My daughters and I loved everything about our stay at the Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Close to markets and local stores. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially when it was our first time in Japan. We stayed at the hotel for 16 days it was home for us and the staff were like family to us. Will definitely be staying at the hotel in the future. Not to be biased but Ken was our favorite staff member, he booked us cabs, wrote out a map of what trains to catch and where we needed to go. We miss Ken and his friendly smile already. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel 100% .

No free cleaning of at least every 2-3 days Garbage we throw by ourselves though we managed it and expected to do it bec it is a service apartment, the kitchen exhaust is a bit weak. Provide something to lessen smell of room from simple cookings.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. The space, cleanliness, location, staff and facilities were exceptional. Space - comparing other hotels we stayed at in Japan, this room layout was luxurious. It really felt like an studio apartment. Cleanliness - from the main foyer, lift, hallways and room, everything was spotless. And the hotel had a great scent. Location - this hotel was close to public transportation and the main shopping area / shrines of Asakusa. Staff - They were friendly and helpful. Facilities - Laundry machine, aircon, fridge, microwave etc. was great too.

We had to get amenities at the front desk which could be inconvenient at times. One of the bed was quite small, I wished it was placed with a single King or Queen sized bed instead.

Loved the location in Kuramae in a quiet street but just minutes to train stations and the 711. The room was great - we stayed 8 nights so it was ideal to have a dining table and washing machine. The staff were very friendly and we loved coming back to our quiet area after a busy day. We used the Oedo Line train station alot, as it was located at the end of the street and so convenient. We booked 6 months out and got a good price. We were so happy with this Section L brand - can highly recommend!

The beds were quite hard, but that was it. Everything was great - they had thought of everything and it was exceptionally clean. I liked that it didn’t have carpet so my allergies/ asthma were fine!

The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the subway station and plenty of places to eat including a 7/11. The area is quiet and safe and an easy 10 minute walk to all the main tourist spots in Askusa. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, we were a family of four with two teens and they were very confortable on the bunk beds as were we in the two twins pushed together. If you have a lot of luggage it may not work as they are small rooms and there is not much floor space for luggage.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and the mini kitchen was well stocked. My daughter loved the bunk bed.

There's a motion sensor light by the front door that would come on every time someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night and stayed on for over 10 minutes. Wrecked our sleep. The hotel provided instructions on how to turn it off on our last night there. It required pulling something out of the ceiling and adjusting the light. Not at all intuitive. It would have been great to know how to manage the light when we checked in.

Great location, near train/subway stations and attractions, restaurants and at a reasonable price.

There could be more storage space eg shelves or hanging space in the closet. The shower was also inconsistent in its temperature- alternating hot and cold. But we were happy with the workaround - using the bathtub and bucket and stool which were provided.

Very well located. Had everthing you could possibly need, washing/dryer machine, hairdryer. Great to grab a complementary coffee each day. Access code to the building was easy, if arriving after hours.

It was surprisingly small and quite squishy for four (though this was our first visit to Japan). Storage in the room for four bags was a challenge. Not a lot of head room in the bottom bunk bed, and you've got to watch your head.

Location is okay it's close to both the Asakusa and Kuramae station, about 6 mins walk. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is compact but has everything you need, comfy beds, bunk beds for kids, a table for meal, microwave, toaster oven, washing/drying machine, bath, smart toilet.

Room size a bit small for a family of 4. and corridor is semi open (facing the back alley and other buildings) so it's cold in winter getting into and out of the room.
