It’s located just across the river from Akihabara Station, just a 5 minute walk from hotel to ticket gate. So you can take Yamanote Line in a loop or use one of the local lines to cut across east-to-west from Akihabara. It’s in a bit of a quieter neighborhood too. There’s a footbridge right across the intersection from the hotel’s main doors that can take you across quickly. Open 24/7 Family Mart and 7/11 are very close by as well. The reception is actually on the 5th floor, and a very minor annoyance is that taking the elevator from the 1st to wherever your room is or vice versa means it always stopped at the 5th. But hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. One staff member could speak English very well, but the others were accommodating with me trying to speak with what little Japanese I knew. There’s a free “amenities buffet” with things like razors, hair gel, women’s products, coffee, tea, etc that you can help yourself to. Laundry, vending machines, and bathrooms are also on that 5th floor along with a comfy lounge. Laundry was separate washers and dryers, 300¥ and 100¥ (30 min dry) respectively. It also looked like they were holding people’s baggage and luggage throughout the day. We were split up between a single and a double. The rooms were small, just barely enough space for luggage cases to be open and to maneuver around them, but small rooms are the norm in Japan. But the room was very quiet (couldn’t hear my travel companions very much at all through the wall) and it was comfy. Pajamas, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included in the room. Room service typically consisted of leaving out used towels and trash cans in the hallway, which are then replaced with new towels in the middle of the day. There’s a full room cleaning on the 4th night. Overall I really enjoyed this hotel and would consider staying again!

As advertised, the location was a great help. Quietly tucked away from next door Akihabara in a quiet neighborhood but less than 5 min walk from both Akihabara as well as the subway and JR stations. The staff was absolutely great. Don't get confused by the Resol on the same street. The Resol Stay is just further down the street. Quiet regardless of the nearby trains and quiet in regards to guests. Plenty of restaurants within ten minutes walk. Use exit 5 from arrival by the Hibiya subway line then turn right once outside, walk over the canal bridge, turn right at the first street after that and about two to three minutes further is the hotel on the opposite side of the street. There is a shrine (from 1457) just prior to reaching the hotel.
Nothing about the hotel could have been better.

The location was great, the staff and all the necessary items were covered by the establishment.
The only thing that could be improved is that we did a fair bit of shopping in the area. And we had a lot of leftover cardboard and plastic wrap, and there weren't any areas where we could dispose of the trash.

Excellent location with few train lines intersecting and just across the bridge from Akihabara station. Although the hotel is surrounded by train lines and facing the tracks, the sound proofing was so good, we never heard the train at all, even though you can see it whizz by outside the 5th floor lounge windows. The hotel also smells good and feels brand new. The room was relatively spacious, clean and comfortable. You can open a large luggage with 2 other smaller ones with no issues (twin room). I love the lounge on the 5th floor, providing free drinks, as well as desks, sofas and work pods should you need to do some work or just chill. They also store your luggage before check in or after check out. Will definitely stay here again when in Tokyo.

This is the best Tokyo hotel I've ever stayed at! Clean and comfortable room, staff were friendly and accommodating, and multiple metro stations are within walking distance. The lounge is a comfortable place to hang out, eat, and do laundry. This hotel is close enough to the hustle and bustle of Akihabara, but in a peaceful neighborhood. I like that I could use YouTube on the TV! The view of the train tracks is stunning at night, and there was little to no noise. I will definitely come visit again!
I didn't mind this because it's common for Tokyo, but just a heads up that the room is quite small. Overall I don't have any complaints, what an exceptional hotel!

- the location is incredible, so close to everything in Akihabara, and it’s easy to get to the rest of Tokyo from there using the metro. - the hotel and rooms are very stylish and pleasant. - the rooms are very clean and functional, with decent storage considering the size of the rooms. - the lobby area is very nice with free amenities. - the staff is always friendly and helpful. - we were able to store luggage at the hotel, super handy.
- there is air blowing straight on the bed even when the AC is off (probably ventilation), not ideal for people who are sensitive to that sort of thing. - the light next to the door is motion-sensitive which can be a problem if your bed is right next to it. - the lobby area could be bigger, but it was always quiet when I went.

Delivery of fresh towels and 2 water bottles every day, along with garbage pickup. Bathroom felt new and clean with a large bathtub for soaking. Great water pressure and shower head in the bath. The 5th floor lobby had every amenity you might need, including humidifiers, which were helpful for us because we weren't used to the dry winter air. We appreciated the full array of amenities provided, including a variety of scented bath powders, a variety of teabags, face products, etc. You can even buy their full-sized bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and air freshener to bring home if you wanted to. The lounge had complimentary coffee, tea, soda machine, ice, wine glasses, microwave, origami, and a nice seating area to take a break outside of your room.

Very well priced for the value we felt we got. Several metro lines within a short walking distance; JR lines from Akihabara station, and some Tokyo Metro lines and Toei lines are also available. The hotel had a nice hangout area with free drinks and some space for work/studying, which was nice. The room was a bit small, but big for Tokyo standards regardless.
The route from the JR Akihabara station was a bit tricky with a couple of flights of stairs. Also, it is a 3+ minute walk to the closest convenience store, and there's nothing _immediately_ next to the hotel. That said, nothing really to complain.

The property was located over the river from Akihabara’s Electric Town and situated right next to the train tracks including the line for the Shinkansen to pass through. Thinking you would hear noise at night it was surprisingly quiet. The room itself was small but very cozy and maintained well. The beds were so soft pushed together but it didn’t stop you from getting a good nights sleep. The downstairs lobby was open 24/7 so a quick ride down the elevator to get a cup of tea, coffee or soda from the free (for guests) machine was easy to do and very convenient rather than heading to a Lawson or Family mart which were around the corner. The best part was the little robot concierge called Maron. That thing was beyond adorable and I loved how the staff dressed her up in a shaw during the winter.
The rooms were small and cramped but that’s only because I have giant bags and had done a giant shopping trip at Aki during the day, check in is at 3pm (1500 hrs) and the property only cleaned and made the rooms every four days. Did not impact me at all but it’s different than other hotels, mind you at home I’m lucky enough to do it weekly so it’s a minor complaint if at all.

I really loved my stay here! The building and interior design is smart, clean, and modern, but super cozy. Location is great too!; 2min walk to main Akihabara street, but far enough away to be quiet. The staff are super attentive, friendly, and helpful. I felt very welcome and at home. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I loved the bed, and I thought the bathroom was spacious. The pajamas provided were very comfy, and I loved the variety and easy access to all the amenities I needed. The communal lounge, however, was my favourite part. Very chill, cozy vibes, and access to special treats. I always looked forward to returning to the hotel after a day out. I will be back for sure!
