Great location- Just steps away from Tawaramachi subway station (near exits with lifts), a short walk to Sensoji and many eateries and shops. Room (more like a little apartment) was spacious and suited our family of 3 but it can easily accommodate up to 5 or 6. There were 2 wide and comfortable beds beside the dining area, and a tatami area which could be used as a sleeping area with futons; with the sliding door closed, this area became a separate bedroom. Spacious dining area, well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bath and shower area; separate toilet. Excellent and easy-to-use washer+dryer. Though there was cleaning service only once during our stay, the trash would be cleared if we left this outside the room. We could also request for new towels and amenities (eg washing detergent) as needed. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff; efficient check-in and out. We could leave our luggage with them before check-in and after check-out. We had a comfortable stay here and highly recommend this accommodation 😊

Nothing to dislike.

Great location - 1min walk to Ginza line station 18 - Tawaramachi 田原町. Using Ginza line is super easy to get to Ginza, Ueno and other places with a transfer. Great suites with tons of equipment - Stove, Rice cooker, Oven, Micro wave, Wash machine, and even a vacuum. It has a Tatami area with a 2nd TV, a 2nd Air conditioner, and a sliding door to close. With Futon set, it can fit two more ppl (My son liked the experience with Futon bed). The entire room can fit with 6 ppl easily and for a family of 3, We really enjoy the stay and the staff are super friendly.

It's hard to pick but I can name few: - Room is not exactly sound proof. I do hear upstairs walking during night time (Or maybe it's my son from Tatami area) - The room is super clean and if you stay long, they will only clean it once for every 3 days, which I don't have any complain but the hallway area could really use some cleaning. We stayed there for 4 days, and since day 1 there is a dead cockroach laying in front of my door and it stayed there they day I checked out.....which is kinda awkward. - Quite few cemetery in the neighbourhood and some is not far from the hotel (you can see from the window). Being a Chinese, just want to point out that maybe someone will feel uncomfortable.

This hotel is the perfect type for us to stay for 7 nights in Tokyo. A couple of minutes walk to Ginza line, and a nice stroll to famous Sensoji area through back streets if wanting to avoid heavy traffic on main road full of restaurants. Or if desired just walk along the busy street for all the excitement :-). Our room is Deluxe Family Room with Tatami Area which is ideal for myself with a 20 years old daughter. She basically uses the tatami room (come with a sliding door) that give both of us the needed privacy. Room is equipped with a standard fridge + an electric stove, microwave, hot water kettle, laundry machine and many cutlery/plates/knife if one desires to cook up. I would describe this hotel as self-sufficient that guests could decide to cook up/warm up a simple meal or to take advantage of nearby numerous restaurants. Hotel lobby area provides many essentials such as shampoo, coffee, sugar, creamers that demonstrates a good intention to be environmentally conscious and responsible. Being as a 2nd to last stop on Ginza line with Shibuya as a terminus on the opposite direction, we found it quite convenient to be in Shinjuku, Ueno, Harajuku areas. We definitely highly recommend this hotel for family looking for a quiet and close to subway line.

Location was perfect, only a couple mins away from Tawaramachi station with lift access. There is a lot of restaurants and a shopping centre within 5-10mins walk. The deluxe family room is very spacious and clean. Would definitely book again next time we come to Tokyo.

Be aware of the accommodation tax (from the government) which is not included in the cost when you book through booking.com. Nowhere mentioned it until we arrived and checked in and was told there’s accommodation tax for every night we stay there. It’s a per person charge as well. Not a huge amount but my husband wasn’t happy with the extra charge without prior notice.

We had a self catering apartment with stove, microwave, kettle and toaster which was really useful. The location was superb. The ginza line is moments away and and another useful line about 10 minutes away with direct trains to the Shinjuku area. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, Asakusa Temple, kitchen street and the Sky Tower all within easy reach. The hotel had amazing polite and kind staff, with free drinks in the lobby. Seriously was an excellent base for our 10 days in Tokyo with easy access to transport for day trips. Highly recommended

Every time we went to the loo the safety light came on full blast, fully waking all up. It also made an irritating clicking noise

Fantastic location for our family - the hotel was about 100 metres from Tawaramachi metro station, one stop from Asaskusa on the Ginza line, so it was perfect to be able to get to wherever we needed to go. It was a very short walk to the main sights of Asakusa and right next to Kappabashi street, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet at night. There were loads of food options right on our doorstep and it was a 5 minute walk to the ROX mall with a great Department store for cheap sushi and food. The room was enormous by Tokyo standards, and the washer/dryer in the room was fantastic. We loved having the tatami section which we could section off with a closed door (particularly as my husband snored quite a bit with the dry air and the long days!), and having kitchen access with a microwave and full fridge was so helpful. Staff were friendly and very keen to be of assistance. Highly recommended!

We loved the location. One minute from a train station and 7 Eleven. Very quiet neighborhood but close to many shops and restaurants in Asakusa. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was wonderful, and it was so convenient to have a kitchenette in the room (although we only used the tea kettle and refrigerator). And it had a washer/dryer unit! I also loved the shower. It was great that the shower, sink, and toilet were all in separate rooms making it easy as a family to share the space. I believe it’s a new property and it has an elevator!

There’s a motion sensor light near the toilet that automatically comes on which can be annoying if people are sleeping and someone goes to the bathroom.

Our room was extremely spacious (by Japan standards) and the sleeping areas (the bedroom and the tatami room) allowed for privacy for our group of 3 adults. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the room. The location is very good—just minutes away from a station on the Ginza line. We walked to the sights in Asakusa and Ueno and found so many great neighborhood restaurants near the hotel. The area is definitely less congested and quieter than Shinjuku (where we stayed on previous trips) but for us, the relative peace was a big plus. We'd stay here again.

Loved the coffee in the lobby but wished it was available earlier in the morning or even better, in our room!

Location is amazing and the room is very roomy by most standards and exceptional by Japanese standards. The room has a good washing and drying-in-one machine and three televisions! The nearest station is also super close, particularly when you are heading out towards Ginza. It feels like your own train service given how close the station is.

Can’t think of any, really. May be the vibe of the shops nearby (e.g. suppliers for funerals) is a slightly negative, but nothing creepy or unpleasant.

Location was amazing - one minute away from the subway and only a few blocks from good food options and craft shops, as well as Senso-ji Temple. As well, our room itself was very comfortable, clean, and convenient with in-room washer/dryer machine and a small kitchenette. The space was ideal for our family of 4 which includes two older teenagers.

There was no cleaning nor tidy up in between the full room cleaning which was only once every three days. They offered no bottled water nor place to refill reusable water bottles. Relative to other 4-star hotels we stayed at in Osaka and Kyoto, the amenities were not as good. This surprised me since the room was exactly double in price as what we paid for other stays in Japan. It reminded me of a Marriott Residence Inn in Canada versus a 4 star hotel.
