It’s so good to be able to stay in this room in winter. The room is very clean. I like the bathroom which is separate wet and dry type and have a spacious, clean and bright bathtub, so that It's very comfortable to take a bath. This family room also has an upper bed and a tatami area and the bed above is also very comfortable to sleep on. The building is located on the main road, but you didn’t hear any noise from the room. It is about 6 minutes away from Akihabara Station. There are convenience stores and many restaurants surrounding . The owner maybe is a young man who runs the hotel very attentively.

Located very close to several stations (5-10min walking distance). Despite the small rooms, everything was available in the room as advertised.

When we arrived for check-in, the tablets meant for check-in were not set up. We rang the front door bell and waited about 20min before the staff in the room next to reception came out to set up the tablets. We were quite tired when we arrived and I would’ve expected the tablets to already be set up for check-in, considering the hotel messaged us about the procedure beforehand. Another minor annoyance was the inability to open the balcony door for some fresh air. The air conditioning system isn’t central so there was no way to freshen up the room. Additionally, it felt like a lot of space was wasted on a balcony that we couldn’t access.

The rooms (particularly the ones that accommodate 5-6 people) are very spacious by Japan standards. The layout of the rooms is very strategic and well thought through. Bathroom is a good size as are the beds. Very clean with wonderfully functioning A/C. The staff is also very friendly. Very close to the train station as well as things to see/visit within Akihabara. Vending machine for drinks is in the lobby area as well.

The rooms that accommodate 2 people are much smaller and very confined in space. Also, there is a room located on the 10th floor that requires the use of one flight of stairs (since the elevator only goes up to the 9th floor).

Room is cozy for a family but works. Beds are comfortbale althought the futon mattress in dining area is far too hard even for a child. Bathroom excellent with separate toilet and water pressure was also excellent. Great location with a few stations very close and restaurants and convience stores also close by. Laundromat in the street over from hotel very simple and quick. Could hear kids above jumping around early and late at night. There is a lot of rules to stay at this hotel please check in the fineprint prior to booking.

While the room was small, it was fine for my adult daughter and myself. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The location wasn’t bad. 10 minutes to the fun area of Electric Town. Also, the Family Mart right down the street was convenient. The AC was also great!

The only negative was the street noise. The windows are very very thin. I’m a light sleeper so that was challenging. Although it helped that we stayed there the first two nights of the trip so I was exhausted.

Good location near metro station and not far from Akihabara or Kanda train station, Tokyo Station is also in walking distance. Apartment was good looking and well arranged for this small area and many beds. Good instructions for arrival and departure, 24/7 access. Generally we liked it and we might return having in mind generally high prices for all other options and very limited offer for group of 5 people in Tokyo!

Having a heating surface, but no utensils and dishes is weird, especially if you stay for a week and want to have at least breakfast at home. Room was cold (windows didn't protect from outside) and we could not warm it up (except upper bed where all of the heat went), this was major issue for us.

The amenities were well stocked, hotel location was close to 2 JR Stations, which were Akihabara and Kanda. There is a well stocked Family Mart Convenience store 2 min walk from the hotel. The only hotel I know that had 2 power ports for each bed, additional power ports around the room, shelving spaces, 4 pillows per bed and soft-medium firmness beds.

The reception staff were never present. We had an issue at check-in and there was nobody to help us. We had to communicate via message through the Line App which had its issues. Also you need to sleep with ear plugs as ambulance, fire and police sirens, and loud fancy cars drive down the main road at the middle of the night.

The size of the property, it very spacious for the price I paid. The location is convenient enough to have Shinjuku line downstairs, central Akihabara right behind the property. So many good food Everywhere within 7-10mins walk

Nothing really. Only thing if I have to be picky is the pillow. They too soft & flat, doesn’t have any support to my neck, so iv got sour back & neck after nights sleep

This property was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the train station and was very quiet to sleep at night.

There are no food options at the hotel and breakfast starts late in Japan, so that made the morning more difficult. There is no staff at the front desk and the front door isn’t locked, so it was a little concerning for security. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

The staff and service were fantastic. I come from Singapore and mainly speak English, they were able to communicate very well. They even went the extra mile of finding nearby restaurants for us to have our meals. It is super convenient as well because it is just a 5 minute walk to 3 DIFFERENT train stops.

There were drunkards at night but they were passerbys downstairs and was not the hotel's fault at all.
