The hotel was a few minutes away from the tawaramachi subway station. Rooms were clean. Size was enough for 2 persons We are a family of 5, so we got 3 rooms. I thought they didn't provide toiletries, but in fact they do, you just have to get them at the lobby near the reception. The breakfast was good enough to give you energy in the morning. Food is different everyday. There's a nearby family mart which had so many food items and desserts. Our kids loved it so much. There's also a Ramen shop near the hotel which served really good ramen and the owner seemed friendly too. The bathroom size was just right.

There was one male staff at the reception who was NOT FRIENDLY at all. Seemed to hate his job. During our stay in Japan, most Japanese people who worked in restos and other establishments were really friendly, but this ONE STAFF from Toyoko Inn was the opposite... We asked him one question, and He seemed angry...geez..what's his problem. HE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING in the Hospitality Industry with that kind of attitude...

The location is very near to metro station, 5 mins walking to Tawarmachi Station. So many convenience store around this hotel which is good for me to buy things. The breakfast was good, The Receptionist can speak English and very helpful, The room is not so big but is quite enough for me to put luggage and all. Overall this hotel is very nice and i love the surroundings because its quite peaceful and safe.

Great location; a few minutes walk from TOEI and Metro lines. Can also easily walk to Asakusa. The staff were lovely. Toyoko Inn's have washing facilities and a decent included breakfast. The small room was comfortable and contained everything we needed.

The only negative was that the drains in our bathroom needed cleaning out as the water drained slowly and there was a smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet was great and my family loved it. The hotel’s location was also convenient as it is few minutes away from ginza line, oedo line and asakusa line. They maintained cleanliness at all times and the staff were fantastic and helpful. They are simply the best.

The smell of smoke when you open the aircon is quite annoying.

The location is great. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. Also, it is very close to the subway. Some of the staff are friendly, and some are just not smiling. The food is just the usual japanese buffet.

2nd toyoko inn experience and their beds and pillows are not that soft. But anyway, we still had a restful sleep. Not sure about the science in their choice of bed and pillow

Very good location. Easy walk to mrt station, and sites around Asakusa area. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok and a nice bonus. Everything very clean and tidy.

Room was small and a bit cramped. No real storage space. This meant "living out of suitcases" during stay. Not the best. Another gripe was free tea but no coffee! Always had free coffee in other hotels in Japan. An oversight I think!

Tasty breakfast!! and it’s free! Location was bit far away from main areas such as shibuya etc, but it was very peaceful and nice. Few minutes way to subway station. There are three convenient store around hotel which was just 2 mins away.

The location is close to Tawaramachi station and Kuramae, making transportation convenient. I also appreciate how tidy the place is, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is also spacious ☺️️

Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and didn't smell bad for a smoking room. Near 711 and Familymart. The nearest station (Tawaramachi Station) was only 5-8mins walk away. The size of the room was decent for its price. The place was clean!

The fridge wasn't that cold but it was not much of a problem

Staff not approachable..not good help that much and check in have to wait the exact time so the cue getting longer
