The hotel is rather sleek and conveniently located near multiple metro lines (and 7-Elevens) which made visiting any neighbourhood in Tokyo super smooth. The rooms are incredibly small but very clean. The bed itself is comfy enough, and we loved the bathroom. Good wifi, free bathroom accessories if you need them (toothbrushes, razors, etc.), and overall a good value for money. We'd stay there again. The staff was nice and helpful, and allowed us to leave our suitcases for an extra day for a fee.
As mentioned, the room are really small, which if you have more than 1 large suitcase means you might have to play Tetris. It is indeed advertised in the listing, but be mindful that the bathroom is rather large, so there isn't much space left for the room itself. Oh and, we could not open the window in the room, which was a bit of a bummer but not the end of the world.

We enjoyed many things about our stay with DDD Hotel. First, the check in and check out experience was very easy. The front desk staff was available 24/7 and very helpful! We also enjoyed the little details in our room, like the comfortable nightgowns and slippers.
The location was a short walk away from the station, about 7min. We could have chosen a location that is a little closer to the station, however. The street is a mixture of residential apartments and offices, so it made our walk fairly quiet. Our room (for 2 travellers, 1 bed) was very compact. This was not an issue however as we spent majority of our time outside of the hotel.

This hotel is as chic and minimal as promised, a very nice place to stay from a design perspective. Bathrooms were huge compared to other Japanese hotels we stayed in.
We had a double facing the back which was quiet but the kids had a triple facing the busy street out front and were woken up early every day from a combination of the loud traffic and lack of good blackout blinds. I expect that in the UK but everywhere else we have stayed in Japan has been sound proof and dark so that was annoying. The signage for the hotel is also very minimal in line with their style - so keep your eyes peeled or you'll miss it like we did.

We loved the amazing communication and reception at check-in and check-out. The room was cleaned daily, which improved our holiday greatly. All the amenities were greatly appreciated and used. What really exeeded our expectations was the absolutely fantastic breakfast. Everything was refilled automatically and the selection was brilliant. The bar in the evening was on the same level. Our highlight was the table at the window, at which breakfast tasted even better. Thank you very much for such an amazing stay!
Dusting in certain corners could have been a little better but overall the room was very clean. There was little room to hang clothes, nonetheless we managed well even with to big suitcases. You can also hear the noise from the street below, but it didn’t bother us at all.

Good location, beautiful design, good value for money. There is a restaurant, cafe and a bar in the hotel. Feels like they really care about small details, even though it is a minimalistic place, it feels cozy and welcoming. The cosmetics in the bathroom are gorgeous! It is nice and clean and it was a pleasure to come back to the room after a whole day of exploring Tokio🎎!
Maybe I would appreciate more Japanese options in a restaurant/cafe. They breakfast/lunch options are lacking that local touch - in my personal opinion - but are still tasty and good!

Clean, simple room, spacious enough for 2 travelers with suitcases and one backpack/bag each. These hotel rooms are compact but that is the norm in most of Asia's major cities. Appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability and the clean aesthetic of the rooms.
Would have loved if there were some hooks on the walls to hang bags/clothes off of since the closet was located in the back corner by the bed. Breakfast was a bit pricey for the options compared to other hotels in the area, even with the 10% discount. Also, no onsen!

Very helpful staff, we needed to check in early and they were very accommodating (there was a charge but we were told this when we made the early check-in request). The room was small, but this was expected, as with most hotels in Japan, we managed with our checked bag and cabin bag. The bathroom was a good size for the room, and the Japanese toilet was the best from our trip. Everything in the room was clean and the toiletries were nice and there was a nice selection of teas. Nice choice of food and drink for breakfast.

Room had its own private shower and toilet, It had a spacious bed and the air con worked well. The staff members were amazingly helpful with 24/7 front desk available it felt like i could always turn to them for help ESPECIALLY GEORGE! He was such a big help in helping me book things and updating my suica cards. Super thankful for his hospitality!
The rooms were a bit small if you have a big heavy suitcase, so you found yourself adjusting the room often. The window in the room does not open up so there is no fresh air in the room. Other than that it’s great! Maybe a better hairdryer would be good to have in the room.

I loved everything at the hotel; the neighbourhood is quieter but also well situated. Very random, but if you love beads charms, and other things, there are a good 5 stores (if not more) that will interest you, haha. I will definitely come back
Only things is that the window don't open so smell can stick to the carpet , which I have heard is the case for other Hotels in Tokyo. Nothing that can't be fixed by asking them an air purifier or just letting the door of your room open for a bit/

DDD hotel is clean and minimal, as you first walk in you could be mistaken to think it is a beautifully curated art gallery - everything has its place. It’s set on over 9 floors, with the cafe reception and restaurant on the 2nd floor. The decor is beautiful, and I also liked my room. You will need to pay separately for breakfast which is a continental selection - yoghurts, fruits and eggs and salads. Again all very well presented and they make great coffee. I had a job interview on one of the days and George (who was absolutely fantastic!) made efforts to reserve me a table and make my experience as comfortable as possible. The location is also fantastic easy to move your suitcase from the station to the hotel etc and easy to get into central. Thank you for a lovely stay, and partially thank you to George you are the best :)
I would say my room was on small side but as a solo traveller this wasn’t an issue as I had a place for my suitcase. If you are in a couple, I would suggest putting one of your suitcases in reception but I appreciate this could be a little annoying. Best to book the larger room if you’re a couple.
