The staff at the hotel was very helpful and professional in their approach to any additional requests. The room was very ergonomic for a solo traveler, and while the bathroom was slightly smaller than expected there was still enough space to move around comfortably. The breakfast food selection was quite good and the quality of it was very well. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at this location for any short to average length of stay.

The only complaint was a lack of much natural light in the room, especially in the morning hours.

The location is excellent. Close to kuramae station and asakusa station which is the starting point for nikko. Staff are courteous. Rooms are comfortable and toiletries are provided including night suit. Many choices to eat nearby.

Bathrooms are very high and uncomfortable for older people to step out. Bathtubs are very high and again not easy to get into. Breakfast is japanese and not labelled so for non japanese travellers difficult to understand. Toilet spray has japanese labels.

Location was good, in the middle of Kuramae, with short walking distance to Asakusa (Senso-ji) and other areas. Bed was comfy and you also get access to AC, which is conveniently right next to the bed. Breakfast was in buffet-style, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. If you can’t manage to attend the breakfast in time (it’s from 6 to 9 AM), you can just head to the 7-Eleven which is right next to the hotel. Staff were quite friendly and spoke English very well as well!

Bathroom is quite small, and being on quite the tall side for an European, it made it a bit uncomfortable. Mirror was also quite low in place in the bathroom. Also lights were quite clunky in the room. Only way to switch on/off lights is to insert your keycard in a slot by the door to the room. This is quite the hassle if you want to switch the lights off for the night, making you have to get up in order to do so.

I only stayed here 1 night, but was really impressed by the quality of the room for the value. The room was relatively large for a double. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, holding my bags early and helping me check my bag weight. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying. No issues with the WiFi, TV, bed, or bathroom. Great location close to Asakusa and Kuramae subway. Had washer & dryer in lobby, refrigerator in hotel room.

If check-in was earlier than 4PM, it would be perfect!

Away from bustling tourist area of asakusa, yet still within walking distance of attractions. 7-11 is just a few feet away, and AEON express. Room and bathroom clean. They have all the amenities you need for your stay without having to bring your own. Highly recommended

Breakfast was basic, very japanese style

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel location is very good. I always choose Toyoko Inn hotels, I like almost everything about them. Asakusa is the best location in Tokyo at my stays in Japan.

The room had a window that faced to the wall of another building, so nothing could be seen. It was dark the whole time.

The room was fabulous. The size was incredible and it's felt like a real luxury compared to my previous stays in hostels in Tokyo. The price for 9 days was also very good and I have no complaints there. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and I appreciated how clean the entire premises was.

Great location. Close enough to Asakusa station and the sights without the crowds. Two metro lines minutes away, including one for Haneda and Narita airports. Staff are nice and hospitable. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was decent.

Located near the tourist attractions but still quiet. Also near the subway stations. Even only need one subway away from Narita. The room is compact yet effective. The breakfast is pretty basic but all good.

The room feels a little bit old.

Very nice staffs, specially the breakfast ladies. Made you feel welcomed every morning.

The bed is on the harder side. The bathroom ceiling is low.
