The size and layout of the room was amazing. They have 1 room (condo) per floor which make it very cozy. I loved that the room even had a small office! The washer is inside the room and FREE to use! The room was super clean! The private bath was super! It's a must after a long walking day. They provide daily free coffee, water, shaved ice, wifi, board games and kids toys (an awesome wood railroad track) There is a beer vending machine too! The staff had good English and was very very kind and helpful. There is an entrance to the subway station a few steps outside so it's very convenient! We would return for sure!

We loved everything. If I had to be picky I would say that the lack of windows is a miss. There is a cristal door for the balcony. It would have been nice if it was clear glass so we could enjoy the city view too

The staff were so kind and helpful. After booking I emailed to ask a question about the fireworks festival which they answered promptly. When I checked in they also provided me with printed information about the event which was very thoughtful and unexpected. They also helped to store our luggage before check-in and after checkout. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Washer/dryer was a definite plus so that we could pack light. Location was excellent, literally a one minute walk to train station. Would definitely stay here again.

No drawers/dressers for clothes storage. No hooks to hang towels so we hung them on clothing rack using hangers or draped them over kitchen chairs. There is a towel rack in the shower room, but leaving them in there left them damp. Washer/dryer very loud.

We were a family group of 6 that stayed in the Japanese/Western style room. The entire apartment was modern, well decorated, very clean and well-stocked with kitchenware, hair/skin and personal care amenities. One of our favorite amenities was the pajamas. We had a view of skytree from our balcony. The washing machine (2-in-1) worked well and we just air-dried some items overnight to get them fully dry. The shower and tub room is really nice and luxurious. Fridge was big enough for our group. Beds and futons were comfortable. Also loved that our unit was the only unit on the level. We didn't use the office space much but it was nice for anyone who wanted a quiet spot. The location of this apart-hotel is really great, less than 10min walk to Senso-ji temple and around 6min walk to Asakusa Rox mall and grocery store. We thought the location was super convenient to explore Asakusa and Ueno, and loved having the Ginza line right out the front door, as well as a 7-11. Staff were responsive, friendly and helpful.

We could hear street noise from emergency vehicles and sometimes we could hear talking which was either coming from outside or perhaps the vents. Also, although the unit says that it sleeps 6, I would say it was a little small for our group's preferences, and we were not all able to sit at the dining table to eat together.

Absolutely loved our stay with Ent Terrace Asakusa. Our family of 5 arrived late at night and staff were on hand to greet us and check us in almost immediately as we were exhausted. Room was clean and cleaned everyday with fresh towel service. Beds were extremely comfy. Each floor of the hotel has just the one room so brilliant for privacy and no noise from other guests. All of the balconies have a view of Tokyo Skytree which was a bonus. The location was fantastic, metres from the Ginza metro line. 7-11 located just around the corner and equipped with all the essentials. Senso-ji Temple within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also walked to Tokyo Skytree for a night viewing and got to see lovely parts of Asakusa. Front desk staff were very helpful showing us the nearest shopping centre (ROX, Mega Don Quixote) and which trains to catch for various sightseeing (which you get the hang of very quick). We were sad to leave, honestly could not fault this hotel at all.

The fact I didn't book in for longer! Asakusa is a beautiful part of Tokyo, old school but super clean, safe, friendly. Highly recommend this hotel as a base for seeing the wonderful districts and areas that make up Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again!

Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. We didn’t request our rooms to be cleaned just that they bring up new towels, replace the trash and give us a few more detergent to wash clothes and everything was done to our asking by the time we returned from our long day sightseeing. Also the location is perfect as it’s right next to the train station and only a 5-10 min walk to nearby attractions/supermarkets/shopping and plenty of eateries as soon as you step outside. I would totally come back here again. Having a washer dryer was super helpful.

A great location - 1 minute walk to Tawaramachi underground and the Oedo line. And about a 8-10 min walk to Kuramae station on the Asakusa Line. A perfect base to explore the city. It is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood surrounded by a number of very tasty and affordable restaurants - there are two small ramen shops right next door and a bakery around the corner. Plus several 7-Elevens, Family Marts etc very close. The Sensoji shrine is about 10 min walk away as well. It has a private family bath/onsen you can reserve for 90 minutes at a time. There is also a small gym onsite. Our room was made up of two single beds and two bunk beds for the children. A washing machine/dryer is in the room along with a small table and chairs and a microwave and full fridge. Pyjamas and toiletries like toothbrushes, shampoo etc are provided

Sometimes the reception is left unattended but someone usually shows up after a couple of minutes wait.

Close to Donki and many other shopping areas as well as some famous restaurants such as Benizuru and Kura Sushi. The Ramen restaurant next door is amazing! The room was great for us (2 adults and 2 children aged 13 & 8). We had a huge king size bed, our daughter slept on the fold out sofa and our son on the futon (there were two so we doubled it up) and the Ginza train line is just out the door and 7 eleven also. It was great to have a kitchen and the bathroom supplies were fantastic. It took a bit to work out the washing machine and please note, it doesn’t fully dry. There is also a great view of Tokyo tower from the balcony. Loved that you have the whole floor to yourself so you don’t have to walk down long corridors and it felt safe to leave the kids when we went next door to eat.

Very very child friendly. We got that japanese room and we love everything about this place! Spacious room, very clean, complete amenities, has a microwave, eating and cooking utensils, big bathroom, wash and dry washing machine, 2 dining areas, a fire exit that doubles as a balcony and a modern onsen that can he rented at the 2F. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sensoji shrine and restaurants are really close, malls are close as well. Overall truly enjoyed our stay and this hotel will. Be at the top of my list when I go back to Japan.

Wow, everything about this place was AMAZING! Great location - steps away from the Ginza Line, walking distance to Sensoji Temple and all the shops in Asakusa (including Don Quixote which is opened 24 hrs and we were getting up at 3am everyday as tourists). FANTASTIC and accommodating staff. HUGE rooms - we are a family of 5. We each had our own bed and we were able to lay out 5 large suitcases and still have room to walk around. This place far exceeded our expectations!

The space and the beds were great. One unit in each level was kinda of nice and quiet. Bonus to have washer of our own! Shower, bathroom sink & toilet all separated were well designed for a room that could fit 6 people. Everything was nicely set up. The big bonus was for sure the onsen that we could book for just our family. It was so nice and relaxing to use after a long day of walking and the 5 of us could wash ourselves there after, so we didn't have to wait long time to share the bathroom in our room. That's very convenient!

Always better if it's cheaper LOL. First night we arrived, we had to wait for 10 mins for the receptionist to show up.
