The hotel was comfortable and nice. Feels like home. No reception but very easy check in. Good quiet neighborhood close to metro (10 min walk) and attractions. Laundry available for an extra fee, but very handle and easy to use. Staff very responsive and always welcome to help. Great value for the price considering is Tokyo

The size of the bathroom was very small, and smelt a bit like humidity, but nothing crazy. The room was big enough to fit a couple of suitcases, but there’s no storage space really.

I’ll definitely consider coming back to this place next time I visit. 1. Location The hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with great restaurants all around. The closest station is Okachimachi, but it’s walking distance to Ueno and Akihabara. On the way to these places there are interesting shops not only for tourists but local as well. 2. Check in process Easy check in. The staff were friendly and responsible. I was able to store my luggage out of registration time. 3. Room Although the room itself is quite small, it’s got everything I needed. It’s clean, tidy and quiet. Water and other supplies refill every day at your door.

Clean room, small but nice. We got fresh towel on a daily basis and also water and green tea. There‘s a lift.

Room is very small, but this is „normal“ for Tokyo. There’s a lit of light in the morning, so be sure to take an eyepatch if you’re a light sleeper, and also earplugs, because there were some work on the street. The Station is ca 10 min by foot, good to know if you have baggage.

The location was excellent. It was walking distance to multiple metro lines. It's walking distance to Akihabara and Ueno. There were many convenient stores nearby for quick stop and major supermarket not to far. The place was super clean. It was spotless. We received daily new towels and a bottle of water and tea. The room was very spacious too. Will stay here again for sure. Highly recommend to others.

A clean and tidy place with a warm atmosphere and nice interior. Every day, they provided new towels and amenities, along with free tea and water.

it's a bit far from the nearest station—about a 15-minute walk. It felt small for three people with suitcases, and I wish there was another mirror. Also, I heard someone scream on the street at midnight, which was unsettling.

The room was spacious, comfortable and super clean. The location of the room was convenient (close to metro stations, including Yamanote line station that was in a walking distance appr. 15' walk and also close to the famous Akihabara). The surrounding area was nice and quiet. Washing machine and dryer were available.

Insert Owner was very accommodating and friendly she was the most amazing person I've met since being in Japan(this isn't a hotel but a rental is how i see it) . If you're looking for a place of comfort come here. I've been here for 21 days but this has been the best experience so far leaving your traditional thoughts of comfort wanting more

I don't like touristy things but it's a fact I've spent most my time avoiding just that but akihabara is white washed but if you want authentic experience of hospitality of Japan then come here she'll take care of you. Full kitchen washer and dryer and the most spacious room I've had

Room was actually quite spacious for my friend and I, the two futon beds were actually quite comfortable. They had a comfortable couch, nice amenities, and replenished our towers daily. They also gave us free bottled tea and water each day!

There was no front desk with staff and I didn’t know that going in. It wasn’t a huge deal but had some questions and things that would’ve been nice to talk to a front desk. I had an email conversation and that got the job done

The room was really nice, clean and spacious. It's nice to have a daily change of towels provided. Its nice that they have complimentary drinks provided everyday. Staff and nice and friendly. Paid washing machine and dryer is available.

The place takes a bit of walk to get to shops and Akihabara. Wish bottled water was provided instead of bottled tea beverage.

the room was huge, all amenities there, comfy bed, separate toilet, close to akihabara , but in a quiet street. Very much worth the price

we asked for early check-in, but they couldn't provide, because the guest before us didn't check out in time. Understandable, but still wasn't the best feeling after being awake for 36 hours
