The sento is the best, there's also a mist sauna for you to heat yourself up with 😀 Huhe selection of alcohol (first 5 cups free!) For a capsule hotel, this is definitely worth the money for a traveller to get, there's a lot of amenities. If you are a solo traveller travelling light, this place is also ideal.

Do take note if you are travelling with a lot of luggage, capsule hotels like this isn't the best place for you. Also if you're travelling with a female partner, she won't be able to stay here as it is males only(there are other female only branches)...so it might be hard to coordinate your meetups.

I'm a nerd, so right off the main street of Akihabara was great for me. Location was great. I booked this last minute on sale, and it exceeded what I expected from a capsul hotel for so cheap for 8 days. On top of that, services Free alcohol, rice, curry, soft drinks, massage chairs on floor 2 made it feel like an all inclusive hotel. The onsen/shower had so much free product for shampoo, conditioning, bodywash, and hair product it was perfect

There was an odd smell, but I can't blame that on the hotel as they had multiple scent despensers everywhere, I would like to assume that was from it being an all male hotel and some dudes just stink. Once in my capsule and on my own the only sent I ever smelled was my own. Also, I wish the capsule shades were more opaque as I am anxious and enjoy the privacy, though I found having an extra blanket to hand on the hooks in the room made well as an extra wall

The best capsule hotel I have been to so far. I stayed one week and needed a base to explore Tokyo (city and one-day trips, since it was my second time in Japan). Main +: - all included and free of charge: breakfast (rice with curry) and cofee, rice with seasonings and drinks all day long, alcohol at night - traditional onsen (hot spring) with traditional showers and sauna, this is really a huge plus - lovely common room you can use with manga to read, a massage chair and television - everyday fresh towels and yukata I have to say that it really made me live the Tokyo experience I travelled with a big luggage (the classic 23kg suitcase). It will not fit the locker, but DO NOT worry. There is another section where you can lock you luggage separated from the changing area. What I did is: the first day I took out from the big luggage everything that I needed and stored in the locker, while leaving the big luggage in a separated area. (This is a capsule hotel - of course privacy will be limited)

Amazing location. You can get to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Tokyo fast and easy. The area in itself is beautiful (Akihabara). 2 min walk to the train station. The jacuzzi, sauna and toilets were good. They even had free massage chairs that you could use. The facilities were definitely the better part of the hotel. Staff was also friendly and happy to assist you.

I would have preferred it if they cleaned the capsules properly. A bit of vacuuming, dusting off would be nice. They took out the bed sheets in the morning and did a quick dust off. More cleanliness would be nice. In addition, the hotel had a funny smell. It was nothing too bad, but not very pleasant. Since in the Japanese Onsen you are supposed to be fully naked, it was the same in the showers. Not comfortable for those who are not used to this.

What a fantastic capsule hotel. The all-day rice & soups, the morning curry, the evening drinks, the artificial onsen, the location, the amenities in the bathroom & at the desk. I had a much better stay than I expected for the price. I spent over 90 minutes in the massage chairs during my overnight stay there. (spaced out so I wasn't monopolizing them!)

Any complaints dwindle into being meaningless. The lights in the capsule floor stayed on overnight, and with a not-entirely-opaque capsule screen, it did disrupt my sleep a little. The curry in the morning was too salty. Both very minor complaints. Possibly need some enzymatic cleaner for the L2 toilet. Everything else was great. Be aware there are no private showers! All showers are downstairs in a shared space.

The facilities, location, and staff were superb. A pod hotel but felt like a classy airport hotel. Very close to Akihabara station. The lounge was excellent for hanging out and getting a free breakfast or snack throughout the day. The operations of using and navigating the hotel was great too.

It got very, very hot the one night we slept there and there was nothing we could do besides turn on the fans in the pod and get a cool pillow from the front desk. Also there is nothing you can do if another patron is a loud snorer except put earplugs in which isn’t ideal if you are also trying to sleep.

The capsule itself is a bit on the older side but quite spacious, more than I expected. The room is well ventilated so it didn’t smell much, which was nice. I slept okay for the two nights I stayed there, but you can expect to hear snores during your stay. The facility has no private shower booths but a nice public bath facility with a hot tub and sauna, which I really enjoyed. They provide lounge wear and towels like most other Japanese hotels do. They also provide free luggage storage, free drinks and alcohol, rice and curry which is all very nice. I booked it last minute so the price isn’t the best, otherwise it would be a great place for those looking for a short stay in the area.

This was probably my favorite experience while in Japan. The shared spaces were clean, quiet and very comfortable. They had an amazing bath space and all the staff were very helpful and respectful. The wifi was fast, the food and drink was also great. If you don't do well with sharing space and prefer to have a more private stay then I would avoid but otherwise I would highly recommend. Every guest I came across were quiet and respectful and it's a very relaxing atmosphere. For a solo traveler or for a small group of guys (this is a male only accomodation) this a very affordable and enjoyable place to stay.

This place was a dream -- easily the highlight of my four-night stay in Tokyo. It's situated precisely in the center of Akihabara, right near the station which gives you easy access to everything. It's surrounded in nice places to eat, and nerdy stores you can get lost in for hours. You can lock up your luggage with a provided padlock and in a provided locker, you have a provided hotel robe, etc., like at an onsen, and of course there is an indoor onsen which is very enjoyable and not too busy, easy to use any time of the day or night. I find the mist sauna easier to enjoy for longer than the average sauna, since it's got high-humidity and reasonable-temperature, so it doesn't feel like your hair, etc., heats up too much, or like you need to get out after a while. The onsen part is very hot so it takes a little getting used to, but it's very pleasant. The shower facilities are nicer than average, with lots and lots of included amenities and different shampoo and conditioner options, disposable razors, various stuff, etc. Finally, there's Level Two, which is ABSOLUTELY BURSTING with nice, free amenities I haven't seen anywhere else: you get free mango lassi and curry dishes in the morning, there's free rice dishes any time, you can grab miso soup or a vegetable soup, etc., there's a comics library (in Japanese), a set of massage chairs, and TV viewing area (plus TVs in the capsules), and other extras like a smoking room and even a free alcohol bar to sample local booze and hard liquor, as a nightcap before bed. The staff were extremely helpful, and will hold your larger luggage and wheel it out when necessary, so you can sorta stash the big stuff with them, stick the day to day essentials in your locker, and keep the little things like toiletries handy in your capsule (which has a convenient little shelf and some storage).

I would've enjoyed a little vending machine with onsen milk or ice creams, since the onsen itself is very hot, and there isn't a "cooling down" area... and I was riding up and down in the lift a lot since you need to access your locker on level 1, the baths on the sublevel, the amenities area on level 2, and your capsule, quite frequently, leading to a lot of time waiting for elevators... but none of this is really a big deal, and honestly the place is about as ideal as I can imagine for single travellers. My girlfriend is very disappointed that it's male only, since she wants to visit too.

Very close to Akihabara train station and very easy to check in and check out. I extended my stay because for the price, it has all that I needed as a solo traveler. As I wake up early in the morning, it was nice to take shower and dip in the bath before the provided curry breakfast. If you happen to get hungry late at night, theres rice cookers for you to have a light meal without needing to go outside. Very convenient location and great service that I stay here when I'm in Tokyo by myself.

There were a lot of foreigners on my floor and I'm guessing they were a group because they were just chatting, playing videos on speaker from their phones and not turning off their phone alarm which woke a lot of people up... Somewhat expected from capsule hotel but my last stay here was very quiet and people were respectful in making sure the space was quiet.
