Due to the lack of daily room cleaning service, this hotel is suitable for short stay. The room is quiet and have many natural light but no bathtub or coffee/tea in the room. Location is good and close to stations.

When I arrived at 7pm, nobody was at the reception desk. Despite I called the number displayed at the reception, I couldn’t get thought to the hotel staff. I was afraid I can’t check-in and started to look for another hotel when the receptionist picked up the phone. She made me wait approx. 10 minutes at the ground floor but at least I could check-in.

location was in a cute neighbourhood very quiet no noise at all, close to an odeo station like 2 mins walk and around 10 min walk to a ginza station. many nearby vending machines and a closeby ramen and 7/11 open 24 hrs. Staff imeddietly responded to any question or request on the app or in person, very friendly and helpful, allowed me and my friend late check in due to flight delay and had baggage storage for when we were ready to leave later after checkout

the restroom and shower were a bit tight but wasnt unexpected as most are in tokyo I dropped something near the bed and when i looked under it was extremely dusty like its intentionaly swept under there, but i wasnt bothered by it personally some might

The hotel room size is decent for Tokyo standard. It has a balcony and a window so plenty of natural light. It comes with a small kitchenette including a microwave and a decent size fridge. There is also a free laundry room for guest to use. Access to JR line (15 mins walk) and metro (5-15 mins walk depending on which line )

Not much but just to highlight that 1) The carpet looks a bit old and dull and need of a good deep clean (but they provided bedroom slippers so it’s fine with me). 2) The bathroom is a foot step up which may not be convenient for some (which is ok for us). 3) The size of the bathroom is very small (which is ok for “Asian size” people)

The beds were very comfortable and it was convenient to have a small kitchen. We would buy breakfast items the night before and enjoyed relaxing in our room while enjoying a warm breakfast with cold drinks. The location was good, a few minutes from Shin-Okachimachi station. This hotel is a great choice and we will likely stay here again!

The bathroom is very small and there is a high step to get up into it.

The property was very close to the shin-okachimachi station (oedo line & tsukuba express) and the nearest exit has elevator, easy access to haneda airport, very close to ueno. it’s lovely and near a park. the staff were VERY nice and wouldn’t mind us storing luggage before check in. it’s a safe neighborhood with a playground for kids to play right beside hotel. the room is spacious enough for 2 people (not more than 2 though). Kitchen supplies provided. you can take amenities on the ground floor of the hotel. wifi available in the room.

the bathroom is so small compared to standard bathrooms in japan. the kitchen amenities were a bit dirty so I had to clean the ones I wanted to use (soap provided). enough space to open luggage but it will block the access to the bed. other than that, superb!

I liked how simple it was, checkin was easy and it was even simpler to check out. The staff was friendly and spoke enough english to help us out when we needed it. There was ample space especially for a hotel in tokyo, and there were 3 stations within walking distance.

Got kitchen, shared washer and dryer. Great location and room size.

Staff refused to stock up bottled water in the 2nd and 3rd days, I think some misunderstanding is there, because from 4th day onwards they provided, could be due to change of staff.

Hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Metro line is just 3 minutes walk away. Laundry is free. There is balcony at rooms. Rooms are huge compared to other hotels. There is every equipment for cooking. Staff is very friendly. Wireless is fast . I love the establishment.

The location of the hotel was perfect for JR transport, the hotel itself was modern and well maintained. Felt like a nice boutique experience and was incredibly comfortable and refreshing to come home to after a long day in Tokyo. The size of the room was great for two people and the facilities in the room were more than adequate and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

You have everything you need. We really liked the location; it is in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. It could have been cleaned at least once during our stay of six days, but it wasn't a big deal to us.

It could be cleaned more often.
