Our quad room was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. The location was so convenient- we walked to Senso-ji temple and to Ueno, we used JR from asakusabashi, and metro from Kuramae. Taito city bus loop right out the front, small supermarket two doors away and 24 hour supermarkets within an easy walk. Washing machines and driers were great.

The books were a great read during our stay. The room was enough for my family of 5. The facilities in the room such as the dining table, kitchen area, fridge and crockeries made our stay in the room very comfortable.

No windows that u can see the outside there is small one in the sink side but it was fix close and smoke glass its like your staying in a ICU of a hospital.no appliance for ironing of clothes And the problem there since it was not a hotel it was very inconvenient if your flight will be at night and the check out time is 11am you cannot leave your things( no concerge) u must put it on the coin locker which are full or you have to go to the airport early.time will be waisted that u can still use to roam on the city.

The room is spacious compared to Tokyo stays, the room we had is a bit different from the one shown in preview but is as good as in the descriptions made. The bathroom is well staged, It has a separate wc/shower. There is a place for three people with separate beds. Lot of amenities as described too, for those interested you have a fridge, a hob and microwave. The only missing thing (conform to what is stated), no iron is provided at the place (just a detail) so better bring your own

The apt was spacious by Tokyo standards. 4 people fit in comfortably. The two toilets + 1 shower combo was particularly helpful. Check in was via computer as we check out. All easy and seamless. The hotel was quite clean! The amenities such as pjs were nice. Bathroom had nice soap, shampoo and conditioner. Other amenities such as coffee could be picked up in lobby. Location was 5-6 min walk to subway- perfect! Convenience stores are nearby, as are restaurants and cute coffee shops. Coin laundry in building. An excellent place to use as a base for Tokyo sight-seeing. Our family was quite comfortable.

The room itself was perfect for our needs. There was the perfect number of beds and we even got two bathrooms which was great. The layout of the room was also perfect for our needs. It was a great stay.

One of the bathrooms had a bidet that didn't work. I don't know if that was on purpose. Also there needed to be soap in both bathrooms to wash hands to make it a little easier. In case someone was using the other bathroom they had to wait. Yes there was dish soap that could have been used, but some people may not use that on their hands.

Rooms were spacious. There were 2 toilets, 1 shower room and separate wash basin area - makes it very convenient for many pax to use at the same time. a few convenience stores nearby. Kids loved the room with the bunk beds. Lots of charging points available.

could provide more hanging hooks in the shower rooms or wash basin area to hang up towels, clothes etc. need to be careful of the locks to check and make sure they are secured. one of the toilet bidets wasn't working but not a big issue. contacted the customer service via email and chatbot and they were very responsive, just that I didn't have time to follow up with them coz to tired each day from the sightseeing.

There are 5 beds available which is enough for our group. Plenty of wash rooms available, 1 shower room and 2 comfort rooms which is very convenient. Some complimentary items like coffee, tea, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc., are also provided. An elevator is available which is good since we have plenty of luggages. There are nearby train station, convenience stores, and a 24 hour restaurant which is great. The staff were also very responsive of our inquiries and they have provided clear instructions for checkin and checkout procedures. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Tokyo and very affordable. Since it was a self check-in hotel, we had a challenge with the luggage delivery service but we were able to resolve it, by going to the nearest yamato branch, and learn from this experience. Aside from this, no complaints from our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay so much the first time around in Jan 2024 that we had to book it again on our return to Japan Jan 2025. Our 12 &14 year old love the privacy of their bunks. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. So close to station and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of main areas. Grocery store and restaurants all so close. The apartment is always impeccable. Kids love the guest Pyjamas. I really can’t fault this at all l.
