The hotel was pretty good - rooms in Tokyo are generally smaller so our room size was expected. In addition the bed, we had a mini kitchen corner, fridge (with freezer!), and a small dining table. It was plenty enough room for us. The room also came with a washer/dryer which was nice to have. The noise level was quiet so we weren't bothered at all. The location was very useful - near train stations and convenience stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart). The staff were extremely nice. We had a luggage issue upon arrival (a small mishap with luggage forwarding) and the employee at reception (Khin Thin Thin Yu) was super helpful, friendly, and patient while helping sort out our situation. She was a star employee! Overall, we liked it here and would stay here again!

Bathroom was a bit small and stuffy, but standard for Tokyo apartment hotels.

The room was big (for 2 people) and clean. I liked that the toilet and bathtub were separate. There is a washing machine in the room which was so convenient in the summer. Perfect location only 5 minutes walk from JR Okachimachi station. Quick check in and check out. Great price on weekdays.

There are no key cards, the elevator and room use a code on a pin pad which takes a little longer than a key card. There was only 1 detergent packet in the room for a multiple night stay, and no extra TP in the room. Had to ask at the front desk.

It's was a last minute discovery and I was extremely happy with what I got and at that price. The room was spacious and the extra Japanese tatami area provided extra space to stretch, relax, watch TV, and best of all to open up suitcases and pack. I was quite surprised with the space I got in the apartment, while initially fearing the photos would be different than real life, knowing how small Tokyo hotels usually are. The beds were comfy, and we all fell asleep super quickly. The TV was a smart TV with YouTube, Netflix and Abema set up, but we plugged in our Amazon Fire Stick and the WiFi was enough for streaming. Location wise, it's a short walk to JR Okachimachi station which is served by the Yamanote line so getting around is super easy. Ueno and Ameyoko is also easily walkable and best part is its proximity to the Keisei Ueno Skyliner. Yes, it's very close to the tracks but the noise didn't bother us at all.

Not enough toilet paper and tissue paper in the room, had to go downstairs to get more if it wasn't housekeeping day (every 3 days). Wish the room had a few extras lying around. Remote control for lights didn't work..

Fantastic apartment hotel! The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four (two adults and two young children). The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, breakfast spots, and supermarkets nearby. Plus, the hotel is well-connected to public transportation, with multiple metro lines, Skyliner access, and the Shinkansen all within easy reach. We could hear train sounds, but it did not bother us much.

They have an automatic light in the hall, and whenever someone walks to the bathroom at night, it turns on. A little bit disturbing.

Great location, big living space, close to Ameyoko, Okachimachi JR station and various subways so very convenient to access key tourist destinations. Lots of food (both restaurant and convenience stores) options downstairs. Uniqlo/GU, Yamashiroya toy store (6 levels) is just a 5 min walk down the road so great for family with young kids.

Next to train line so can hear the trains but soundproofing was pretty good. Uses different passcodes instead of key card to access entrance/elevator and room so had to fumble around to find the number each time.

I was with my parents and the location was perfect. Just a walking distance to Amaya market, Ueno park and also not too far from Akhibara. There are also tons of restaurants around. The space was perfect for the three of us. Loved it and will definitely recommend it.

I did like the keyless entry but to remember the password to get in and to the room was a bit annoying. Not that they can do anything about it but the toilet was right next to the kitchen. Wish it was on the other side similar to the other unit.

Smells and looks clean. Lay out of space is quite thoughful and efficient for my family of five. I love having the toilet closet near the room entry area and is separated from the shower area. Ample space in the laundry and sink area. We used the washer/dryer combo every night and request for laundry detergent at the front desk. It takes about 3.5-4 hours per load, dried and ready to wear. Well litted room with everything you need in the kitchen area. We ate late so we also made used of the toaster, microwave, stovetop with pots provided, water kettle for tea and boiling water for ramen. We did not use the air co since it was cold in December. The train noise was expected but we slept through it. Front Staff were attentive and our room was cleaned on the 3rd night.

For small adjustment for future stays: Nice to have the entrance light on motion-sensor for a nice litted area. I didn’t need to look for the switch to turn on but whomever sleeping in the bed at the direction of the glare from the light when brightened may disrupt their sleep whenever someone passed by and trigger the sensor for light to turn on again. A sleeping eye mask helped. Suggesting a minimalist style space divider on the ceiling to help with the motion light sensor.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—close to train Station, shops, and local eateries. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were responsive. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for convenience and comfort in Tokyo.

The location was amazing, close to everything you need. Walking distance to train station (Yamanote and Ginza line), a lot to shopping at this area and easy to get foods. What i love the most was the dryer provided in this room. The room size was decent, and can see Skytree tower from room. The staff was friendly too.

The pillow was thoo thin. Wish they could provide 2 for each bed. Everything else was good.

It was an all-around exceptional experience, and I couldn't find any aspect that didn't meet or exceed expectations.
