Quite new hotel of a very good standard. Very polite staff. Beds firm as we like them. Typical small Tokyo room was well organized to make the most of the living and bathroom spaces. Nice touches, like day blankets. Our room had a window 1m away from the neighbouring office building wall and could be opened with adequate light and air intake. Easy walking distance from Akihabara station - no problem with luggage and for airport metro connections to both airports. Be aware when taking the convenient Skyliner train to Narita that this requires separate tickets with reserved seats as it is not part of the metro network. We used Google maps for figuring out all metro journeys, which is so easy with the logical numbering of stations along each line.

It’s located just across the river from Akihabara Station, just a 5 minute walk from hotel to ticket gate. So you can take Yamanote Line in a loop or use one of the local lines to cut across east-to-west from Akihabara. It’s in a bit of a quieter neighborhood too. There’s a footbridge right across the intersection from the hotel’s main doors that can take you across quickly. Open 24/7 Family Mart and 7/11 are very close by as well. The reception is actually on the 5th floor, and a very minor annoyance is that taking the elevator from the 1st to wherever your room is or vice versa means it always stopped at the 5th. But hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. One staff member could speak English very well, but the others were accommodating with me trying to speak with what little Japanese I knew. There’s a free “amenities buffet” with things like razors, hair gel, women’s products, coffee, tea, etc that you can help yourself to. Laundry, vending machines, and bathrooms are also on that 5th floor along with a comfy lounge. Laundry was separate washers and dryers, 300¥ and 100¥ (30 min dry) respectively. It also looked like they were holding people’s baggage and luggage throughout the day. We were split up between a single and a double. The rooms were small, just barely enough space for luggage cases to be open and to maneuver around them, but small rooms are the norm in Japan. But the room was very quiet (couldn’t hear my travel companions very much at all through the wall) and it was comfy. Pajamas, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included in the room. Room service typically consisted of leaving out used towels and trash cans in the hallway, which are then replaced with new towels in the middle of the day. There’s a full room cleaning on the 4th night. Overall I really enjoyed this hotel and would consider staying again!

Great location, close to Akiba Station yet very quiet. Room was clean and I had a nice view out the window. Staff is very friendly and I was able to check in earlier which is convenient after a 12 hour flight.

A safe box would be nice to have in the room.

As advertised, the location was a great help. Quietly tucked away from next door Akihabara in a quiet neighborhood but less than 5 min walk from both Akihabara as well as the subway and JR stations. The staff was absolutely great. Don't get confused by the Resol on the same street. The Resol Stay is just further down the street. Quiet regardless of the nearby trains and quiet in regards to guests. Plenty of restaurants within ten minutes walk. Use exit 5 from arrival by the Hibiya subway line then turn right once outside, walk over the canal bridge, turn right at the first street after that and about two to three minutes further is the hotel on the opposite side of the street. There is a shrine (from 1457) just prior to reaching the hotel.

Nothing about the hotel could have been better.

really enjoyed our stay here! this place is truly equipped well! we got the 18m2 room and you can open 2 24" luggages comfortable. there was a REFA hairdryer provided, real good quality! bathroom was spacious enough and the tub provided was clean. - location is great, close to 2-3 stations, just 1 bridge away from the main akihabara shopping area - receptionists were really friendly - the "lobby" (5th floor) had a rest area, free drinks, and charging ports available - there were also amenities like a dryer and washer available on the 5th floor (pay-per-use) - many disposables like toothbrushes, combs, cotton buds were provided. - items like iron, hair straightener or curlers were available for rent! - the bed was comfortable by my standards, and 2 pillows were provided (1 soft, 1 hard)

- the wifi can be slightly slow but it still works! - you have to cross the bridge to the nearest kombini so some might find it a little frustrating

The location was great, the staff and all the necessary items were covered by the establishment.

The only thing that could be improved is that we did a fair bit of shopping in the area. And we had a lot of leftover cardboard and plastic wrap, and there weren't any areas where we could dispose of the trash.

Excellent location with few train lines intersecting and just across the bridge from Akihabara station. Although the hotel is surrounded by train lines and facing the tracks, the sound proofing was so good, we never heard the train at all, even though you can see it whizz by outside the 5th floor lounge windows. The hotel also smells good and feels brand new. The room was relatively spacious, clean and comfortable. You can open a large luggage with 2 other smaller ones with no issues (twin room). I love the lounge on the 5th floor, providing free drinks, as well as desks, sofas and work pods should you need to do some work or just chill. They also store your luggage before check in or after check out. Will definitely stay here again when in Tokyo.

This is the best Tokyo hotel I've ever stayed at! Clean and comfortable room, staff were friendly and accommodating, and multiple metro stations are within walking distance. The lounge is a comfortable place to hang out, eat, and do laundry. This hotel is close enough to the hustle and bustle of Akihabara, but in a peaceful neighborhood. I like that I could use YouTube on the TV! The view of the train tracks is stunning at night, and there was little to no noise. I will definitely come visit again!

I didn't mind this because it's common for Tokyo, but just a heads up that the room is quite small. Overall I don't have any complaints, what an exceptional hotel!
