The apartment is located between Inaricho and Tawaramachi stations of the Ginza Line. Walking distance to/from either station is almost the same. The directions provided by the host were very accurate. There are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants along the main road. We were able to use the following amenities without any issues: elevator, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, AC/heating, toilet, shower, wifi. The following amenities were available but we did not use them during our stay: stove, flat iron The washing machine is a regular top loading one without heated drying. Thankfully, there is a nearby coin laundry that closes at 1AM where you can dry clothes (search for "Coin&laundry Toms" in google maps).

There is only one key provided so if you are a group with different daily itineraries, make sure to plan when you will return to the apartment. While not a deal breaker, the toilet is a standard one with no bidet.

Great location on the Ginza line, easy to get to if travelling from Haneda or Tokyo Station. Could walk to Tokyo Sky tree and even Akihabara (30mins) Beds comfortable, very quiet at night so slept soundly.

Not a negative but could have perhaps done with some hooks in/near bathroom to hang up wet towels after showering, there was no where for them to dry after all of use showered in the morning.

I like the location which is near the train station and near with tourist attractions near Asakusa area.And maybe I suggest to have a bunk beds to maximized the space...The kitchen has a complete set of equipment, you just buy your food , then you can cook, there is refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, hair dryer, washing machine. Ang also slippers. Wil going to stay here again.

Maybe the drain in bathroom(near toilet bowl) is clogged.the water is still there but not flooding. You just be aware of the water from the shower faucet while taking a bath but over all stay still good. We stay in 301 room .

The location of this apartment was really good, a nice and calm area, close to public transport and at a walking distance from the main attractions in Asakusa. It was located on the last floor of the building so we didn't have noise disturbances. The price was also very convenient.

The apartment was not so clean, the sofa had many stains, the washing machine had a bad smell so much that we didn't use it, some appliances were dated (mainly the cooking stove). It could have been better but we still had a nice stay.

Toilet and bathroom is separate, two unit air con. Very near to train station walk around 6to 15min. Near to ueno by walking can reach. Value for money.

If can give each bed two more pillow will be excellent.

I haven't met anyone face to face from the owners/ employees, but I did have some adjustment requests. The people I've talked to were very nice and responsive. The appartment itself wad very simple and with old, cheap furniture, but good enough for the given price. What is important is that everything was clean. I can recommend this place, especially for busy travellers that dont intend to spend much time inside. The location is very convenient to get to literally anywhere in Tokyo.

Value for money. Great location for the price. Near a tourist spot and near with any conbi. Also near a subway station. Quite neighborhood. Clean, comfy beddings and It has elevator. complete stuff.

Lack of specific landmark that will make you remember the street. Prone to being lost if not using google maps. You need to balance yourself if you’re sleeping in the sofa bed, we fell almost all the time.

All facilities in the premise are solid best (bed, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, sockets, adjustable lamp, keys, shower, stove, kitchen sets, AC, and the elevator). Wang was very informative, responsive using Booking.com's chat. We arrived early and he allowed us to check-in directly because it was empty -thank you! The location is in the middle of Inaricho Station and Tawaramachi Station and Shin-Okachimachi, means you need to walk around 7 minutes to reach either of them (=good exercise hehe).

Room size, but it is value for money considering the location and all of the facilities. You need to adjust the picture, actually we have gotten the other room (we have seen it in one of pictures available in Booking.com). The Wifi were not stable for almost 3 days but we had our mobile Wifi, so not too bothering.

Great location and super clean! Very communicative staff by email. The check-in and check-out process was great as well, very smooth. There is a neat small bar downstairs called MotoAsakusa 102 (coffee, wine, beer). The bar-master plays vinyls with a cool and chill sound system and is very friendly. Definitely check it out.

It isn't very spacious for 4 guests in one room. The bathroom/kitchen space is a little bit uncomfortable, and there is not much space for luggage.
