it actually exceeded my expectations! The room is bigger than I imagined. Toiletries, slippers, and water were always replenished each day of my stay. I was able to use the onsen too. It was small and does the job. Nakajima Koen station is only a few steps away, along with the airport limousine bus stop which makes it very convenient travelling around Sapporo including the airport. There is a Lawson right next to the hotel and a 7/11 right across. I also appreciate that the room temperature was not set to just heat. Even though it's very cold outside, I still prefer to set the temperature in my room cool.

Contrail Restaurant. Amongst the male staff in suit only Mr Ito & female staff were consistently warm with greetings & lovely smiles. Thank you Mr Ito. P.s. my stay was for 9 nights. Buffet Breakfast at walk-in price of ¥2400 is no value for money. Items are limited, sparsedly spread out, quality is so so....as compared to other similar hotels in Hokkaido. Even as add-on to Room charge, it's not value for money. Perhaps the Breakfast items are such due to current Yen situation.

Balance between price and what we get for vacation with family, room quite spacious altough for family with kids a bit tight but still ok, just need to properly arrange your luggage and clothes neatly to have ample room space to move around, really need to have japanese way of doing things for us to fit in comfortably.

Lift will always stop at level 2, so when you are in rush to toilet it could be a problem. Breakfast menu is delicious, but if youbeat 10 straight days the same menu it can be bored, need to rotate match and mix yourself to make it enjoyable.

Modern, very clean and comfortable hotel in the center of Sapporo. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has options for almost every taste and is really good. Also there are a lot of options to eat out in the evening nearby.

Not really a negative point, but travellers with larger suitcases should be prepared, that there might not be enough space on the floor to open them completely / lay them flat when opened. At least not in the standard rooms we booked. But in the end we managed somehow and it didn‘t really diminish the overall good experience.

loved that its so close to Nakajima park, 7 eleven and the train station all within 3- 4 mins walk away. Bed was super comfy and big, bathroom was great! I loved the separate bath and shower, kind of create a sauna was lovely and wasn't afraid of things in the bathroom getting wet due to the being a door for that section. The cleaners were great and always gave us heaps of bathroom soaps and a face pamper kit which did wonders for my face before going out in the snow all day. Staff were nice, their English isn't the best but they were still helpful and kind.

We couldn't open the window! the opening lever was broken so the room got so hot all the time as the air con took awhile to kick in and didn't get that cold. besides that not much to complain about!

The hotel is very close to a subway exit, which makes it easy to get to, even in the dead of winter with lots of snow. The staff is friendly and cordial, helping whenever needed. The breakfast buffet on the ground floor is one of the better ones we have tried in Japan and has a rotating menu each day. The room was spacious and had a beautiful, modern and sleek design sense. Lots of space for luggage and even a little couch and table to get some work done. There was also an in-room Nespresso machine and there was a vending machine on one of the lower floors.

Clean hotel, we just realized it is located closely to nakajima park which is quite a beauty during winter for walk around and kids to play with snow and sled

The breakfast menu is the same throughout 10 days, fruits is limited. Probably banana is expensive in japan so we can understand that.

The hotel is really very clean. It’s big enough for our family of 4. Very comfortable room and has all the necessities you need. Highly recommend it. Nakajima park is just around the corner. Convenient stores are almost everywhere.

Maybe it’s not for those who wants to have doorsteps night life like at the Susukino or Sapporo station area.

It was a wonderful surprise to have such a large room and bath. We are normally used to smaller hotel rooms and baths when visiting Japan. Maybe being in Sapporo things are different than Tokyo and Osaka.?

We did not have an opportunity to visit the in-house Onsen as we were busy being tourists on our 3 day visit. Heard good things about it from other guests.

The property is new, modern and clean. The bathroom is spacious. There is a good size bath tub. There is a sofa area and a coffee machine which is a bonus. The buffet breakfast is quite nice too. 2 mins walk to the coach stop to the airport.

Need to walk past the red-light district after shopping with my kids.
