The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was a buffet style mix of Japanese and American breakfast items. The bathroom was so great, and left a wonderful impression on us (as this was our first stay while in Japan). The room was perfectly clean and I loved cracking the window open to let a breeze in when we wanted. The staff were so kind and were keen to make sure things were clean and ready for guests.

Nothing was amiss, it was an excellent stay. Simply know that your room will likely be much smaller than what you might be used to (at least in the United States).

Very clean, bed was comfortable, staff were always friendly (some miscommunications at time due to language barrier, but nothing too bad). Kanda is a very good location if you’re planning to do a lot of things in Tokyo. 1 stop to Tokyo Station for Shinkansen, 3 stops to Shinjuku, I think 20-25 mins to Shibuya. Walking distance to Akihabara. The hotel is very close to one 7/11, but a number of convenience stores and restaurants located near the station, which is only a short walk away. Washing machine and dryer simple to use. Breakfast was nice and had a decent range.

As per most rooms in Tokyo, room was very small. Really no where to put luggage except on desk. I think they could easily have room to store luggage at end of bed if they built a shelf. I get why they have to do it as dining room is so small, but 20 minute slot tickets can be a bit frustrating, especially if you arrive back late and your preferred time slot has gone.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, with easy access to multiple train stations and only a 25 minute train ride to Haneda airport. The staff were very kind and helpful during check-in, breakfast, and check-out. The room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was delicious, and there was a timed ticket system to prevent congestion which worked well. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out, which was very helpful.

The air conditioning unit in the room was a bit loud.

We chose this hotel for its great location (7 mins from Kanda Station, which is one stop from Tokyo Station). There were plenty of restaurants around and two 7-Eleven nearby, which provided all the snacks. The room was compact but big enough to fit all our things, and I liked that the we could open the window to the inner courtyard. The bathroom was quite small, but this is Japan, so I'm surprised when people complain about this. The staff were absolutely wonderful - very kind and friendly, and went out of their way to help us. I was very impressed by the daily cleaning service (optional) and the fresh towels we got every day.

The two things I didn't like at this hotel: 1) The air-conditioning was centrally controlled, so the room was either freezing cold or stuffy and hot whenever we had the A/C off. It was impossible to sleep with the A/C on because we froze to death, yet turning it off made it hard to breathe. 2) We paid for the daily buffet breakfast, which was nice but VERY limited. It might be fine if you're staying at the hotel for a couple of days, but there really wasn't enough change or variety for a 10-day stay. Plus, my boyfriend is vegetarian, and there was almost nothing for him to eat except for bread rolls and croissants. There wasn't even any cheese or sliced vegetables for a sandwich.

I liked that the hotel is close to Kanda station - one of the Yamanote stops and is well connected to other train stations. There are a lot of convenience stores and food options nearby. Akihabara is a close walk to the hotel. Staffs are also quick to help - whether providing extra pillow, band-aids and even umbrella when it rained. Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but it good enough to have a full stomach to start your day. Breakfast ticketing system is also implemented but never considered to be a hassle. Just note that the hotel implements centralized cooling/heating and during autumn/winter months - it is set as heating.

We had a great 4 night stay here. Location is excellent, 5 min flat walk to Kanda station, a very convenient station on multiple lines and just one stop from Tokyo central station. The hotel location is very quiet. The room was compact - small by western standards but big enough if you are out sight seeing all day and just sleep there. The included breakfast is great, with western and asian choices. You have to specify a timeslot for breakfast but that all works well. The staff are super polite and helpful, and speak enough English to get by. Comfort Hotels are a chain and you know what you are going to get when you stay at one of their hotels - a clean and comfortable room with breakfast for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely stay there again if/ when we get back to Tokyo.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. It felt as if we were living with a host family.

I wish the TVs had the capability to cast. We weren’t in the rooms a lot during our stays but would’ve been nice to cast my favorite shows from my phone to the TV in the room.

Staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel was a short walk from multiple stations and less than ten minutes walk from Akihabara! Breakfast was complimentary, too, so we could eat every morning there before going out if we felt like it!

Bed was a little hard and dipping toward the middle. Room was also very tiny.

Breakfast was small but fulfilling. Location is calm and near Kanda train station. Staff we discussed with was extremely helpful and kind. Room was clean and provided with amenities. Option to buy late check-out which was helpful.

Room was a bit cold even with heating.

Staff are friendly and very accommodating, especially Mr.Kuramochi. Double room is good size for 2 adults and 2 children with enough space for our backpacks. The place is clean and has everything we need. Location is good, walking distance to Kanda and Akihabara station.

We didn't quite enjoy the breakfast choices, however that is very personal.
