My daughters and I loved everything about our stay at the Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Close to markets and local stores. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially when it was our first time in Japan. We stayed at the hotel for 16 days it was home for us and the staff were like family to us. Will definitely be staying at the hotel in the future. Not to be biased but Ken was our favorite staff member, he booked us cabs, wrote out a map of what trains to catch and where we needed to go. We miss Ken and his friendly smile already. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel 100% .

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Comfortable modern room, with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed made it nice for families. Had good blackout curtains for helping with jet lag. Nice shower and separate toilet room. Liked that we had a doorcode so didn't have to carry around key. Very close to subway (3 minutes walk) and several different convenience stores. 8 minute walk from the train from Narita. Quieter neighborhood made it easy to relax in chaos of a big city. Coffee, tea and water available in the lobby. Staff helpful with recommendations.

Not as many restaurants open nearby as other accomodations in Japan, but easily solveable with Google Maps.

The room was quite spacious and came with all the necessary amenities — we were especially impressed by the well-equipped kitchen and quality cooking utensils. The location, nestled between two metro stations, made it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. Set in a residential area, the surroundings were peaceful and quiet at night — a welcome contrast after a full day in the hustle and bustle of the city. Special shoutout to the staff as well — they were exceptionally helpful, especially in assisting us with organising luggage delivery. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay we truly appreciated.

The front desk was so friendly and helpful. They also went above and beyond in helping us track down a lost phone. Location was perfect -- only a few blocks from Kuramae Station which connected easily to Shibuya, Shinjuku, DisneySea, etc, but also offered a quiet respite from the crowds after a long day. Easy walk to Senso-ji (which let us beat the crowds in the morning) and to Hoppy Street and other shops and restaurants in Asakusa. Plenty of space in the room for our family of four, and our teens enjoyed having their own "zone" on the tatami mat.

No free cleaning of at least every 2-3 days Garbage we throw by ourselves though we managed it and expected to do it bec it is a service apartment, the kitchen exhaust is a bit weak. Provide something to lessen smell of room from simple cookings.

Loved the location in Kuramae in a quiet street but just minutes to train stations and the 711. The room was great - we stayed 8 nights so it was ideal to have a dining table and washing machine. The staff were very friendly and we loved coming back to our quiet area after a busy day. We used the Oedo Line train station alot, as it was located at the end of the street and so convenient. We booked 6 months out and got a good price. We were so happy with this Section L brand - can highly recommend!

The beds were quite hard, but that was it. Everything was great - they had thought of everything and it was exceptionally clean. I liked that it didn’t have carpet so my allergies/ asthma were fine!

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. The space, cleanliness, location, staff and facilities were exceptional. Space - comparing other hotels we stayed at in Japan, this room layout was luxurious. It really felt like an studio apartment. Cleanliness - from the main foyer, lift, hallways and room, everything was spotless. And the hotel had a great scent. Location - this hotel was close to public transportation and the main shopping area / shrines of Asakusa. Staff - They were friendly and helpful. Facilities - Laundry machine, aircon, fridge, microwave etc. was great too.

We had to get amenities at the front desk which could be inconvenient at times. One of the bed was quite small, I wished it was placed with a single King or Queen sized bed instead.

Excellent location, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There are two subways nearby too, Kuramae is very close but has slightly less connections. Asakusa is a wonderful neighborhood and a great place to land and get oriented. The room is very clean, comfortable and tidy with all the amenities you need, including a washer and dryer! (Gold!!!), grill, hob, microwave and fridge.

The room is small (but this is Japan), but there's nowhere to leave an open case.

The staff’s help was really great and we enjoyed the rooms facilities immensely. Everything from the high tech toilet to the water filter on the sink made our time indoors excellent. The space of Section L rooms really made a difference for our toddler as well. Hard to find this amount of space at this price in Tokyo.

We just wish it hadn’t rained so much but that had nothing to do with the property. Really great stay.

The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the subway station and plenty of places to eat including a 7/11. The area is quiet and safe and an easy 10 minute walk to all the main tourist spots in Askusa. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, we were a family of four with two teens and they were very confortable on the bunk beds as were we in the two twins pushed together. If you have a lot of luggage it may not work as they are small rooms and there is not much floor space for luggage.
