Location is good and a few blocks from Electric Town. There are several convenience stores with MiniStop being just 100m away. Nearest train station is Naka-Okachimachi Station.

If you're new to the location, sometimes GPS is not working in the area and Google Maps would point you in another area.

The location is really good and the bed, shower and toilet were exactly what we needed. The rooms were quite sound proof and you could only hear neighbours when they were using the stairwell.

We were a group of four, two of which being young children, travelling for 3 weeks, so we had a fair bit of luggage. The room has nowhere to be able to open or store bags. The bed base is 3 solid crates, so you can't slide bags under and out of the way, so you are constantly stepping over and around things. I know all rooms are small in Tokyo, but having under bed space to store the bags would have been beneficial. It's a small criticism, everything else was great.

The location is about 10 minutes away from the Yamanote line, I used the Okachimachi station because it seemed easier when coming from the Haneda airport. The instructions given by the Staff were helpful though, if I knew the Metro better it would have been a shorter walking distance. I did like that there was a 711 and a Family Mart only five minutes walking. Plus, I was able to easily walk to Akihabara. It was also one stop away from Ueno Station, which I enjoyed because I was able to navigate around Tokyo easily. Please don't be deterred by the walk because there are a whole lot of Restaurants along the way. I wished I had stopped to eat in more places just because passing by them always made me hungry. There are detailed instructions texted to the Booking App about where to enter and the code to the door. I did appreciate the detailed information about the house rules folder located on the desk. The bidet information was also helpful since this was my first time using that type of toilet. Overall, a comfortable stay and detailed instructions.

I did not like how small the beds were especially since I did book a suite for 3 people. However, I understand this was mostly an error on my part. At least now I know, if I plan to book again for 3 or 4 people I should go ahead and get an extra room for more space.

Would be great if plug adapter for electronics was provided, coat hanger was wobbly and not really functional

We did a last minute booking since our trip was cut short and had to stay in Tokyo for a night. So glad that we found this place. We took Shinkansen to Ueno station. It's only 1km walk to this place. Then the next day we took Skyliner to Narita airport from Keisei Ueno station which is only 1km away. Ginza line stop is only 600m away. The neighborhood is quiet and neat. There are a decent sized fridge and also a microwave in the room. It would be a nice place to stay for a few days.

Clean tidy and well thought out small room that had everything we needed. Great to be in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to train stations and convenience stores. They let us put our bags in room early at 11am while they cleaned which was very courteous.

The top bunk bed mattress was way too thin and super hard. They were very insistent about paying in cash but that was not a problem for us. But lots of messages about payment but maybe they had been ripped off in the past. Still we highly recommend 043.

We had a lovely time here. The building was super clean and modern. The light strip on the bottom bunk, and the power outlet on the top bunk was a nice touch. We all really enjoyed the shower and it had nice soaps to use as well. The location is excellent and close to both the subway and the JR Yamanote line.

I wish there were some fuller pillows, and the top bed had a really thin and hard mattress. I think towel hooks would be a good addition, we had three people and not many places to dry towels. The key pad was confusing, we couldn’t figure out how to get the locks to activate so we just used the physical key.

Big for Japanese standard and very clean. Room had everything we needed. Shower also had a decent pressure! And we liked that the toilet was separated from the shower.

The code pad did not work seamlessly. Since the hotel does not have a reception it was be a bit tricky. But luckily they had an awesome emergency whatsapp number that responded within 1 min even though it was already after 9PM. This resolved the issue for the rest of the days.

The room is clean, the amenities and utilities were perfect, like a small studio apartment. The location was close to so many train stations and convenience stores, and also walking distance to asakusa.

The room for 3 was small if we brought 3 big suitcases, and there was no elevator, so it's hard to bring the suitcases up. Also the stairs are quite small.

It is very well located, many convenience stores around, one 24/7 in the next corner. Near to subway lines. Their bathrooms are very good. The room had full kitchen and many things like sleepers, toothpaste, tissues, etc. The place is very quiet.
