Good location and comfortable room. I like that there was so much room underneath the bed to store luggage. The fried chicken in the breakfast buffet surprised me at first but was some of the best I’d ever tasted in Japan. The staff were friendly every time I spoke to them.

I wish there was a change machine near the laundry (if there was I didn’t see it). But there is a vending machine so I was still able to get change by getting a drink.

Breakfast was good and I could try original Japanese cuisine immediately after arrival - this was important for me. Room was very clean, the staff was polite and eager for help. I used baggage delivery service to get my suitcase to this hotel and it worked perfectly.

Ever been to Japan? No? Then expect very small room. This is a standard here so it doesn't affect my evaluation of this hotel.

Absolutely everything about this hotel is just 10/10. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room is super clean and very well comfortable. They also have a breakfast buffet for all the customers which is really good and has fair enough options. The location is awesome! Right next to Akihabara area which is my favourite area in Tokyo. Everything is just perfect! If I ever go back to Tokyo I will definitely choose this hotel.

Nothing really, only maybe the staff did not speak very fluent English and had to end up using google translate.

The location is great with three different train stations nearby to give you multiple transportation options. Devil Craft to get craft beer and "deep-dish" pizza is about a 10 minute walk away. About 30 minutes walk to the Tokyo Dome if you are planning to see some baseball. The breakfast helps you get started with the day, and they kind of mix up the options if you are staying multiple days. Strong Wi-fi signal in the rooms. Friendly staff who will try their best to communicate with you in English (if that is your thing).

If you are vegetarian, you will have very limited options at breakfast. The rooms are small, I know it is Tokyo, but be forewarned. Definitely reserve a non-smoking room!

The staff are the best, very attentive and very helpful. I left my luggage with them for 3 days. Thank you so much for that.. With communication they have a translator device that help them and me understood each other. The location is perfect. The breakfast is a combination style of japanese and western. They have a room for washing clothes, heating food and vending machines for drinks. About the room, it is small but you can move freely around, the bed is big, the water warms up in an instant, japanese toilet and japanese bathtub, they provide also toiletries and my favorite the Pajama or Yukata.

Best laundry facility I've had my whole trip. Laundry machine does everything, washes, dries, adds it's own detergent and has a locking keypad so you can return to your room. Hotel has free continental/buffet style breakfast, croissants, rice & salad, cold folded scrambled eggs (no western-style hot bacon & eggs). 5-7minute walk from Kanda JR station and within walking distance of Akihabara.

Bed had a hard mattress. Couldn't get comfortable, aggravated my old shoulder injury. Only 1 pillow, had to request another. Check-in is a hard 3pm, I was about 2 hrs early hoping to access my hotel room to drop off my luggage and change clothes before heading back out for the afternoon; however they did accept my luggage for storage until I returned later to complete check-in.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near to a subway station. The JR line is also nearby. It is a business hotel with reasonable price.

The room was not supplied with tea/coffee, although an electric cattle was available. The lighting of the room can be improved. The room did not have its own air conditioner therefore it is difficult to maintain the temperature that you like.

Very good price. Good breakfast., comfortable bed (mattress and pillow) and chair, good lighting.

Lack of such basic amenities as a shower cap. Lack of a mirror in the main room or a socket in the bathroom (for doing a makeup or hair, for instance). Only powder green tea. A coffee or ほうじ茶 would be great. And a complimentary bottle of water too.

The breakfast was good and filling. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the Metro and railway station. Tokyo station is just one stop.

Since I stayed for 7 days, a little change in the breakfast menu would be nice. The room size is quite small compared to the Indian standard. But I guess that is true for the whole of Japan, which my colleagues verified, staying in other hotels.

The location is perfect, close to the subway and Akihabara. You have free amenities from the front desk, like toothbrush, toothpaste, matcha, which is very helpful.

I think the breakfast schedule could be a bit later, like 10 am. I think in Japan this is the regular schedule, but when you are in vacations a later schedule is better.
