Impeccable service, food, and great location. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the king room with city view and it did not disappoint! We requested firm pillows and the staff brought up 2 options of firm pillows. The room had ambient lighting to sleep comfortably in. We ordered room service for our dinner, and for our breakfast the next morning. The location was close to a wonderful bakery across the street, there was a 7-11 around the corner and had we been in the mood to bus it to Shibuya scramble walk, it is only a 250m walk or three minutes to walk to Roppongi station to get there. In my next visit to Japan, I'd really like to learn basic Japanese language to better communicate. The staff at Grand Hyatt Tokyo was well-versed in English, but I feel I could make more effort to make communication easier too.

We loved the hotel. The breakfast was off the charts. My favorite was the french toast. The facilities were great. I ended up doing laps in the pool each morning with my kids, as well as using the hot tub, massage chairs in the locker rooms, and the cold plunge pool. The rooms were very nice. Our three kids stayed in a room with a king-size bed and a rollaway, and it worked out great. I know this is normal for Japan, but the Toto bidet toilets were the icing on the cake, as were the blackout shades. From my kids' room, you could see Mount Fuji, and from ours, you could see Tokyo Tower. The service was also top-notch, from booking reservations to bottles of water from the front desk in the morning, to the entire staff being helpful and attentive. We ended up eating at the sushi and Italian restaurants in the hotel, which were also both great.

The location of the hotel is great, 3 min walk to the shopping center, restaurants , cafe. There is a direct shuttle bus from/to the Narita airport. We booked Club room and facilities were just great. Breakfast was very impressive. We had a cocktails and sone food every evening, and the fact that children are welcome there makes a difference. For the kids it was a dinner time and they enjoy the food at the club lounge . The personal is very good and attentive to all your needs. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We went to the spa and love it. We definitely stay again in GH Tokyo.

Exceptional Service！ I am very grateful to the staff at Grand Hyatt Tokyo for their exceptional support. When my luggage was delayed in transit from Kyoto, the staff proactively contacted the courier company and ensured it was delivered to my room before I returned. Thanks to their help, I was able to catch my flight on time without any stress. Truly excellent service!

Great breakfast options! Not only buffet, we could choose from a la carte. Location was great as well. Quick taxi ride takes you everywhere/ connecting to Roppongi Hills was fun & so many dining options (including less than 10 minutes walk to Tokyo Midtown) Staff were very attentive, everyone was very professional

Fantastic breakfast buffer. Excellent location with many restaurants around the hotel. Well communicated with main transport hubs of Tokyo. Excellent staff who went the extra mile to ensure an excellent experience of the hotel particularly at checkin and the restaurants.

Great location, facilities and staff were very kind. Next to a shopping mall and v close to Roppongi station. Can get a bus to Shibuya. V centrally located and electric blinds mean you can get an excellent night sleep.

Double beds are small doubles

Staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was amazing. We got lucky and were able to get a room with a view of Mt. Fuji and we had two days where the sky was clear and could see straight through. Also the bathroom was fantastic. The tub filled very quickly which was a huge plus!

Staff was helpful to get medication from pharmacy on a public holiday when I fell sick during the stay.

They require a deposit of 1.5 times of the total cost of the stay, which mean a few thousand dollars locked up for at least a week.

Loved the location. Loved the shower and rooms.

Not enough seating in lobby. Large place. Could use more. Also- coffee shop in lobby would be nice. The one next to bakery was never open early in am.
