- Quite, Clean, Safe and Comfortable place. - Specious capsules (enough comfortable space ) - The capsule lightning is great 👍 it can be adjusted to many levels. - Wide and specious luggages space under the capsule with a lock 🔑 - They give you new clean pijamas everyday, you never need to wear the same pijamas for more than one night. - They give you new clean three different sized towels everyday. - The floor temperature was great!, not cold, not hot. - The showers are 🙌🏻 Great !, each shower is having their own small private room so you can change your clothes or prepare your self for a shower privately, also the shower rooms are prepared with body shampoo, Hair shampoo and a hair conditioner. - New toothbrushs and toothpastes are available 24 hours in the bathrooms area. - Hair dryers are available in the shower area. - Vending machine is available in the same floor in a separated room, very fast to access if you woke up at night and you would like to drink something. - Washing machine is available also in a separated room. - They have a lobby for eating and reading. - Location is great. - You can store your luggage at the hotel after check out for free ! - In case of 🌧️ rainy weather, you can take an umbrella from the hotel for free rental !

I was enjoying the advantages of this hotel, i didn't pay attention to any minor

Location is superb and the staff are very friendly! The staff could accommodate to my requests which I'm super grateful for! :D Nearest train station is less than 2 minutes walk so I didn't have to lug my luggage for too long and there are SO MANY konbinis & places to eat nearby. I love walking around the neighbourhood (Asakusa is 10 minutes away)! I stayed here for 2 weeks and I got capsule cleaning for 2 days (you can choose the days). I know many capsule hotels you have to leave a couple of hours everyday for them to clean which I find inconvenient. The capsule is super comfortable (the mattress is not thin for me) and there's no one above/below you. I also could store my luggage plus other things locked underneath the capsule (there's plenty of storage space!).

Honestly its not a big deal but it'd be great to have water dispensers on every floor instead of just the lounge

As a solo female traveler, this place was perfect. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The female-only floor was especially reassuring, with the bathrooms and showers conveniently on the same level. Fresh towels and pajamas were provided daily, and the cleaning staff was thoughtful—for example, they placed my forgotten hair clip in a new bag. Everything felt very safe and well-organized.

Nothing in particular. My stay was smooth and enjoyable throughout.

The hotel has a very good position, close to the asakusa and oedo metro line. The amenities and services are very standard and compared to other hotel or hostel I stayed at on the low side. The laundry room has a good efficient dryer and washer, and they are not overpriced. The lounge space is very useful to eat a snack or hang out a bit outside of your room. Around the hotel there are a few restaurants and combini, is a very quiet area.

Free amenities and services are limited at the core essential, for Japanese standards they are on the lower end. Overpriced for what they are offering.

the shower and toilet facilites exceed our expectations and the guests staying are all considerate. This is the first time we are staying in a capsule hotel and we were worried at first but it was a pleasant surprised. The arrangement were also thoughtful with the bag provided for us to carry the necessary to the toilet and shower facilities. Location is also surperb as very near to subway and next to eateries for breakfast!

i think security can be improved as in there it should require a tap of our card in order to enter the "bedrooms" as there were no lock to where the ladies are sleeping and there should be better security to prevent access by man although i know the lift already required card access to go to the women's level

My capsule was very clean and comfortable. It was super quiet and the bathroom facilities were super clean. I liked the fact that there was a place to lock my luggage and my valuables inside the capsule. The location is very convenient as it is like 1 minute walk from Kuramae station and several convenient stores and 24-hour restaurants nearby! Bonus point for the lounge where we can read mangas (even English versions are provided).

There was everything you might need in a bathroom. Enough space, to put your things or hang, and lots fo good details. The bed was comfortable. You have locked luggage storage under your bed which I liked a lot, and a small locker for your valuables.

Each staff has different language skills. It was my second stay (12 days ago, I stayed here for another 2 days) They got my passport in my first stay and they had copied already. That's why my passport was in my luggage, I provided its copy for them, he insisted that I should provide the passport again and copied it again. He didn't listened to me or did'nt understand me.

Locked luggage space, all functions when you are in bed, lightening, small locker, bed was comfortable. Location was 2 mins walk from kuramae st and it is good there is direct line for haneda airport.. Staff was usually gentle, they try to help when you ask something but from my experience, they do their job, they are not very talkative:) In shared bathrooms, you have everytging you need, some nice details, too. Water, hot water is available. Common area is big enough with different styles seating arrangements, individuals or tables but noone yalks to eachother. It is about us, travellers. Some small warm up activities would be really good! Happy hour, etc.

Had an amazing stay here! Facilities are all super clean, modern, and comfortable. The pods are very spacious, the area under the bed is quite large and fit my luggage + all my belongings very easily. The pods are also well equipped with a TV, foldable table, outlets, and even a little lock box. Extra bonus was that it's right next to the train station, which made it very convenient to get around Tokyo. I spent 4 nights here and would 100% stay here again!

Only minor complaints are that the pillow was a bit too hard for my personal preference, and the heating was a bit too strong / pods would get a bit hot and stuffy

i had a great stay at MyCUBE by MYSTAYS Asakusa! The facilities were clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The cube-style rooms offered just the right amount of privacy, and I really appreciated the convenient location near the station, combini and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only downside was the noise during the night—some guests nearby would pack their bags late at night or very early in the morning, and the sound really carries in the shared space. It disrupted my sleep a few times.
