Very friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed, laundry available and very central, convenient and quiet location. Public transportation via different lines close by. Tokyo Station, Kanda Station and Akihabara are in walking distance.

Nothing really, some furniture looked a bit worn but it did not affect my stay negatively at all

LOCATION: The location is close to Tokyo Metro Awajicho/Ogawamachi Stations and JR Kanda Station. There many coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. If one enjoys walking, it's a good walk to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. ROOM: The room was good enough for one person. MATTRESS: The bed was quite firm. It's perfect for me because I like this kind of bed. ROOM AMENITIES: In addition to the usual amenities, I liked it that there were power outlets at the bed headboard. STAFF: The staff at the reception when I checked in was very helpful. They were friendly and smiled a lot. Check in was smooth. So was the check out.

Exceptional location with 10 minute walkable reach to multiple subways & large train station (Marunouchi subway line within 2 minutes!), plenty of small convenience and grocery stores & pharmacies and fast food restaurants around. Nice 20 minute walk through classy business district with shopping malls and restaurants towards imperial palace & Tokyo central station. Quiet rooms where neighbors cannot be heard, very clean and with adjustable ventilation (both heat and cooling option), comfy 130 cm wide mattress (single superior). In case you find default hard pillows uncomfortable (we did) then ask for free replacement to soft feather pillows. Nice choice of amenities in the lobby with water refill, microwave on 2nd floor. Room is small so 2 large suitcases requires some space planning but doable, given the price and location it is still superior offer. Every staff member speaks good English and are very friendly & willing to help.

Occasional emergency vehicles could still be heard given the hotel is located 2nd line from the large road, but that is normal for Tokyo given how dense everything is located and how loud their emergency service vehicles are. Room is also quite small but again totally normal given it is in central Tokyo and the value for money you get. Just things to be aware of but definitely not a deal breaker.

Location was good - short walk to Akihabara and 2 minute walk from Tokyo Metro stations which was very useful in getting around. Not long at all to travel to Shinjuku or Shibuya. The 7/11 was literally just outside the hotel doors and made breakfast and snack runs very easy. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were also friendly with some understanding English. I also enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby in the mornings! Overall we enjoyed our 5-night stay here.

Ask at reception for some softer pillows (they will not charge you for this). The pillows provided in each room by default were very uncomfortable - filled with these little plastic balls/coils? I don’t know why they give these out, but the staff have no problem replacing them for you. Did this on my first night and have no other complaints!

The property is in a low key area with minimal noise, people traffic, and conveniently next to a 711. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for a solo traveler with a super comfortable bed, nice bath tub, and access to a washer/dryer. My stay was quiet and peaceful, I loved it. Super close to two metro stations made transportation super easy. They work with luggage transport services. Thank you so much!

The washer has a setting where it washes first then dries, but both times my clothes didn’t fully dry and I didn’t want to pay another 500 yen. I even put less clothes the second time but I still had to hang dry. Not a big deal though, the washer works good.

I loved this place! I was able to use luggage forwarding from the airport to the hotel so we could get started exploring right away. I do think I met the surly staff member that others have mentioned but other than that one person and all the other staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the lobby amenities with the coffee and tea always available as well as other toiletries. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was only a 16 minute walk from Akihabara. Well connected to multiple subway lines. Lots of great food within a couple minutes walk.

This hotel is amazing value in Tokyo. It's in a business district with very easy access to transportation in every direction, and walking distance to many of the main tourist sites. The room was small but clean and very comfortable, modern. The lobby has tea and really good dark coffee at no charge.

I'm a vegetarian and this is not a neighborhood with "updated" food choices. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or serve breakfast so we didn't have many food choices close by, especially because the neighborhood was shut down when we were there during New Year's week.

I really loved Belken Hotel. It’s located in Kanda which is quite central and close to many touristic sites. The hotel is situated close to awajicho which connects you to many train routes on the marunouchi line and it’s a short walk to Akihabara. The hotel comes with really nice amenities like free coffee, tea and water which you can get at the lobby and bathroom amenities. I especially loved their free bath salts packets which you can grab and take a bath and soak your tired body after a long day out. The room is relatively small so be careful with too much luggage. I will definitely stay here again. Only thing to improve on is the cleaning time of the rooms. Since most restaurants/cafes open at 11am it makes it difficult to sleep in because room cleaning begins early which makes it difficult to sleep in due to the noise of the vacuum cleaner in the other rooms.

Clean and neat business hotel, cleaning every day, modern laundry so you don't need to tinker with a separate washer and dryer, free and tasty coffee and tea, quick elevators, a smoking place outdoors (rare luxury near Akiba).

I didn't see much difference to any other APA around, but the price was higher. Also, it's a bit of walking from the station: not a problem on a sunny day, but can be tricky on a rainy one. If you are booking a stay near Akiba, you can easily find cheaper options with breakfast included and closer to the station/electric town.

Great value for money. Exceptionally clean, smells nice in the room and hotel. Room temperature perfect. Comfortable mattress. Slightly hard pillows. Free coffee, tea and other amenities and toiletries. Free umbrella for rainy days. Located in a quite alley but only 1 minute of walking distance to the nearest metro station. Very well connected to the rest of the city. 7 eleven store right across the street with hundreds of options for a cheap but flavourful breakfest, lunch or dinner. All in all, an amazing value hotel. Highly recommend it!
