Clean, convenient location, good facilities in the apartment, quiet neighborhood

The room was too small for two people. It was not the room that was advertised in the photos, which was misleading. I would have paid more for a bigger room had I known.

We stayed with my family, 4 people in total, at the apartment. The place is located in a strategic location very close to the Ueno station from where it is possible all sort of public transport. It is also close to Ueno park which is wonderful during Sakura time. The flat is very spacious, full of light and has all the amenities to cook. It is also equipped with a washing machine to clean clothes. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space to hang clothes. In the area there are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores. We liked the view from our apartment and the owner is very responsive. Very recommended!

The location was quite good, despite initially feeling like it was off the beaten path. There is a walking street full of shops and restaurants within 10 mins, the Ueno park and train station close by, as well as subway connection on the corner. There were 3 separate full beds which can be hard to find and made us very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the host was responsive if we asked any questions.

I would have loved to see some local recommendations for restaurants. The layout of the beds was a bit strange considering there was one bed right beside the kitchen. Maybe could have been switched with the table. Very minor things!

Comfortable space for a party of 6. Wheelchair accessible with lift and apartment space enough for our wheelchair to move around in the room. The bathroom has a multi function air conditioning system. This allowed us to take a nice and warm bath despite the cold weather. There's washing machine and detergent/bleach all available. Dryer facilities is just downstairs. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Inaricho station is less than 5 mins walk away.. JR UENO station (shinkansen) about 15 mins walk away. There are also McDonald's, Ramen shops, Convenience stores and a nice local supermarket just 5 mins walk away. We enjoyed our stay.

Lift is only just enough to fit a wheelchair and 1 caregiver.

Great location with a great view on the 10th floor for the apartment we were assigned. Getting there initially can be a bit of a hassle but it is centrally located right beside the metro station and a short walk to JR Ueno to get anywhere you want in Tokyo. There's a lot of quick convenient food to eat nearby (McDonalds, Gyudon chains etc) and of course convenience stores. Clean place, albeit a bit tight but within Tokyo standards. My family and I enjoyed staying here (4 adults) and the beds were amazing to sleep in!

Bathroom/shower facilities are a bit tight. Hard to get in and out of the toilet room - most of us are normal builds so I can imagine this could be very difficult for someone who has a larger build.

We like that the place has an elevator so it was easy to bring our luggages. It was also spacious for our entire family of 5. The rooms were clean and complete with the basic necessities. It even has a laundry. The location was fantastic as it was very close to the station. On top of it the service was great. When my daughter had a minor accident and i had to ask which was the nearest clinic which was open on a weekend. They helped me right away and gave me the info on the nearest kids clinic.

I recently stayed at this home, and it exceeded my expectations! Despite being located near the train station in the heart of Tokyo, the area was surprisingly quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest. The security was top-notch, making us feel safe throughout our stay. The convenience of having easy access to public transport combined with the tranquil surroundings makes this place a true gem.

While the home is cozy and convenient, I do wish there was a bit more space for a comfortable sofa to relax on after a long, tiring day of exploring the city. Overall, though, it’s a wonderful spot for anyone seeking a balance between accessibility and peace.

The place was perfect for us 5 individuals, its just a 3 to 5 min walk from the train station. Theres a supermarket nearby, family mart and food establishments, Our stay was very comfortable. Also, the neighborhood is quiet. Utensils and kitchen supplies were complete thus we were able to stay in especially for a tiring day.. Communication with the host is very easy. Recommending this place., will book this place again when i go back. Thank you!

The apartment is also near to the train station, just within 100m walk only. There is a nearby cafe, offered good value breakfast. Convenience store and McD are within the vicinity. Laundry service is available at the ground floor of the apartment. The room is spacious with 3 queen size beds with a balcony. We enjoyed the stay here very much.

Nothing but you maybe feeling uncomfortable as there is a graveyard behind, 1-2 blocks away from the apartment. In Japan, it is considered normal. It didn't bother us at all during the stay.

The hotel apartment is conveniently located and very safe area in tokyo. Walking distance for the train stations & convenience stores and the park is nearby. The space was quite big & adequately divided w/o compromising comfort or personal space. Love how they let us check in early too because of our flight. We read a bad review but upon reading that negative review, those were such small things that don’t really matter. I’m very satisfied with the place, the price and the customer service. My family enjoyed it!

The aircon suddenly iced on our 4th or 5th day that slightly affected the room temperature. That’s all.
