After living in and traveling all of Japan for many years I thought I was used to the hard beds, but this hotel seemed to have the hardest beds I've experienced yet. I will say that the pillows and bedding were great though, so that helped a little bit.

First of all, the room is massive. Big sitting area Gym is pretty good for a budget property Staff were incredible helpful both at the front desk and especially in the breakfast room Location is amazing. Bus stop to airport is one minute across the street and an easy 10 minutes by subway from Kyoto station Lawson convenience store in the building was super convenient. Highly recommend 138 yen chocolate croissants if you don't feel like the buffet breakfast Cleaning staff were lovely but please get them a proper cart. The little things they are given are more like mini trollers for quick trips to the supermarket. They cannot be expected to do their best job with those pieces of crap. Great hotel and super value for money.
