Location was convenient and apartment was newer, clean, and well lit with a good kitchen setup. I also liked that I was able to book the apartment and check-in late at night the same day, without hassle.

Some basic amenities like coffee/tea would have been nice. There was also a picture of a rooftop garden in the property description that did not seem to actually be on site.

Everything as it provided the same in other minn which we booked

The cooking area is a bit small such as the sink, the space for cooking, the shelf is also low and a bit a nuisance when at the counter. It felt like an after thought. Other than that, all are excellent!

The space is big, and the amenities

This is very small thing, but we found kids stickers, maybe from past guests, at one of the bedheads. And the room can do with another rubbish bin. A family of four has a lot of rubbish.

The family rooms were a good size for our party of 6. There was plenty of room for all of us. The shower was amazing. We LOVED having a washer/dryer in the room!

The bathroom lighting was too dim to put makeup on. The air conditioners didn’t really get cold enough and couldn’t be turned colder.

Amazing very new place on the map of Tokyo (Asakusa). Appartment was big, the design is superb, and staff very kind and helpfull. Will come back there during my next visit to Tokyo.

For late checked-out you have to pay - 2000yen for each 30 min.

Great location, close to a station and a konbini for breakfast. Lots of sights within walking distance.

The A/C was not that efficient, got hot in the middle of the night despite being on lowest setting

Cleanliness - especially a lot of someone's hairs all over the room. Moldy smell in the bathroom. Cleaning was not available during our stay either new towels.
