Close to Nakajimakoen station , just 400 metres (around 7 minutes walk) and there are several convenient store such as Lawson and Seicomart very close by. The decoration is so western and there is free drink (wine or juice you can select) every day at 17.30-18.30. You will be welcomed with hot chocolate which is very nice for cold weather.

Quite small space for 4 people but it is typical Japanese hotel. The breakfast is soup and bread every day, eventhough the types of soup are changing. Expect to have more varieties such as fried rice, noodles, etc.

The layout and furniture, but also the whole attitude of the staff conveyed a sense of comfort and relaxation. The hotel was also conveniently placed few hundred meters from different convenience stores, as well as small supermarkets. Walking to the city center, to the nearby park or to the nearest subway station or bus stop also took only about 10-15 minutes. The staff in particular was really helpful and nice, and they all spoke English, which is not a given. They were also very professional and went out of their ways to make us feel welcomed: a warm and heartfelt thank you to all the hotel staff!!

If I have to find few faults, I can say that the bathroom was a bit small, there was moquette on the floor, which I do not particularly like and there was a strong smell of burned wood pervading the whole hotel, due to the fact that they have a sort of fireplace on the roof, which is not properly engineered. A chimney, or at least few ventilation holes and a wind barrier would do the trick.

The staff is very kind. The facilities were as expected - just like the photos! We were greeted with hot chocolate, and enjoyed the free wine in the bar in the afternoon. Because we stayed during the Snow Festival, we also had extra bonus fun offerings like free sushi during happy hour and extra snacks at breakfast. Location was perfect. A 5-minute walk to anything you would need, including the train and Nakajimakoen (Nakajima Park). It is in the middle of everything without being IN everything which was great. Plenty of food options and conbini within a 2-minute walk.

Lovely hotel, styled like a luxury log cabin. Huge king bed. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff and a nice little bar on the 10th floor with good free drinks and (when we were there for the snow festival) sushi. We walked into Susukino and Otari Park (not far) and even to the out-of-town (less touristy) fish market, but in the ice and snow some people might find walking along snowy roads tricky. Trains from airport easy, though give yourself lots of time if returning to CTS (or use IC card) as ticket lines can be long. We also noticed long lines at the airport for checkin but probably just because it was a busy week.

Absolutely love this hotel. It is extremely cozy, well thought out, and boutique style. All the amenities are great. Free breakfast was amazing a delicious soup, french bread, juice , coffee/tea. The rooftop bar is gorgeous and they offer free wine. Wifi worked great, hot water and great tub , good pillows, etc etc. All the staff was very sweet/helpful. I added nights and was able to smoothly move over in the morning to the new room. Hot chocolate on arrival is also a nice touch. I saw people comment on the warm rooms- you can easily open a window to cool off if needed. Heat is definitely a commodity here .

Unwind is in a great location with easy access to everything Sapporo has to offer. It's an easy walk to great restaurants, cafes, parks. We booked a Double Pendleton Room and were very happy. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast soup immensely and if you're visiting in the summer time, I highly recommend upgrading to a picnic brunch and taking your basket to Nakajima Park. The best part though is that the staff is unbelievably helpful. My husband lost his wallet while we were out on a bike ride and the staff helped us call the shops that we visited and the local police to file a report. The wallet was recovered in less than 24 hours and honestly wouldn't have been possible without the front desk's help. Will definitely return the next time we're in Sapporo!

I wish the curtains had been a little longer in the room because light escapes through the bottom. Given that the sun rises so early in the morning during the summer, I had a tough time sleeping in. If you like a dark room, you might consider bringing an eye mask.

Great different variety of nice soup each day delivered to your room with fresh bread .all the staff were so helpful and nice especially Kanaho she is amazing helped me with booking ski day trip organised everything that went well. The free wine each afternoon at rooftop bar with fire place was absolutely beautiful 5 star and so cosy in winter with fire places in a few spots great for winter and snow Amazing place thanks so much UNWIND we wish we could have stayed longer 10/10 for everything thankyou Kanaho

great location, staff were lovely and helpful. rooms and restaurants were very clean. small carpark available. i would stay there again but choose different room.

we stayed in the theatre king room because we travelled with 2 young kids and this had the biggest bed. would have been better if there was a wardrobe for clothes. we ended up leaving open luggage on the floor as there was no space to organise clothes and baby stuff.

When you first walk in, you see a lovely fire and friendly staff. It had the most cozy vibe and a warm welcome. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were very comfy. Having the free drinks happy hour was a really nice add on, the bar was fabulous. The breakfast was definitely recommended and tasty, a nice touch to toast the bread in your room. Would definitely come back here. Also I got to store my luggage which was very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
