It's within walking distance to a number of different train stations and train lines so connectivity is not an issue so long as you don't mind walking a few blocks and having to switch lines. Great dining options all around (shout out to the torikizoku just right outside the hotel which I failed to notice during initial research but where we ended up dining at twice) Love the staff, conversant in English, warm, friendly and helpful. Many many thumbs up! Stayed in the Pokemon themed room and loved it. Well-themed and appointed. Great ensuite toilet and bathroom. Spacious seating/dining area. In fact, the room was so spacious I could spread out 4 whole suitcases on the floor to pack our loot leisurely. A luxury in space starved Tokyo. There was a bedside window that was covered up but letting in light from the outside throughout the entire night. Didn't bother us but some may find that less than restful. Weirdly non-functional kitchenette; cutlery, crockery, stove and hood provided but no pots and pans. No matter since we didn't need to cook (again, so many good dining options at the doorstep!) but for those who do, you may want to enquire with the staff if they loan them out or something. Dryer in the laundry room could be more powerful; remember to clear the lint and stick to smaller loads!

Excellently situated hotel with family sized rooms in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful and attentive during our stay. The fact that there are 2 subway stations (Hatchobori and Kayabacho stations) very close, gives you the possibility to get anywhere in Tokyo without any problems. Tokyo station is also close by(15 min. walk) to the hotel. The size of the rooms was perfect for a family of 4 with a kitchen and bunk beds for the kids. Also the presence of a wash room for clothes with washing machines and dryers was a huge plus. There were also fun activities available for the kids like games they could rent for in the rooms.

There was nothing that was not to our liking during our stay. Perfect place to stay with a family if youre staying in Tokyo.

We booked this accommodation travelling together as 4 friends primarily for the Rockin'on Sonic Music Festival — location is great with quite a few metro stations within walking distance from it, and many konbinis around the area for our late night session/breakfast grabs. Hatchobori station is also 3 stops away from the prime Ginza shopping district. The apartment was spacious enough even with 4 luggage, plus a cosy seating area for us to unwind and hang out. Maintenance crew was prompt with towel change and trash bag replacement/disposal every morning on days when there was no room makeup. All of us had good sleeps on the bedding provided, and there were ample charging points throughout the room. We made very good use of the fridge and microwave provided, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sink mixer in our apartment was a tad wonky and hard to adjust — water was either too cold (it's winter) or too hot (almost painful) most times.

Great facilities with enough space to accommodate our family of four, our children are both teenagers. The staff were always welcoming as we came and went. It was great to have access to kitchen facilities in our room, although we only used them for warming purchased food and making tea and coffee. This apartment hotel is located close to two metro lines and a short walk from Tokyo Station. There were plenty of convenience stores nearby and great, low cost places to eat. Although this is not near one of the main tourist locations, we enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle to a quieter location at the end of each day.

The beds were very firm.

We had a great experience at Mimaru Hatchobori. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. The room exceeded our expectations with the room size. The bunk beds were a great idea for family with children. We did not encounter any problems with our stay at this hotel. We highly recommend staying here.

The only minor issue we encountered was the cooking smell which we believe came from the restaurant at the bottom floor. However, all we needed was to turn up the air filter provided in the room and the cooking smell disappeared.

Our 8 nights stay at Mimaru Hatchobori was great. The room was big enough for our family of four. Having a kitchen to cook for your kids was a great help. We also used the washing machine and dryer, which was excellent, especially if you were staying for a week or more. The location was just a little far from the centre, but if you use the metro, which is a 3 minute walk, then you are good. Reception staff were also friendly and helpful in booking taxis for us. I would highly recommend this hotel apartment if you want a bigger space for your family.

The design of the kid bunks is very thoughtful, with a little extra headboard so lights elsewhere would not get in the eyes of sleeping kids. Each bunk bed had its own reading light. Pokemon room was such a fun surprise for the kids! And it’s nice that the bath is separate from the toilet.

One of the reading lights in the kids bunks was not working. When we told them, they said they would fix it the next day, but we would be checking out before they could get to it. Also, for some reason, the smoking corner and the kids game area are the same/adjacent…

Good hotel for a family. We had 4 adults and 2 small children under 3 and coped well for the 3 nights we stayed. Friendly staff, laundry in the building with 5/6 machines and dryers which was really useful. Small fridge, microwave, table and chairs in the room with a Lawsons nearby for milk and breakfast things for the kids etc. We walked from Tokyo Station to the hotel, which was an easy and flat 20mins from straight outside the station down the one road. There are plenty of restaurants in the area so you don't have to go far at night.

Garbage facilities, the bins are very small and dont have a lot of space.

It was a quiet area of Tokyo and we really enjoyed coming home to a more mellow environment after spending the day in more busy areas of Tokyo. Having the 7-11 across the street was very convenient and the udon restaurant on the corner was so yummy and great for our late night arrival. The beds were super comfortable and our three kids loved the bunk beds. We loved having the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all we needed.

We had to buy new luggage because ours broke in transport to Japan and they charged us a Y3500 (per piece)fee to dispose of the old luggage.

Well equipped kitchenette, and a big enough fridge and freezer. Large room (for Tokyo) to fit family comfortably. Each bed (including bunk beds) included lights and charging station.

TV would sometimes randomly turn itself on. Requiring the key card in a slot at the entrance to use the lights was annoying. Ice machine was broken. Rungs of the ladder to reach top bunk bed were difficult to climb.
