Everything was prepared very well and the rooms we had were very clean. The staff were also particularly helpful and accommodating, and the location was convenient while still being quite and comfortable.

The facilities were very limited but this is largely reflected in the price and location. Everything that was provided was in good condition.

Friendly staff and well-maintained hotel The shower was very comfortable (good water pressure and temperatures). Great room service (new towels and bottled water daily). The bathroom mirror had an area that was anti-fog, which I thought to be a pretty cool and unique feature. Front desk staff super accommodating (allowed me to leave a gift package for my aunt to pick up after I checked out of the hotel!)

Small elevators with long wait time Rooms were very small (although impeccably clean), would comfortably fit one person. No space to open up a large suitcase besides in the hallway entrance of room.

The room and the hotel provided absolutely everything one could want after a long flight--including soft, fresh pajamas and all necessary amenities, so I didn't even have to pull out my own hygiene items. The bed was very comfortable even for 2 people, and the bathroom was nice. The place is easy to find and close to the metro line, so reaching it wasn't difficult at all.

The size of the room was enough for us, but I imagine two people travelling with two big suitcases would've struggled. It's a size I was aware of while booking the room, but worth keeping in mind. Otherwise, there's nothing negative to note about this hotel.

It’s very close to Kanda station, (5mins walk) which has Yamanote line, also has Chuo line which is very convenient too. There’s 2 other stations as well that’s only 5-7 mins walk. Kanda station is only 1 stop away from the Tokyo station. The room is quite compact and has everything we need. There’s laundry area as well. The best part is you can grab hot drink everyday for free, and it’s also very close to family mart and 7/11 (in front of train station) there’s a lot of places to eat too around the area.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Kanda station and it is very close to Akihabara. There are many restaurants and shops around. The bathroom has a deep tub and I was given a skin care kit. There are various ammenities available and there are Japanese manga volumes for you to borrow. There are free hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) in the lobby that you can take to your room.

The room is a bit small, so if you have a large suitcase, it might be difficult to open it up.

Check-in staff was efficient and friendly. Room was ready when we arrived a bit early. Hotel staff took care my delivery before my arrival. I’m very thankful. Communication was very smooth before my arrival. Great staff. Air conditioning was tricky. Laundry dryer didn’t work properly. Location was great, near kanda station, not Tokyo station. For Japanise standards it was a good hotel. Small room, but it's normal here. It was clean and comfortable. Many restaurants in Kanda neighborhood.

Small room was more than adequate. Anyone who complains about room size should not be a miser. If you want a bigger room - PAY FOR IT! If you are from Singapore or Malaysia or Taiwan or Hong Kong and you want a bigger room - then spend more money. And some advice: take the Narita Express to Narita Airport instead of local trains. It’s more EXPENSIVE, but more comfortable! This hotel had great service and great amenities. I will go back. Very good water pressure in the shower.

The location was the best part of this hotel, right next to Kanda station, 1 stop away from Tokyo Station and they also do the delivery service for your luggage to be sent to the next location for you. They had complimentary tea/coffee downstairs, all toiletries and anything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful we enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend and will come back!

The room being too small was a downfall of this hotel, we could only open 1 bag at a time at the entrance of the room as there was literally no space for anything. we still managed though as we tidied as we went on throughout the day and kept our belongings in bags for easy organising.

What we liked really very much is the fact tthat the amentities are in the foyer and not in every room, contributing to a more sustainable use of resources. Also there is a coffee machine with very good coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Also, the hotel provides comfy pyjamas and there is a modern washing machine.

Considering it is standard in Japan, it would have been nice to have a heated seat on the toilet.
