The location was good, about a 10 minute walk from a central train station and a handful of supermarkets and Chinese restaurants around. The room was very cozy, the beds were great and very comfortable, and the temperature of the room was very well controlled. It was very clean too. The folding table was a great idea and a nice way to use the limited space in the room.

The kitchenette had no forks and spoons, you have to bring your own. Something about cleanliness reasons, but then cups are provided so that doesn't really make sense? The toilet and kitchenette are a bit too small and cramped but you can't really change that, that's the way the room was built. Use the folding table for more room. The washing machine didn't dry my clothes well but I learnt after a couple of days that I could hang my clothes in the bathtub and turn on the ventilation and they would dry very fast. The kitchen drain seemed to be a bit clogged.

We have stayed here multiple times. We are always happy with our stay. The room is very clean, well stocked with what travelers need, having the manager there on sight is a huge plus. He is very accommodating & helpful to get you what is needed. Our daughter lives close by it couldn’t be anymore convenient.

There is not a closet or drawers to keep clothing. We usually stay for 7-10 days and I don’t like trying to live out of a suitcase. But it is not a deal breaker and we will always stay at the Emir when we are visiting out daughter.

Mattresses were firmer than most hotels, location to train was convenient, provided a very good supply of fresh towels and toiletries and garbage bags. Owner answered all our questions patiently. The kitchen was well stocked for convenience store foods. The laundry machine in unit was very quick and nice to have for small loads.

The walls were dirty and sticky in some places near the entrance and hallway. One of the beds was very creaky. The pillows were a little too soft.

Location was in the redlight district. Not expecting that. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the heart of Asakusa. Well worth it for the price.

Located in a residential area so that visitors can enjoy the local life. The hotel staff was friendly. Provided free coffee.

No proper table for dining. The room and the toilet were small. A bit far from the metro station but not bad for a stroll and exploration in the local area.

The building is a regular apartments turned into a hotel which means it came with everything you need. Small kitchen, regular sized fridge, stove top, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, a/c unit and the washroom, had a built in function as a convenient air dryer for your clothes and lastly a balcony. Lastly in terms of room size, larger than average with enough room for 4 luggages and area to walk around.

No bidet but not a deal breaker.

it was in a great spot easy to get to train station, shops etc very quiet area not to far to go to get to the main part of Tokyo or other areas. Room was quiet large and nothing was to much trouble you just had to ask {taxi booking} etc.

Nothing that l can think of all great.

The room was small but equip with just enough to satisfy our needs - coming with a washing machine, kettle, drying setting in the bathroom etc. we were located pretty close to the station but it still took a decently long time to get to hubs like Shinjuku. Although this was a lovely quiet, and quaint area to be staying in with good places to eat nearby.

It was spacious, clean, safe and the staff were helpful too!!! Thank you foe a good stay at your hotel!

I really liked the hotel! The appliances were all new & the room was spotless, the onsite staff is a win win! I was in Tokyo visiting my daughter the hotel was just a block from her apartment.

My only concern was the lack of a closet, drawers, or shelves. Maybe I’m a bit of a spoiled american but I would have liked to have unpacked my suitcase. I did not like having to live out of my suitcase for 10 days!
