the location is perfect for short walking distance to the main street of akihabara, train station and many convenience stores. The check in was a little confusing but when the staff arrived it was smooth sailing. we were able to have 2 suitcases open at one time in the room, it is spacious enough for 2ppl. the airconditioning kept us warm on cold nights and the bed was comfy. fresh towels e.t.c. often and the shared space had amenities to warm up food and make tea it was lovely. We stayed only in Tokyo and this was a great location to connect you to other cities, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, Harajuku all on the JY line. the neighbourhood was quiet at night and we enjoyed our stay. No elevator but its not too difficult to carry baggage up the stairs and the staff are happy to help !! so kind. check out was efforless and if I was to visit Tokyo again I would highly consider returning to this place !!

check in was a little unclear.

The room was very nice and cozy. Little bit small comparing to european rooms, but it was more than standard in Japan. The room even had a little closet which was super nice. The bathroom had everything you need. The location is just 8 minutes walking from Akihabara station and there is also plenty of restaurants and shops near by.

We can't complain for anything.

Location wise it’s pretty close to Akihabara station and main area, around 10-15mins (depending on your walking pace but it takes me roughly around 10 mins) which is actually not bad! Nearby there are: a Lawson conbini which opens 24/7, a few drinks vending machines, and there are also a few 24/7 self service (order via machine) restaurants. I walked to Matsuya around 2am by myself and it was pretty safe. There’s also a cinema around 15 mins away which was convenient as you can catch a late night show and walk home after. Basically there are so many things available within the area! So convenient. Staff was really nice and accommodating; I arrived early and they let me checked in as soon as they finished cleaning the room. You rarely see them around but just message them and they will respond very quickly. Facilities were good and clean. Everything I needed was there. I didn’t use washing machine or iron so I don’t know if those are available. The room I stayed in was spacious. I would imagine two people should be able to stay comfortably in it too. Of course, accommodations in Tokyo are usually pretty small but it’s still ok in my opinion. If your physique is big you might not be comfortable in the toilet as it is quite narrow. But I have no complaints. Overall I’m very happy and satisfied. It was worth the money, especially since Akihabara is close to other places so it was easy to get around. You can go to Shibuya, Shinjuku etc without taking too much time via train. Definitely a good location to stay. This is my third trip to Japan and by far this place is the best one I’ve stayed at. Next time I would love to stay here again.

There’s no lift but that’s common with other places too. If it’s your first time just keep that in mind, most places only have staircases.

I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood that this hotel was located in. It was a really short walk to a conbini, ramen, curry and really anything else you could need. The accommodations were quiet, clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like. The accommodations were exactly what I was looking for. :)

The room was nicely sized, good view of Tokyo, the staff were incredible, good amenities, small but comfortable bed and bedding, excellent location

The stairs are a little narrow to carry suitcases but it was so worth it for the room

pretty close to the train station and electric town, very nice and cheap places to eat nearby, for the price it was an excellent option

I struggled to check in at first but this was quickly resolved!

The bed was really good. The area was peaceful. Convenient location Easy check in. Toiletries were provided. English speaking staff. Cleanliness

Small size of the room. Bathtub was a bit small too. Window was smaller compared to the

cleanliness of the room and bathroom. spacious bathroom the only proble is that the room was too small for 2 but it can be manage. about 10-15mins walk from the nearest train station.

there were no staff always. but if you message them they will respond quickly. were just a bit sad that we didnt get a chance to talk to them.

The hotel is close to the Akihabara train station and the shopping streets. The bathroom and shower were really nice and comfortable. There is a shared fridge that you can use. The personnel was really kind.

The room is very small for a couple. For 1 person is ok, but not for 2.
