Quiet clean and nice fragrance in the hotel. Very close proximity to Ueno. Multiple lines in proximity to different locations

It's a small hotel with an aesthetically pleasing interior design and a relaxing atmosphere. I liked the modern look mixed with traditional elements. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a unique layout. There are many lights you can adjust, and especially the mirror above the sink had great lighting. The staff explained everything clearly when we arrived and all staff members were very friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is situated in a quieter street, but it's still very close to multiple subway and train stations, many convenience stores, and popular lively areas. You could easily walk to Ueno and Akihabara, and the station for the Skyliner that goes to Narita Airport is also nearby. The small parks close to the hotel are nice as well, we would go here occasionally to eat breakfast or a late-night snack.

It's great that you can't hear any noise from the streets outside of the hotel, but you can hear sounds from the hallway. Sometimes other guests would leave early in the morning and staff would usually start cleaning at 8 o'clock, so it's difficult to sleep in if you'd want to. During the first night, the air conditioning automatically turned on a few times, even after we kept turning it off. It was a bit difficult to figure out, but this didn't happen anymore when we selected a different mode.

The room was just perfect for a solo traveller, I liked the suitcase storage under the beds so they were out of the way. It was raining heavily whilst I was there and they had a smart tv that I could log into youtube/various subscriptions I had and it auto logged out everytime the tv was turned off. Bed was comfortable and the location was great. A short walk to ueno and akihabara, and access to direct train lines to shibuya and any other tourist locations. They also receive my luggage delivery from kyoto through Yamato.

Everything for me was great.

gorgeous lobby and rooms, makes good use of the low space you come to expect staying in tokyo best bed we stayed in on our trip! Only one pillow each, but they were substantial enough to work well and TV was situated in perfect position with HDMI port accessible!! godsend🙌 convenient suitcase compartments under bed to preserve limited floor space

as expected of tokyo, very small - especially the bathroom, but does well with the space it has might have enquired had we stayed longer than one night, but the fridge was barely cold at all limited windows/view if that's important to you but we didn't mind!

The room was fantastic. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and all the amenities we could need. The beds were comfortable, the heating was great, the water pressure in the shower was also very good and a real relief after flying all day to get there. The staff were also fantastic, they were so helpful and accommodating about our check in and check out and the process couldn’t have been easier for us. The neighbourhood is also very good- it’s quiet and I think quite residential, but there are training stations connecting to all parts of the city very closeby. Lots of konbinis and restaurants around too, and walking distance from Takeya which is a great supermarket and Daiso on the top floor. Can’t fault this hotel and want to go back already. Thank you!

Street lights outside deep through the windows and do make it feel like the early morning all night long, but this isn’t a problem if you’re tired from a big day :)

We were two young sisters staying for a few nights. The reception was very nice, check in/out was smooth and quick. They gave all the needed amenities including robe and slippers. They let us leave our bags in reception before out check in. The location was very good, near transport links and Ameyoko/Ueno areas with tourist things to do within walking distance. Near convenience shops was also useful. We felt safe walking back to it at night and ig wasn’t a very busy area. We did hear some noises of people partying outside but it didnt affect our stay. We loved the interior style, although the rooms were quite small (we had a twin room and there wasnt much walking space in room). The rooftop was also not in use due to construction nearby which was a shame. They did have a smoking area which was a plus for us. We received a complaint call from reception because we were too loud because we were talking to our mum on the phone. But they were polite, I think it’s just due to the walls being thin and it being a small hotel.

Clean, modern and convenient facilities. Kind staff. Within walking distance to a metro station (Yamanote line), close to Akihabara and Asakusa. If you like quiet, this is your place.

Location: The quiet neighborhood might not be for everyone - you have to walk around 1 km to reach points of interest. However, if you are able-footed, this is a great place.

Location is pretty much spot on. Ueno/Okachimachi is close and Akihabara is a walking distance. + Shin-Okachimachi and Naka-Okachimachi provide enough simple ways to take subway to almost everywhere. The staff are friendly too, and cleaning gets done very well.

Room was pretty clean but not dustless. Space behind the TV could benefit from good vacuum cleaning. Also one thing to note is that room is pretty small. For two twin beds. there was almost no room left to hang clothes(2 hangers over one bed) or open your luggages. But, we didn't struggle too much after a few days and got used to it.

The room was perfect, so clean and beautiful, enough space. The bed super confortable. The building is beautiful inside and all clean, you have coffe and tea in the first floor. I was there just a day, and the personal were super nice with me! . And you can save your bags too. The place is really close to a lot of places, i could easy go to the train station to grab the skytree for the airport

anything is perfect.

The location is perfect, itʻs about 10 minutes from the train station and in a nice neighborhood. Easy to access Ameyoko for food and shopping, very easy to access the old Tsukiji fish market and many other attractions in Tokyo. The room was exactly what we needed and the tub, oh my goodness, felt glorious. We appreciated the free umbrellas that we could use for the day and the amazingly friendly staff.

Nothing could have been better!
