Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with very comfortable beds. We stayed on the top floor. Host was very friendly and great to work with, helping us store luggage in advance of our stay and has them ready. Great use of washing machine and Spacious bedrooms.

Location was far from train station and requires a 15 mins bus ride on the 46. It’s not ideal with anyone relying on JR as they would need suica card to supplement. However it was a quiet neighbourhood and many residents live in the area, making it comfortable to walk at night.

This isn’t the first time we are visiting Japan. We know that rooms are usually small in size.

Great location and comfy beds!

The kitchen facilities could be better. For starter a knife for cutting would have been a good start. Cutting a carrot and cucumber with a butter knife is not an easy task.

The best part of our stay was our host! My son left his phone in a taxi and due to our limited Japanese we were unable to communicate with the company. I reached out to our host for advice. He was so extremely kind! He called the taxi company, personally went to their office, retrieved the phone, and delivered it to us. Amazing! Everything about this place was perfect. It is located in a neighborhood and everything is walkable. The shrine and the shopping street and all kinds of restaurants and convenience stores are within a 10 or 15 minute walk. The rooms were very spacious, more than I expected for the city. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean and everything was provided. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Nothing, I can't think of one thing this place is lacking!

Location, location, location. proximity to restaurants, tourist spot, transportation, sundry shops, convenience shops and great host. Originally booked for 4d/3n and subsequently extended another 1n before I move to another lodge. I would have stayed on for another few days, unfortunately the place was booked by other customer.

The house is enough for our big family of 6. The location is near to tourist spots in Asakusa and train stations. There are restaurants nearby and the parking fee is affordable. The owner is a great help. He/She replies always, even at night, and gave assistance and suggestions. Kudos to the owner. If the house is still available in the future, I'll book it with my friends.

I was expecting the same place as the pictures shown on the web, but I didn't know I booked 1F, which is totally different. Was looking for the black sofa convertible to bed, sala area, and others. The pictures on the web were more than 30+, and it didn't say this is for 1F, 2F, 3F, and 4F. But it didn't bother us a lot because we have huge rooms for us.

we enjoyed the convenience of this location as it's close to asakusa and it provided us enough space for four people at an affordable cost.

upon our first arrival, the first bedroom was not entirely clean as I did notice sort of stain on the vanity. The apartment is also not that close to the train station which makes it a bit inconvenient when coming from and going to the airport.

Comfortable beds, clean, spacious room for Tokyo standards, good value for money, owner was very prompt with responses and resolved neighbour noise issues quickly

Lack of storage space, almost no natural light in the apartment, basic cooking facilties (although we ended up not using them at all), washing machine is there but not the dryer, and no way to dry clothes,, relatively long walk to the nearest metro station, very bad sound insulation and with inconsiderate visitors upstairs it can be very loud.

Location was great, it was in a neighborhood but only a 15 minute walk to the temple or train station. Beds were super comfy. Property was easy to find and easy to check into.

1. No elevator- we have to carry our suitcases to the third level by climbing a narrow stairway.
