Perfect location, near Kanda Station and within 1 km of Tokyo Station. Excellent eateries and joints right next to the hotel. The in-house restaurant looked good but I didn't try it. Hanamasa, Family Mart and 7-Eleven stores are right on the way to the hotel from Kanda station for local convenience shopping. Bought Shiro- miso paste and Japanese curry cubes of different flavours from the Hanamasa store, all thanks to the Hotel staff for guidance. Overall, very good and comfortable experience.

Milk creamers and coffee sachets were not provided at the reception desk for room usage. Rest all facilities were excellent.

Very helpful staff who despite lacking in English struggled together with me (knowing limited Japanese) to figure out how we could get my bags shipped with luggade forwarding. All in all, very helpful staff. Room AC was great too. And a deep bathtub for evening warm baths. Maybe the best in terms of size I saw during my two weeks in Japan.

The area seems a bit shady in terms that there are women on the streets asking you if you want massages (code word for prostitution). That's not particular to this hotel though, that's for Kanda itself.

-The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I approached them. -The door magnet system to request room cleaning etc. was an efficient system. -The location of the hotel was perfect, so close to Kanda station, which is a very convenient station to be near as it is one stop away from Tokyo. -The room itself was nice and cosy, with all factors considered it was a reasonable price. -Amenities were nice. I appreciated the complimentary slippers, toothbrush, razor etc. Bathroom itself was also very nice. -Overall, very positive experience here. I know for certain that if I stay in Chiyoda City again I will be staying here

I honestly cannot think of anything I actively disliked about this hotel. It met my needs and was within my price range, so I have no complaints.

Amazing location—super convenient. People were having fun in the restaurants on the street but I always use white noise so I didn’t hear them. I absolutely loved the hotel’s willingness to hold bags before and after. That made my stay in Tokyo infinitely less complicated. Staff were very respectful and accommodating. Rooms were compact and a bit worn but clean and tidy. Extraordinary value for this price. I would definitely stay here again.

Little worn and quite compact, but it was clean and the price was low and I was very happy with what I got for the price. What I had was definitely a one-person room.

Location is very close to Kanda station on the Yamanote line. Check-in and check-out are both straightforward and the staff were friendly and efficient. Room cleaning was good.

Bathroom is standard business hotel fare, and a bit aged, there was some mild smell inside the bathroom. There is only one lift, so it was a bit crowded in the morning.

Close to the train station + easy enough to locate, has adequate facilities for a short stay.

A bit too close to the train station so you can actually hear the trains go past. If you're a light sleeper, then might be better to find somewhere further away. Also there wasn't a ramp at the entrance for luggages, you'll have to carry your luggage for 3-4 steps only though.

The location is useful. Room was clean, the bathroom a little old but far enough. I didn't ask for breakfast nor anything. I did the check in after the last train and the receptionist was waiting for me. No problem at all! will probably go back again Also the TV position is right in front of the bed, perfect for movies!

The bathroom a little old but I didn't mind.

Really enjoyed the neighbourhood, close to Kanda Station and walkable from Tokyo Station. Not spacious but for a family it suited us as we were out exploring a lot. Quiet and comfortable.

Can't think of anything, except on Booking.com only the Japanese script is available, naming the hotel. The hotel is named with the occidental alphabet so it would have been easier to identify if it had been available when we booked.

The hotel is located in the busy Kanda area of Tokyo. We could see trains and quite a few cafes from our room and yet it was very quiet late at night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very small but we were aware of this in advance. We had to keep our suitcases on the desk. There was no wardrobe or drawers.

Location is nice, just a 5 min walk from Kanda station. Room is nice and clean. Appreciated two kinds of pillows, soft and hard.

Room was quite small, but it’s pretty common for Japanese hotels near the Yamanote line stations to have rooms this size, so it was okay.
