I enjoyed my stay here. I found the room to be a decent size for a single person, enough space to fully open my suitcase. It's fairly clean, and the bathroom has all standard appliances for Japan aka - Japanese toilet and a bath. The location is in a quiet local area, not too touristy, rather filled with office workers. It's between a few major JR and metro stations, very convenient to get by. Enjoy the free drinks and takoyaki in the evenings!

The washing machines/dryers weren't optimal - it took me a few cycles to get my clothes dry as they came out drenching wet, and even then, I had to dry them in my room.

Room was as expected for Tokyo, small but well appointed and great location near Kanda and other stations for easy access. 7/11 around the corner, supermarket 4min walk, family mart all close by. Staff were very nice and helpful, lent me an umbrella during the downpour :) and were very helpful in calling up restaurants for bookings etc. Staff all spoke very very good English and were always available. Perhaps the best feature of the room was the full black out blinds. given we were in Tokyo over the summer with sunrise from 4:30AM... the black out blinds/curtains kept the room pitch black no matter what time of day. this allowed for an awesome deep deep deep sleep to rest those legs after 20,000 steps a day.

Cleaning is done 2x a week, which isnt too bad for a short stay but for longer stays will lead to foreign guests thinking it is ok to leave bags and bags of rubbish in the hallway outside their hotel rooms and expect it to be picked up. this leads to you waking up/coming back to your floor full of rubbish bags and used towels which will only be picked up every 3-4 days. The rooms were vacuumed well enough, but if you are super sensitive, they are really dusty under the bed. Not a huge deal for us.

Tons of conveniences!! From the free toiletries and coffee/tea area to free Takoyaki from 8 pm to 11 pm. There’s even a money exchange machine in cafe area and laundry. It’s almost like the best of a hostel and hotel in one spot. Terrific pricing. Rooms are well designed for the size! Tight spaces but excellent features all fit in from luggage storage, hot water pot to down comforter! Close to many major subway lines

Kitchen/cafe area could have been a bit cleaner. Not a place for some wanting a full service luxury hotel. Go to Singapore on Sentosa island for that experience!! Or other high end hotels in Japan

The staff were incredible. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel welcomed and taken care of. When my daughter lost her dolls at another hotel, they went above and beyond to make sure I could get the item delivered there. When i was leaving, Rea and Chyngyz were so kind and sent us off with amazing vibes. I would definitely stay here again. Location was great, only 1 station from Tokyo Station and a quick walk to some really great food places.

The bed was a big stiff. I wasn't prepared for it but I was able to manage. The room was small, but it fit our needs as we only had 2 backpacks with us and a few shopping bags.

Beds were large enough and comfortable but there was so little floor space to walk around. Having multiple large pieces of luggage would be a challenge to move around here. To be comfortable, 2 people to a room would be best, 3 if you are packing light. Other than that, the staff were very helpful and accommodating and amenities were also great. I have never been to a hotel that had regular takoyaki nights, so it was a treat. Location- wise the hotel is not quite on the main road but is within a short walking distance to kanda station where you can find an alley of sushi restaurants. On the other end are some department stores as well. I would recommend this place to solo travelers, and couples. Families with young children may not find this location fun to stroll around.

The location and suburb could not have been more perfect. Kanda is a very Tokyo, not every touristy neighbourhood sitting right between Toyko Central and Akhiabara Stations. The hotel is in a quiet street with great restaurants and cafes within 1 minutes walk. We were able to walk to the Fish Markets, Dawn Avatar Robot Cafe, Snowboards and Skiiing shops and Akhiabara easily within 10 minutes. The train station was about a 4 minute walk away and interesting in itself. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond all the time. They spoke English very well and were always keen to offer friendly support with my beginner level Japanese.

Nice place to stay in Tokyo. Very close to multiple subway stations/lines. You can get a drink and soup for free at set times in the lobby. Friendly staff, Rea was an absolute treasure. Thank you so much for making us feel this welcomed.

We arrived on Friday and left on Monday after 10 days total. We were informed that the cleaning days would be Monday and Thursday. Unfortunately however cleaning didn’t occur on either day. We went to the front desk on both days to inquire and were told both times it would be solved the next day, however this wasn’t the case. Only the third time it was actually fixed which meant our room was cleaned on the Saturday before leaving. We are however under the impression that this was a one-off mix-up somehow and it will definitely not stop us from coming back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with great freebies available- Happy hour drinks, Takoyaki and lots of toiletries available at the entrance. Washer/Dryer machines available for a small fee and ice machines are available as well Nice location near the station with easy travel to other areas of the city.

Room was quite small, however this is very standard for hotels in the area so not a big issue. The mattress however was quite thin and firm and the toilet pressure was quite weak.

There's tons of amenities Located very close to the Kanda line They offer free drinks and takoyaki at night. Perfect evening snack Free coffee the service from the staff. Big kudos to Rea and her colleague (I can't remember her name)

If I'm really finding fault, it's just a tad bit tricky to navigate in the room with all your luggage. But I'm nitpicking and it didn't really bother us at the end. Beds are hard compared to European style beds. But I think this is more common for the region

Fantastic location near Kanda station. Rooms were pleasantly clean. Enjoyed the nightly takoyaki suppers and that there was a dining area if we had takeouts.

Not sure if it was Booking.com's issue or the hotel's, but staff claimed they did not receive my booking information even though I had already paid for the booking. Thankfully staff still honoured the booking, though it took awhile to sort out the issue. Also, maybe it was just me but the pillows deflated quite quickly so had some neck and shoulder ache after 2 nights.
