Great location- very close to metro station and lots of food options a short walk away! Staff were very helpful and the hotel provided lots of amenities and even had an onsen on site! It was my first trip to Japan so not sure what the room sizes are usually like but I had plenty of space in mine and I'm pretty tall (and not so slim 👀) so guessing the rooms are bigger than most in Tokyo!

I accidentally booked a smoking room and the entire floor plus the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Not surprising, I suppose but worth bearing in mind if that's the only option available but you don't smoke. The smell did lessen with freshener spray (provided by the hotel) and airing the room.

Hope the staff can understand as I tried to communicate with them with simple English they do not understand.

Modern, clean and very comfortable, the room was a good size and the hotel offered all the amenities you would expect. With access to two main train routes you can get to all the best tourist sightseeing spots with ease. Also the local area around the hotel offered great night life and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, without it being disturbing while you were in the hotel relaxing. Also the on site Onsen was fantastic to help you wind down after a long day, and the staff were very friendly and very helpful it was all around a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It's a great hotel and the location is amazing! The station is close and everything was nearby. We loved the Asakusa region so much! The staff were great, they speak English. We shipped our luggage through them to Kyoto and it arrived in a day! They also kept our other luggage with them on our last day until we went to scroll around for the last time. There's also a great restaurant right under our nose, Ootoya, which has amazing food for cheap! I recommend this hotel, everything was great, and if we ever come back to Japan we will definitely stay here again!

The room was pretty big and had a nice view, it was very clean, the location is amazing, less than a 3 min walk away from the metro station (Asakusa line), the area around the hotel is pretty calm and quiet, there are several convenience stores nearby. The breakfast was really good, there was a very good selection of everything. There are vending machines, laundromat and an ice machine, you get free coins for the vending machines if you opt for "eco cleaning", which means they will provide you with fresh towels and clean out the trash everyday, they just won't do the deep cleaning. The stuff is very kind, polite and professional, they speak English and are very helpful. There was also a power adapter in the room for several different types of cables, so you don't need to bring or buy your own.

Staff are very helpful and attentive to what you need. I had mentioned to the front desk that I was experiencing a lot of bed bug bites in my room and they opted to switch my rooms immediately with no charge. Their facilities are decent, the washing machines are the standard wash/dry combo which I prefer and they have good housecleaning practices.

I was experiencing bed bug bites in my first hotel room and after switching rooms I no longer had that issue. One issue that slightly bothered me was that the hot water in the shower would occasionally turn very cold briefly then go back to hot water. Not sure if it’s a hot water supply issue but it happened every time I used the shower.

The room and the public bath were very comfortable and clean. Good location near several metro stations. Excellent and varied breakfast.

Breakfast was between 07:00 and 09:00 only, and check-out was until 10:00 in the morning. These were the drawbacks.

Helpful, welcoming, and friendly staff. Got drink vouchers for choosing the eco friendly cleaning option which was nice. There is a sento (public bath), which I enjoyed using either first thing in the morning or before sleeping. My partner has small tattoos. The staff have bandages readily available for selling to cover up the tattoos before entering the sento. The bed was big enough for 2 adults (I'm 193cm). The location is great, while not being in one of the main touristic hubs. Lots of great food options, 3 min walk from Asakusabashi station, and about a 20 min walk to Sensoji Temple. We landed in Narita airport. And all we had to do was take the Keisei Narita Skyaccess to Asakusabashi station with no train transfers, which was super convenient for us traveling with two carry ons and one check in luggage. I'm only docking one point and giving a hotel a 9/10 since some parts of the walls need cleaning and a bit of the wallpaper is peeling off.

The location was great! 2 min apart from Asakusabashi metro and train station, there you could catch the train and be in Akihabara in just 1 train stop. The bed was pretty big, they had public baths (which I personally didn't try but I saw lots of people going there), vending machines, free toiletries everyday... The service was really nice, they help you with everything and everyone is very polite. I would recommend this hotel to everybody :)

We couldn't use the washing machines because they were always busy and they were only 3 of them. But close to the hotel there is a laundry store which was convenient. The bed was slightly harsh, even though you could sleep really well.

The staff was always kind and helpful. The rooms were quite spacious considering the standard size of Japanese hotel rooms, I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The bathroom had a weird smell but it looked clean. I have tattoos so I couldn’t use the public bath, I’m not really pressed about it since it wasn’t my first time in Japan and I know tattoos are frowned upon it it’s still a bit disappointing in places where most people are foreign tourists.
