The location. surrounded by izakayas

I was surprised at how poor the upkeep and maintenance was. From being super satisfied for the first few stays to disappointment. Several lights were blinking in the rooms we booked. A sink’s drainage was slow to drain. only two packs of tea. No water bottles like before.

Extremely convenient location, just a short walk away from two different train lines that can take you to other parts of the city. Bathroom was a nice size and friendly for people who might struggle with movement around the bathroom; tub had textured flooring and was deep enough for a bath but not too tall that it was problematic to step over. View from the rooms was nice and the amenities were readily available. Would stay here again any time, highly recommend.

The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but also somewhat expected. If you plan on staying here, I would recommend trying to bring smaller and fewer bags and suitcases otherwise you might be a bit cramped.

The hotel is at Asakusabashi Station. You can reach almost every part of Tokyo very easily with public transportation. There are many stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The inhouse restaurant (Indian food) was very delicious. The staff from the hotel is very friendly and helps you with information and requests. The room was small but that’s a standard size in Tokyo so we had no problems there. Everything was clean. The washing machines and dryer at the hotel were very clean. Thank you for the amazing stay, we would like to come back again

There is nothing negative

It's in a really good location next to Asakusabashi Station. A lot of restaurants and stores near and is very quiet at night. You can get to Akihabara, Sensō-ji, Skytree town and some other places by walking from there. The checking in went fast, the room was a bit smaller than expected, but really nice and well kept. Some days I also got some green tea packets. The cleaning crew made the bed and changed the toiletries every single day. The room is well equipped, steam cleaner, water boiler, you get toothbrushes and -paste, if you don't have an adapter, the sockets have USB outs as well. It was really convenient, because I flew to Japan with a backpack only and really few things to leave space for my holy grails of souvenirs. You can watch a few channels on the tv, some channels have game shows and anime, it also has Netflix, but you have to pay for it on your own. With the key card you can enter the building 0-24, just touch, head to the lift and straight to your room. The laundry room seems nice too, I just didn't get to use it because it seemed complex without English text telling me what to do and also seemed expensive for the amount of clothes I brought, so I did it elsewhere. The robots are fantastic too, you just not really interact with them more than once under your stay. Also the human staff is really nice too and even if they don't speak fluent English, they're really patient and take the time to mess with translating apps and such to understand you and make your stay comfy. Ps. Sorry that I don't have better pics, what they provide are accurate, I just wanted to add something 😅

The location was incredibly convenient, with the train station just 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. What's great is that you can take one train from Narita airport and be at Asukabashi station without the hassle. A few steps away are plenty of dining options and convenience stores. I appreciated that the room and bathroom are slightly bigger than those in most hotels I've stayed in at Tokyo. The staff were generally helpful, especially the older gentleman who assisted us during check-in—he's probably the manager. Prior to check-in, they are also responsive to messages in case you have certain requests. In my case I asked for a room with a view, extra pillows and more. While the concept of the robot staff is interesting, I still prefer the warmth of human interaction.

Nothing really, but hotel could add complimentary bottled water in the room as an amenity. Like other hotels, they can offer extras such as coffee and snacks at the lobby during early evenings.

The location was close to several combinis and two train lines. Was convenient to get to many places. Very quiet hotel, clean and comfortable.

Nothing but if I had to pick, there’s only two washer and dryers. Doesn’t help if another guest leaves their clothes in the dryer when time is up and doesn’t come back to take them out. Maybe put a basket in the laundry room to remove uncollected clothes so someone else could use the dryer. And if you’re a guest at the hotel and can see people waiting, don’t be inconsiderate and stand there folding your clothes one by one from the dryer!

Our stay was great! We liked the room, it was well organised and very clean. The robots at check in were a fun experience. We rented the VR for 3 days and enjoyed it a lot. The buffet breakfast was robust and very enjoyable, with a variety of meals from different cuisines. After we checked out we used a free service to store our suitcases for half a day which helped a lot. There were multiple small perks which made us feel that the hotel strives to take really great care of its guests: room cleaning every day, microwave available for all guests in the common room in 2nd floor, free umbrellas, the blinds in the room were full black-out which was really helpful to provide for a really nice sleep. The staff were exceptional, all our special requests were addressed. We really loved our stay.

The room and the bathroom were tiny, but we knew it and it is quite standard for Japan. At the same time it was well designed, so it was ok. Also the pillows were not super comfortable.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, especially by Tokyo standards. It’s also very well located, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any questions or needs. I was very happy with my choice and felt welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, making it a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

The hotel is of easy access. The breakfast is a blend between Indian and Japanese and it is very good. The streets nearby feel very authentic with a lot of Japanese bars and restaurants not aimed at tourists.

I don't see the point of the mannequins... It's not that the hotel is ran by robots. No. There are real people watching from a closed room and they eventually show up if they think you need help. It's a bit creepy. They advertise having robot concierges available (seen in James May in Japan) but it doesn't exist...

Location was very convenient with both JR and metro station right outside the door. The room was well appointed. Self-service luggage storage worked well. The breakfast is in the Indian restaurant on the ground floor, with an interesting and delicious mix of Japanese, Indian, and some Western food. The automated check-in and check-out worked well for me.

The check-in robots don't do much: automated check-in terminal which triggers some canned animations for "welcome" and "enjoy your stay". Some of the dancing little robots were malfunctioning. No other robots in sight anywhere. Overall still a fun gimmick.
