The capsule were pretty comfortable and cozy, once inside and settled in for the night. Allowing for enough privacy. I felt at ease knowing that the hostel was for females only. I also like the good quality facial and body care products provided complimentary.

I did appreciate that the hostel took extra measures to keep the space sanitized and clean. Yet I didn’t like that we “as paying guests” were obligated to leave daily at 10am and not return until 4pm ( perhaps shorten the cleaning hours to 4?) due to the cleaning. I was out sightseeing during the day regardless, but it didn’t allow for much comfort in the morning hours.

The location is excellent, it closes to shopping area which you can shop till the last minute.

I like how the lockers are outside of the sleeping area which they are no one is making noisy packing sound when you sleep. They also have enough shower rooms and provide toiletries for you. Even though a lot people complain about the locker is small, but you can store your suitcase in the lobby area and I have no problem with it. The only thing I would complain about is the ac above my head is covered with ALOT dust, which made the air a little bit dusty.

The capsule was smack right in the middle of Akihabara! Short ~5 mins walking distance from Akihabara station and also around 5-10 mins away from all the Akihabara fun! Room-wise, it meets all your capsule stay needs. Comfy & quiet capsules, clean bathrooms, laundry and dryer available in common area.

It's a four/five-floor storey building and there's only one elevator to bring people up and down. And you WILL need to move up & down a lot if you have a big luggage cuz you can only keep it the lobby. Locker provided probably only fit a carry-on luggage and your essentials. The capsule was a bit hot, and the USB charger wasn't charging properly so I couldn't really charge anything. No common area where people can gather and chat; just a few tables for people to eat on their own and watch TV.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. They clean your capsule and provide you with new towels, pyjamas, and slippers daily. There are plenty of shower and skincare amenities available. The staff is very friendly!

If you are staying for consecutive nights, do note that you don’t have access to your capsule/locker or the shower room from around 10AM - 4PM.

Location is close by station, the hotel also provides daily towel set+pajama changes which is very helpful for guests. Bathroom amenities are pretty good with general one-use amenities available on front desk. Though their toothbrush were on the harder ones so I recommend bringing your own if you have sensitive teeth, pillow can sore your neck a bit but can't really complain much considering the price itself. The lounge area is a good place to wind out after a full day exploring the city, overall could see myself coming back again if I need another budget-friendly place :)

Might be quite inconvenient for guests with larger luggage as their locker can only fit medium-sized suitcase at best, also as the shower is unusable for certain hours it feels like the hotel is more designed for people who already had entire-day itinerary planned out rather than just staying in the room itself

I loved the location, I could walk to everything no problems. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, To me, the beds were super comfy (tho my friend didn't think so) I slept great! Also best roomwear/pjs/nightgown of anywhere we stayed in japan (including disney!)

I had brought my own hair dryer, and there wasn't a place to plug it in anywhere. Their plugs were inside cabinets you couldn't get to in the bathroom. And they clean the building from like 10/11am until like 3. (can't remember exactly) So we couldn't just go to our pod for naps throughout the day. The downstairs lounge was open but its small with just tables and chairs, no laying down in there.

Great capsule hotel in Tokyo. The location is perfect — right next to Akihabara Station. The beds are spacious and come with ventilation, multiple power outlets, and a built-in alarm clock. Sheets are changed daily if the capsule is unoccupied, and you’re provided with a pajama set and three towels every day. A pair of slippers is also given for the entire stay. A wide range of toiletries is available for free. The shower area is well-designed, with a dedicated space for makeup and hairstyling. There are also washing and drying machines that only cost a few yen. A small dining area is available too, with microwaves and hot water dispensers. I highly recommend this place for solo female travelers looking for convenient, affordable, and comfortable accommodation. Overall, the place is fairly quiet and might not be suitable for large groups.

The most inportant thing - I do recommend this hotel to every women traveling alone. It was a unique expirience. The sleeping cabin was really comfortable. It was so fun to do your make up in the morning in the shower room with other ladies, you can peek and learn something. It was also fun to wear the same pink pijama.

Well, there are 3 things that should be improved. 1. There is no cold water to drink. It is so strange, that you can’t pour cold water into your bottle. 2. There is no space dedicated for big luggage, so every suitcase is standing just in front of main door, next to the reception. 3. There should be more hangers in the shower room!!! This is so easy to provide. When you do your hair / make up you have to keep your mesh bag on the floor, which is dirty… And well, the hotel was not super clean. Even after cleaning at 16:00 the floor in the toilet on 3rd floor was really dirty. But the cabin was really well cleaned. These are just small things, I would choose this place again.

Capsules were clean and big enough to sit up (if you're not super tall), location was great and easy to access. Generally very quiet which makes it great if you're trying to just get a good rest regardless of the time. They clean daily so you need to clean out your capsule and leave the place from 10am to 4pm, but they do allow you to stay in the hotel or capsule if you request prior.

If you have a lot of luggage - you can leave your luggage at the reception, however it'll be difficult if you're staying multiple days and need items from your luggage. Unless you know what to take out for the entire stay - generally the staff prefers if you don't need to take the luggage in and out.

Pros: Location near to Akihabara Station, amenities provided, connvenience store near hostel (Lawson, FamilyMart, Lawson), room clear and nice, bed clean everyday and provided new cloth.

One of the staff was very rude and always in a bad mood. As a customer service in hotel line, you must have known that not all customers can speak Japanese well but she insisted for customers to speak in Japanese. Other staff was ok with limited communication but not her! Please fix her attitude. The staff was in a night shift. If you meet a girl in receptionist with a bad attitude, that it is her.
