Our quad room was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. The location was so convenient- we walked to Senso-ji temple and to Ueno, we used JR from asakusabashi, and metro from Kuramae. Taito city bus loop right out the front, small supermarket two doors away and 24 hour supermarkets within an easy walk. Washing machines and driers were great.

The books were a great read during our stay. The room was enough for my family of 5. The facilities in the room such as the dining table, kitchen area, fridge and crockeries made our stay in the room very comfortable.

Although it was unmanned, I found the staff very responsive to emails. The fact you didnt need a room card and were given room codes to get in was great. Location was good, 4 minutes walk to Kuramae station. It was a quieter station but on the Asakusa and Toie Oedo line both giving good access. It was a bonus that we could get a direct train to Haneda taking around 40 minutes and costing a family of 4 £7 at 5am in the morning. A really good size apartment with 2 toilets and a bunk bed for the kids and 3 beds, 2 for my husband and I and the other one for suitcases. Shower was nice.

The shower pressure could have been better. Nothing else, it was all good!

New apartment where you could see Tokyo sky tree from your room. Spacious room with complete amenities. Washing machine, refrigerator, stove and free delicious drip coffee in lobby. No staff at all. You do check in and check out by yourself. The nearest station is Kuramae station, which have direct line to Haneda airport, walking distance about 300-400m. Not much to see in the area. Akihabara is 20minutes walking distance.

No staff and they dont clean your room during your stay (we booked 6 nights and no cleaning) unless you are willing to pay the cleaning fee.

The room is spacious compared to Tokyo stays, the room we had is a bit different from the one shown in preview but is as good as in the descriptions made. The bathroom is well staged, It has a separate wc/shower. There is a place for three people with separate beds. Lot of amenities as described too, for those interested you have a fridge, a hob and microwave. The only missing thing (conform to what is stated), no iron is provided at the place (just a detail) so better bring your own

Nothing, just no staff at place, communication is done through messages but very responsive.

No windows that u can see the outside there is small one in the sink side but it was fix close and smoke glass its like your staying in a ICU of a hospital.no appliance for ironing of clothes And the problem there since it was not a hotel it was very inconvenient if your flight will be at night and the check out time is 11am you cannot leave your things( no concerge) u must put it on the coin locker which are full or you have to go to the airport early.time will be waisted that u can still use to roam on the city.

Our room had 2 toilets. Also the stapled bed is handy for family with kids.

You cannot check-in until 15.00. Check-in and check-out process is done manually via 1 of 2 tablets next to the hotel entrance. We arrived just before 15.00 and there were already 2 other groups that were standing in front of the tablets, but could not check-in because they could only check-in from 15.00. Check-in/check-out area is small and narrow, so was a bit crowded around 15.00

Check-in was a breeze even though the facility was unmanned. Just needed to follow the instructions provided to me prior to my check-in, key in necessary info in the tablet at the lobby before I was able to access my room. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4.

The location was a little far away from amenities and eateries. Had to walk quite a distance to look for food and convenience stores. The vicinity also seemed a little deserted (at least during the evening hours when we were there).

The room itself was perfect for our needs. There was the perfect number of beds and we even got two bathrooms which was great. The layout of the room was also perfect for our needs. It was a great stay.

One of the bathrooms had a bidet that didn't work. I don't know if that was on purpose. Also there needed to be soap in both bathrooms to wash hands to make it a little easier. In case someone was using the other bathroom they had to wait. Yes there was dish soap that could have been used, but some people may not use that on their hands.
