We stayed for 4 nights. Hotel was clean and room service was done each day to replace towels and empty bins. Room is small, but this didn’t bother us as we were only there to sleep. Same with bathroom, small but it worked well. Location was good and very easily accessible, about 10 mins walk to and from Tokyo Station and even less to the local Kanda Station. Many convenience stores around for late night snack runs. Washing machines are on site, cost 500 yen but there are only 2 machines. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again.

Small room

Everything was prepared very well and the rooms we had were very clean. The staff were also particularly helpful and accommodating, and the location was convenient while still being quite and comfortable.

The facilities were very limited but this is largely reflected in the price and location. Everything that was provided was in good condition.

Great and invaluable service. Great location and cost. The room was always clean and functional. The hotel is not for luxury but great for comfortable, economical travel. I would use them again if I ever go back to Tokyo.

I wish the washing machine were a little bigger. The ice machine could have been more accessible. But none of those things are deal breakers. These are just minor nitpicks. Still a great stay for my entire trip,

This was an excellent hotel. The staff are just so friendly and welcoming. I arrived to early to check in so went out - on my return my luggage had been delivered to my room. The room was perfect - AC was fantastic. Bathroom had a range of lotions and toiletries which I really appreciated. More than enough room for my luggage. They offered to clean my room which I declined but they hung a bag on my room doorknob with fresh towels, gown etc. Why can't all hotels do this rather than having to chase up housekeeping. I really appreciated the 24 hour drink machine dispensing tea, coffee, chocolate and the complimentary wash cloths, toothbrushes. cotton buds in the foyer. The hotel is handily located to Tokyo station and subway lines and was very reasonably priced. This will be my hotel of choice when I come back to Tokyo.

Friendly staff and well-maintained hotel The shower was very comfortable (good water pressure and temperatures). Great room service (new towels and bottled water daily). The bathroom mirror had an area that was anti-fog, which I thought to be a pretty cool and unique feature. Front desk staff super accommodating (allowed me to leave a gift package for my aunt to pick up after I checked out of the hotel!)

Small elevators with long wait time Rooms were very small (although impeccably clean), would comfortably fit one person. No space to open up a large suitcase besides in the hallway entrance of room.

The room and the hotel provided absolutely everything one could want after a long flight--including soft, fresh pajamas and all necessary amenities, so I didn't even have to pull out my own hygiene items. The bed was very comfortable even for 2 people, and the bathroom was nice. The place is easy to find and close to the metro line, so reaching it wasn't difficult at all.

The size of the room was enough for us, but I imagine two people travelling with two big suitcases would've struggled. It's a size I was aware of while booking the room, but worth keeping in mind. Otherwise, there's nothing negative to note about this hotel.

It’s very close to Kanda station, (5mins walk) which has Yamanote line, also has Chuo line which is very convenient too. There’s 2 other stations as well that’s only 5-7 mins walk. Kanda station is only 1 stop away from the Tokyo station. The room is quite compact and has everything we need. There’s laundry area as well. The best part is you can grab hot drink everyday for free, and it’s also very close to family mart and 7/11 (in front of train station) there’s a lot of places to eat too around the area.

To be a smoking room is was very clean and with not so much odor in general. The bed sheets were really fine too and the daily cleaning was nice. Also the position is really nice compared to other neighborhoods.

Too tiny. I know is a tokyo standard I have been in other cramped hotel rooms in tokyo, but really, this was too much tiny compared to others. As a single travelling person I was not able to open ONE suitcase, and that room was considered a double.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Kanda station and it is very close to Akihabara. There are many restaurants and shops around. The bathroom has a deep tub and I was given a skin care kit. There are various ammenities available and there are Japanese manga volumes for you to borrow. There are free hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) in the lobby that you can take to your room.

The room is a bit small, so if you have a large suitcase, it might be difficult to open it up.

Check-in staff was efficient and friendly. Room was ready when we arrived a bit early. Hotel staff took care my delivery before my arrival. I’m very thankful. Communication was very smooth before my arrival. Great staff. Air conditioning was tricky. Laundry dryer didn’t work properly. Location was great, near kanda station, not Tokyo station. Don’t walk from Tokyo station
