The location is terrific, on a quiet street, just a few minutes' brisk walk from the big Akihabara train station, and the Hibiya Metro line. The room had everything we needed, cleverly arranged in a small space. Lots of power points everywhere! The hotel only has three rooms on each floor. There is a little cafe room on the ground floor where you can have your breakfast sandwich and make a tea or coffee.

The included breakfast is just a drink box and a convenience store sandwich, but we got used to that quickly and quite enjoyed it. The staff were pleasant and as helpful as they could be without having a great deal of English.

N Plus Hotel Akihabara has an excellent location, just a short walk from Akihabara Station, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Despite being in a bustling neighborhood, the hotel was surprisingly cozy and quiet, allowing us to rest comfortably after busy days in Tokyo. The rooms were very clean, and the service from the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. There’s also a Family Mart conveniently located right across the street, which was great for grabbing snacks or drinks on the go.

If I had to point out one small thing, it would be the limited number of plugs in the room, but that’s just a minor issue and didn’t affect our stay at all.

When we booked in June they listed breakfast included, but when we got there in October we were told they weren't doing that anymore. We never got a notice before we got to the hotel and checked in. It was an expensive hotel and the breakfast inclusion was part of why we chose this hotel. I know Tokyo accommodation is expensive but this place was expensive for what you get. If we visit Tokyo again we'll go elsewhere.

A new hotel located in a pleasant neighborhood of Tokyo. The rooms are quite small, featuring a comfy double bed, a small table, and a chair. If you have large luggage, you might want to reconsider as there isn't much space in the room. However, everything else was great. The interior is nice, clean, and new, with an excellent bathroom and toilet. There is a TV with Netflix and other amenities, which is a welcome treat after a busy day in Tokyo. Approximately 8mins walk from Metro station.

The room was really small and the breakfast is just a few tiny toasts.

Hotel had the most spacious and luxuorius feeling bathroom out of the 5 hotels I stayed in. It felt roomy, and had a stand in shower vs a tub/shower mix. Would definitely stay again because of this. The location was just the right about of walking distance to Akihabara which I think is great. You're not right in the middle of it all. But if you plan of travelling a lot to other parts of Tokyo then maybe closer to a station would be good. (the station still wasn't far from here either). There were coat racks and lots of shelves to store stuff on, which was very convenient for staying organized saving space. It felt very comforting and is definitely one of the hotels I would stay in again.

Room itself was a little cramped, especially with luggage. I would really like to see them have taller beds in order to slide luggage underneath to save space. Quality of a couple of items was subpar (the tiny trash can lid did not fit, and kept falling into the bin. And the tissue box lid kept coming off as well) but not a huge issue. There were a lot of light switches in different places compared to other hotels. I wish they had grouped all the bathroom light switches together in the bathroom, and put a switch for the room entrance lights near the bed as other hotels did.

Everything was perfectly clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, given the size of the room. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The room was a little tight. The single beds were placed together as if it was a double bed, and you had to go over one bed to get to the other one, since there was not enough room at the foot of the beds to walk by. Also, the air conditioning unit had a leak once you turned it off.

it was easy to go to places in and around tokyo, very convenient. It was quite spacious, both the bedroom and bathroom! honestly ive never seen a spacious bathroom in a small hotel like this anywhere else!

the fridge wasnt really working. Everytime when i wanted to get on the elavator, it took a while for it to come up or down. When people talk loud or screams, you can hear them from your room.

Honestly facilities are amazing, there is a mini cafe-like thing you can use until 11pm. Shower was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. They will clean your room (if you want) every 2 days. Location couldn't have been better.

Great location. Quiet area. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast sandwiches were much appreciated and always fresh. Beautiful room on the 10th floor, with loads of space. We really enjoyed our stay. Handy Family Mart across the road.

The pillows were either too soft or too hard. A med firm option would be just right. :)

Great location!! Close to public transport and Akihabara itself but still in a quite quiet area. The room was quite modern and the bathroom fantastic and a good size!

As most of the hotels we have gone in Japan the room was a bit small. The mattress a bit hard
