This is a relatively new addition to the Tokyo Hotel stock and we chose it for its Nishi Azabu location and price/value. Arriving late evening our taxi driver had some difficulty locating the hotel but in daylight it was very easy to find and convenient for all we needed. A short walk to Roppongi subway up the hill of Roppongi-dori and easy access to Roppongi Hills. Plenty of nearby convenience stores Lawson/Family Mart etc. The staff were very helpful and prompt to assist. We particularly appreciated their help in organising the Takyubin baggage service to our next destination. If you've never used this it's highly recommended, good value and makes train travel so much easier. The rooms seemed quite small, which is normal for many hotels across Japan but otherwise comfortable. Breakfast offered a good choice and was beautifully presented as most things are in Japan. We enjoyed the boutique ambience and the stylish public space.

I stayed in both a cube room and a single room, as extended my stay. The cube room was perfect with a fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities (single room had these too but not in a separate area) plus small sofa in a very handy layout - it felt like a small studio apartment. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect. An easy walk to the tube and Roppongi. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants a short stroll away in Nishi Azabu or Roppongi. Roppongi Hills is opposite and Roppongi Midtown an easy walk. I also walked to Omoto Sando which only took around 20 minutes. The bus to Shibuya is opposite the hotel and very convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive. A lovely small hotel with a boutique feel. Noteworthy was the Roppongi S cocktail of the week; The Wabi-sabi.

The single room was good, however the AC was directly above the bed. The feel of the room wasn't quite as nice as the cube, but still good value.

Very nice hotel, big room with large bathroom including own laundry. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The location is slightly removed but in just a few minutes walk there are plenty of restaurants and the metro station.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Always trying to help you get a positive result of our requests. Even today, when it was close to impossible to get a taxi, they still gave an effort which was lucky. The only thing that is of personal preference to me and my friend was that some of the song were slightly stressful for breakfast. All in all polite and helpful staff with attention to detail and will make your stay an enjoyable experience. It is easy to recommend this place to anyone in need of a place to stay in Tokyo!

The room was great for what we needed! The large bathroom was exactly what we were hoping for. We loved relaxing in the tub. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was nice to have. We were lucky enough to have a washer/dryer in the room which came in handy since we stayed for a while. The location is safe, quiet, and near some nice restaurants including the Kill Bill Restaurant! The only downside was that there was little to no storage space for clothing & shoes.

Room furniture and design. breakfast (even though it is not needed at all in a city like Tokyo).

While it is Tokyo and room size is relatively small, this room are very small and within this small size, the room design is not ideal. designer wanted to give it all: sleeping area, sofa and TV, working desk and min kitchen (sink and micro). To much for such a small space and it has its price: sofa is a min sofa, the bathroom door is smaller than standard so tall people need to bend. No place to open suitcases and no place to store them. Bed was too hard for us. Its 9 min walk from the subway. In Tokyo this is a bit too far.

Excellent staff, spacious room, very clean, and room service is exceptional. Many thanks to helpful staff who spoke English and were ready to support at any time. The beds were nice, and amenities were great. There are conveyors close by and restaurants as well.

No major attractions are within walking distance but buses are always there and the train station is 15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast buffet can be improved with more options. I must say though that the buffet staff were also great and ready to help.

The room we stayed in was on the larger side compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms. It also had in-room washing machine and dryer, which made laundry a lot easier. Location of the hotel was great! It's in the heart of Roppongi and it's easy to walk to lots of restaurants and subway stations. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions. Bonus recommendation: the hotel restaurant is surprisingly good. We went there for dinner one time and their truffle fries were super tasty. The breakfast there was great too.

I absolutely loved my stay at Roppongi S hotel. It was the perfect place to escape after a few busy and bustling nights in Shinjuku. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed. I enjoyed a nice long bath and took advantage of the other in-room ammenities such as a mini fridge, kettle and microwave. Breakfast was lovely and staff were attentive. I loved the slower paced Roppongi area and many tourist attractions like museums, Teamlabs Boarderless and shops are within walking distance of the hotel. Very happy with my stay at Roppongi S and would highly recommend it.

Some basic cutlery and plates might have been useful to have in the room, but I’m sure if I had asked reception they would have been happy to provide these.

room was big enough for 2 people and 2 luggage's, impressive the fact it had a closet where if you stay longer could store your clothes avoiding to keep them in the luggage. Location is good enough considering that Roppongi metro is at 650 m , but also Taxi is verry affordable in Tokyo. Lot of restaurants and small food shops. Bed was very comfy for me ( I prefer soft beds). Good expresso machine in the room and refrigerator where highly appreciated.
