We loved the location at Kanda, quiet with amenities such as convenience stores around. It was easy to get around being a short walk from Kanda station and centrally located. The hotel walkways as mentioned in previous reviews are open aired - imagine that each room is an apartment in itself and that should help to visialise. Not an issue for us although slightly odd, but I can imagine on a cold winter night it might be. Staff were great and helpful with our luggage shipping, basic English was fine, the rooms were sizeable for Tokyo and we managed with two medium luggages.

Breakfast : The breakfast needs some improvement. Not many choices. There should be good spread of breakfast choice available. You reach late for BF say by 9am and the croissants are over and there is no replenishment. The room size : I traveled with my 15yr old son. Wish the room size was a little bigger, we stayed in the renewal double room and it was too too small for us.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Umbrellas available to use. Room was a good enough size. Not too far to the train station. The bed was comfortable. It had a kettle and the filter coffee sachets were good. The shower was great, powerful and hot!

Duvet was very light, the room main door opened onto an open air area which made it cold in the evening. No extra blankets available. I did use the Aircon as a heater but that was too noisy to leave on and sleep.

Good location - about ~10 minutes to JR Kanda. A lot of amenities, including fridge, kettle, tea, heater. I liked the bathroom - a lot of space to put your towels/cosmetics on. And finally - breakfast. After reading the comments, we expected very basic, croissant-based continental breakfast - not at all! They must have changed it, because we got scrambled eggs, meatballs, pasta, broccoli, soups, ... (bufet). According to our observations, they have two sets and deliver them alternately (same set every two days). So definitely a good option to quickly charge internal batteries and go to the city.

Honestly - there was only one thing that we really dislike. But you can't say how much we hated it... I'm talking about the room space - horribly small. We were considering using a safe to keep our dirty briefs in... In the end, my bro put all his unnecessary stuff under his bed. And watch out - we got only single, medium-sized suitcase. I can't imagine how two persons with two regular suitcases can use such rooms

Clean, room did not have a funny smell. Bathroom was quite large, room with sofa bed is quite large and comfortable. Room lights are accessible from the bed. Room heating and cooling worked well. The open air areas between the elevator and the room door was very refreshing. The drip coffee packets make very good strong coffee. Plenty of convenient amenities to take up to your room near the lobby elevator., Staff are friendly.

Could not open the room window. Mattress was a bit thin.

Realy great location. It is placed between 3 Tokyo Metro stations, about 8-10 min walk from each. It gave us very easy access to the metro system. Check in was quick and through a machine. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The rooms are small (but perfectly normal in Tokyo) but had everything we needed. There are amenities in the lobby you can bring up. The breakfast was nice. We would stay again anytime!

Perfectly comfortable hotel for a solo traveller. I loved the location, a mere 5-minute walk from Kanda Station, but also only about a 15-minute walk from Tokyo Station. There are a few cheap Japanese restaurants very nearby and open early if you don’t want the hotel breakfast.

Nothing not to like. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on it.

Very convenient for multiple metro stops within a 10minute radius. On the weekend the area was really quiet because of it being close to the business district which made it really pleasant to walk around. While the rooms are small they are clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to multiple convenience stores and some lovely restaurants around the area. The restaurant across the road Katsushin was terrific!

Location is good for us as we took a 15 min stroll from Tokyo station. It's a quiet business district, so the traffic was not overwhelming. The breakfast spread was not great but adequate to start the morning. The staff on the evening of our check in was very professional - she helped us arrange luggage forward service to our next hotel and book a taxi for the next morning to the train station .
