I really enjoyed all the facilities, such as the washing machine, free Wi-fi and microwave! The area is very "normal", so it's great if you want to feel like a local during your travels! Staff are very kind, there's a local 7-eleven only 4 minutes away, and a high street less than 10 minutes away. Free Wi-fi worked as it should on all devices, even the older ones. No weird sign-up page necessary which I loved.

Some things I didn't enjoy however: I'd advise you bring your own pillow if you stay here. There is only pillow per room and it was very uncomfortable. I took my own thankfully. - In my case, the AC wasn't clean, which caused a lot of fluff to exit it and enter the room. Thankfully a hoover is provided, so it was an easy clean... but it was still extremely frustating. - There are 2 vending machines in the lobby, but none of them worked during my stay. Unfortunate, but there are other vending machines very closeby if you're desperate.

Great value for money. The location is quite good - It is a 5 minute walk from the station and there are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the staff were very helpful. I liked that they had facilities for everything. A random bonus I noticed is that the elevators are also super fast. I would definitely return again.

The room and bathroom is a bit small so some people may have issues with this. Only 1 person will fit in the bathroom. And although the location is good, it is a bit further out from the city center so expect to always take at least 2 trains to reach other touristy areas.

Excellent hotel for its money, polite staff, excellent soundproofing. I was provided with two adapters for European plugs, and the room had all the facilities in good condition (hair dryer, microwave, etc.). Soft bed, very warm blanket.

I think the whole hotel needs a renovation or just a general cleaning. If you look up, you will see spiders above the main entrance canopy (I am very afraid of them). Also, painting the walls and dusting hard-to-reach places would be a great idea.

Staff are all accommodating even tho we arrived late at night, it is our 2nd time to this hotel. ♥️ We always request to make the bed connected to each other. I hope they improve on giving more chairs per room for family, even if it is foldable is very helpful. Overall, a good place, near to the station.

All rooms are smoking rooms, they give sprays and clean the room, but the last time the cigarette smoke smell is too strong, they give us more spray.

Hotel is old, but we'll designed for stay, providing utensils, laundry, micro etc. Only pain was not given room in higher floors though booked 2 months back. Missed view and good ventilation. Close to Tokiwadai tobo lane railway, though far from narita airport, after 6 pm no reception , room service missing , faced english language problem of hotel staff , helpful though. Nice neighborhood, but missed Indian restaurant near by.

The hotel was a great choice for our vacation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the delicious breakfast spread every morning. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.

Some noisy neighbours.

It is near a station, so it’s easy to move around. I also liked the neighborhood. The room and common areas were clean and tidy, and the staff was nice and helpful (I arrived there after the reception closing time, I wrote in advance and they let me know how to contact them upon arrival to check-in, all very quick and simple). The place was overall comfortable and nice, good value for money.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The laundry helped quite a bit. It is very close to 7eleven which was our nightly stop.

The Tokyo subway is about 1.2km walk from the hotel. Which is not a crazy walk but something to keep in mind. It would be nice to get more towels as the ones provided tend to get a bad smell.
