Great location, nice size for 3 adults and 2 children

No much storage and a clothes drying rack would be useful too

The balcony view was so beautiful. The location is very convenient. Close to subways and buses with easy access. The washing machine works as both washing and drying. It was a clean place as well and we felt very comfortable. There is no elevator and we were on the fifth floor but that was ok with going up the stairs. Truly an amazing and comfortable stay. The staff was also very nice and responsive with emails with any inquiries

The location and especially the scenery. The apartment is bright and airy. Direct train line to Narita airport but need to walk further to an entrance with lift. Big washing machine with dryer to wash your clothes.

Space was cramped for 4 adults, but expected in Tokyo. Stairs are narrow and steep, not suitable if you have elderly folks.

Excelent option to stay with a family in Tokio, great location . Nice view over the river and the Tokio Tower with its amazing lights at night time. There is a nice promenade next to the river for jogging or night walks. Very functional apartment with optimal use of space and walking distance to Asakusa area, metro and convenience stores nearby, beeing a very quiet neigbourhood. Would come back without doubt.

Great location with access to many subway stations and can be used as a base for exploring the city. It has an amazing view of the Sumida river. The place was clean and everything worked as expected. Bonus point it has two showers which saves time to get ready.

The location was really good, near to asakusa station & other shops, malls & the sensoji temple. We were informed that there were no elevator but the staff was very kind, he helped us to carry the luggages.

The space is quite small, were 4 adults but the spaces would be ideal for 2-3 adults HOWEVER it was very clean & the bed was so soft!! Definitely the highlight of the room.

The room was fully equipped. Location was good. Room was satisfactorily clean. The stay was a pleasant one. Owner was very responsive.

Stairs no elevators. Heavy luggage will be a problem. Not spacious but expected for rooms in Tokyo.

- The view from the balcony facing to the Tokyo Skytree was an absolute joy for everyone who stayed in the property. - It was also close to 2 different stations: Kuramae and Asakusa. - As Muslim travelers, we enjoyed some of the famous halal restaurants not too far from the hotel (Ayam-Ya Ramen, Gonpachi, and Panga). - Some convenience stores such as Family Mart, 7-eleven and Lawson were also within walking distance. It was also easy to commute from/to Narita airport since there's a direct line to the airport, very wonderful for everyone with big suitcases. - Also staying in this area was also very relaxing as it was quite and just next on the side of Sumida river where we could see ppl took morning or even evening run. - The kitchen provides complete sets of dining plates and cutleries + cups and glasses. It also has microwave, small fridge and electrical stove which we found it very useful for quick meal preps during breakfast or late night supper. Totally great value for money! :)

- Absence of elevator was definitely the major thing that should take further consideration. Especially if you're traveling with kids or older parents with big suitcases - There's no centralized heater but there were 2 AC (inside the bedroom and the living room) which were great for upper body part, but as Tokyo got colder when were there it tend to give extra cold on our feet which couldn't be accommodated with the AC - The stove hood on top of the kitchen set was quite painful for those who have body height like myself (around 180cm or taller) as it kept hitting my head a few times and it was quite painful. The property owner might want to consider putting a rubber or something else to ensure the end corner of the box is safe for tall visitors

The reception is situated quite near the main station. You may store your luggage temporary there. Most conveniently, the reception will help you transport your luggage directly to the hotel where you stay, which is super. The staffs were polite and were kind to reply what you asked and provided you tips about attractions which are worthy going. In addition, free coffee is provided while the staff replenished capsules from time to time.

We booked a room with terrace but we found it nothing special disappointedly. Besides, it is overall good.
