We really appreciated the friendly staff, they really went out of their ways to make our stay confortable. We liked the room and the location. The beds were really confortable, the size of the room was really good for the price in Tokyo.

The check-in is online, and with the fraudulent messages circulating on Booking at the moment, it was a bit unnerving but it all got sorted out when we got there physically. Also, we would have appreciated more explanation on the water usage (heating, quantity and so on) but overall, our stay was really confortable.

Efficient check-ins and nice staff. The facility was great and it felt like an actual house that we were living in. The driver kindly offered to drive us to Ueno station for the skylines express because we were tight on time and would almost miss our flight.

The hotel is a bit far, we needed to walk around 8 mintues from Iwamotocho station to reach there.

I stayed in a triple room with two beds and a couch bed, and it was GREAT. It felt MASSIVE, had a BALCONY (view was panoramic but just ok), and felt very quiet and private, which was incredible since it was 10 minutes from Akihabara JR station (and "otaku street"). Multiple convenience stores and chill restaurants within a block. A perfect choice for someone who wants Akihabara, doesn't want to spend as much, and enjoys a quiet night's sleep.

I thought the shower/tub room was a bit cramped. And the floor was kinda slippery in socks. That's really it though.

The bathroom was very nice, and the hotel nearly designed. It was a convenient walk away from several useful public transportation lines, and a stroll away from the heart of Akihabara Electric Town. The amenities (towels, cleaning, etc) were opt-in so you could clean your living space at your own pace.

Since the location didn't have its own laundry machine, we had to use the public one which took time. Additionally, some of the staff were difficult to communicate with, even with Google Translate. The rooms felt too small because we had large suitcases with us. Also, when checking into our room, we found some previous guest's clothes in one of the drawers, which indicates the room was not properly cleaned.

The hotel was clean and the rooms are larger than most in Tokyo. The check-in/check-out process is super easy as long as you've paid attention to your emails and written down your check-in code. I'm not usually a fan of fully automated hotels (with self check-in on a tablet, no physical keys, etc) but this one felt easy and safe. We asked for a quiet room when booking, which they delivered. The bathroom was great, with a thermostat for the shower temperature. You can leave your luggage in a holding room with padlocks and chains after check-out.

The decor was a little... rococo but all the amenities were good so no real complaints there. The bed was a tad hard. Reminder that they do not clean the room unless your stay is 4 days or longer, which is 100% fine for me (and the planet), but that also means your trash might accumulate. As for the location, the hotel was a 10-15 min walk to various stations which isn't too bad unless you've already walked 15 km during the day :D But I guess that's the price you have to pay for a quiet location.

The property is situated in the Kanda area, just one stop away from the Tokyo station. There is an Aeon mini mart and coin laundry just around the corner, less than 100m away from the hotel. The checkin and checkout are DIY. Pre-fill your particular before arrival. There is a DIY luggage storage, if you are there early, just lock the luggage. The bed is very comfortable and the space is larger than the usual Japanese hotel in Japan ( usually only 12sqm)

The soundproofing can be improved. Can hear what the guest next door’s conversation easily.

This hotel was perfect. Clean, nice location, calm and not noisy. The area was very chill, and there was not that many people on the street around the hotel. Compared to a lot of other places in Tokyo, this area felt so calm to get to, because of there being way less traffic and people.

As a first timer in Tokyo, i thought the hotel would be closer to the actual downtown Akihabara that you see in pictures. It was close enough that you could walk, but you could not see it from the hotel. I know that Akihabara is a big area, but that was just my expectation. I did really like the area though.

Very good and spacious room—great for resting a few nights. Check-in was completed on a tablet, and I was assisted by very friendly staff. Booking was hassle-free, even though I booked my stay just minutes prior (traveling solo and picking hotels as I go). This was the largest and most spacious room I stayed in out of the four hotels on this trip.

The walls were on the thinner side, but since I used earplugs, I didn’t notice any noise issues and slept well. The room was a little chilly at first, especially near the windows, but the heat pump worked great. It was cold and very dry outside as well, so not really something the hotel could control. However, as a Nordic person, I’m used to double-glazed windows, etc. So there standards are pretty high!

The room is larger than most hotels offering at this price point. We booked it following the reviews of others and found the twin-share room clean, comfortable and well maintained during our 14-day stay. Checking in was easy with the PIN code and the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. There's a (AEON) supermarket round the corner and a Mini-Stop convenience store located a block away. The hotel is a short walk (about 650m) from Akihabara station or Kanda station which may be a challenge if one is travelling with a lot of luggage. Note that the hotel doesnt have laundry facilities on-site but there is a fully equipped 24-hour laundromat about 1.5 blocks (3-5mins) walk.

Nothing negative comes to mind. We enjoyed our stay at the property.

The room size is good (comparing toother hotels like APA), 15 minutes walk from Akihabara is great!

No coin laundry in the building - you have to use a public one nearby. No overnight staff on reception - we could not schedule luggage transfer in the evening and had to wait until morning. they also spam you with hotel registration messages, and I had to do it in the hotel anyway even after I already did it online. The bathtub is EXTREMELY small (even APA had a larger bath than this). They didn`t have pajamas for my size.
