Stylish design and huge rooms, super comfortable bed

The only thing I wish they’d have is an elevator, it could be a little challenging if you have big suitcases and get a room on the higher floors

The space and comfort was amazing. Very modern feeling, the projector tv was really cool too. The staff were super nice. I noticed someone complain about the wifi speed but we had excellent wifi with no issues with speed 200+mbs/s

We had an issue with one of the glass doors where it looked like it was going to fall off the wall. The staff were super accomodating with the issue and had a solution within the day. The stairs to get up and down from the room were tight and difficult to navigate when carrying a suit case. The staff brought our bags up to the room which was great but we had to bring them down which was difficult with large heavy suitcases and a tight passageway. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and had a luxurious feel. The enormous bath was very welcomed after a long day of exploring and we especially liked the projector for listening to music or watching TV at night. The bed was huge and the lighting ambient. If you want to be in the busy noise of Tokyo this is not the place to be but if you want a quiet area to end your day then this hotel is perfect with easy access by several different train station. The hotel cost less than those in the main parts of Tokyo and yet offered so much more. I would definitely return to HotelCo Kuramae.

It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but you can go downstairs and get coffee so it's not important. The hotel does need an iron, we were rather crumpled walking around Tokyo.

Exceptional stay, big enough. Bath tub is really an extra for my kids under 2yr. He can play and enjoy bathing while onsen cannot have such experience. Another extra would be the projector and big screen, seeing MV and enjoying Japanese dessert on the bed after my kids slept is really really fantastic. Just 2 steps walk with a family mart. Also not far from metro and Toyota rent a car drop point if you drive. Staffs are well prepared and good service especially to night shift Hong Kong boy. He also help to pick up luggages upstairs.

The spacious room is well taken care of and clearly very new. The photos are exactly as it is. You can choose to get the room cleaned daily. It is a clean and well decorated space. We used the projector to watch Netflix at night, and took baths every day we were there. The bathtub takes forever to fill, but it is a nice "onsen" feeling after a day of walking. The morning breakfasts were delicious and the attention very polite. Traditional Japanese breakfast that is already set from 8:30 to 10:30am. We really liked the style and the quality was very good. Simple foods, but everything you need to start the day with a happy belly. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, even with a language barrier. Even for simple things like wishing a good day, we used Google Translate but the good intentions were clear. They also helped us bring our suitcases to the taxi and spoke to the driver to make sure we were going to the right destination. They also brought our suitcases up and down the stairs (no elevator, be ready for the classic Japanese steep stairs!) We also ordered something online and had it delivered at the hotel and they brought it to our room once it arrived. We enjoyed being within walking (~15-20 min) distance from a couple of our favourite neighbourhoods. The metro is also ~12 min away. It has a Family Market right across the street so if you need anything, you just need to come down.

The location is slightly far off from public transportation but it did not affect us.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area of Tokyo, we were able to access several metro lines in under 10 minutes of walking. The room was comfortable, king sized beds are hard to come by in Tokyo, the bath and shower are amazing as well.

The floors are slippery, watch your step and definitely use the slippers they provide. If you’re not in decent shape consider you might be walking up and down 5 flights of stairs.

Fantastic stay at this property, perfect size for the 2 of us - felt so spacious with high quality finishes and furnishings. Very new in immaculate condition. Hotel staff were super accomodating and we loved the breakfast. Great location tucked away from the city crowds and felt very safe coming home at night. Felt more like an apartment with an extra large bathroom and bedroom/living space. Would 100% stay here again.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel. The facilities are impeccably new and beautifully designed, offering a modern and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness standards exceeded my expectations, with every corner of the hotel maintained to a pristine condition. Additionally, the staff members were incredibly attentive and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation experience.

Room was excellent, staff very friendly , location to city and rail stations ideal. Nice and quiet. Rooms are on top of each other so no noise from either side from other guests. Projector screen and lighting in room was a very nice addition.

No lift, I was on the top floor, only had a small rucksack, but I could imagine this could be troublesome for guests with large suitcases.

This hotel is incredible and if you want a quiet, luxurious, and safe, stay choose this hotel. They’ve helped us with everything ordering a taxi, complementary breakfast and even took up our suitcases. Five star review I am always staying here when I come back.
