I chose this room hoping it would have been bigger than the average room in Tokyo and it totally exceeded my expectations. It was perfect and there was plenty of room for the three of us and our huge suitcases. (There was also a balcony (!!!) Can you imagine???). The beds were comfortable and the room, bathroom and toilet room were super clean and tidy (also, the body wash, shampoo and conditioner we found in the bathroom smelled really nice and that made me happy) and plenty of towels. The staff was kind enough to let us drop our luggage before checking in (check-in that was really easy and well explained) and I was immensely grateful for that. The neighborhood was really really quite and it was refreshing going around at night after being bombarded with loud noises all day. It was like 20 minutes away from asakusa station (on foot), 10 minutes from Iriya station and just few minutes from the bus stop. It was an amazing stay and I was very sad to say goodbye.

This hotel is very well situated in a quiet area, close to Senso-ji and Asakusa. It was well fitted. There are markets close by for grocery shopping.

This isn’t negative at all but be prepared to walk a little to the hotel. The closest Tokyo metro station is Iriya on the Hibiya line (about 15 min walk) and the closest JR station is Uguisudani (about 20 min walk). Asakusa (on the Tsukuba Express line) and Ueno (JR and Keisei lines) are more than 20 min away.

Although small it was planned well. The small kitchenette could be used to heat up some meals or preferring breakfast. There was a set for 3 persons but no big knives or pots if you wish to cook. (No basic spices or oil either). Washing machine and a tumbler in a private bathroom. Dimmable lights. I would like to complement the communication with administrators before booking and after. The replies came very quickly. Cooperative, friendly and charming preppie working there!

Too few possibilities to hang jackets or shirts. Only 1 hanging bar in the bathroom, not enough to let 3 towels dry. We used tumbler to dry them after shower but I find it really uneconomical. Standing foldable dryer and 2-3 chars for balcony would be nice to have! Location was fine but you need 10-12 minutes to the closes metro station, 12-15 min to be in Asakusa. We ended up making 20000 steps a day!

The room is big, modern and very clean. the self check in process was quick and easy as well.

We stayed for 8 nights, a vacuum to clean the floor would be a nice addition to the room amenities.

The room is spacious, comes equipped with washing machine, microwave oven and even an electric cooker, plus all the cutleries for meals. The toilet bowl and the shower room are separate which increases efficiency during peak hour in the morning. There is a balcony in case you fancy sitting outside for a tea though admittedly there isn't much of a view. There is ample space to hang your coats and to place our big luggage. It is about 10-15 minutes from Iriiya Metro station which gets you to a lot of other places

The cleaning service is only once every 2 days, and that you have to placed a metal notice board outside your room on whether you want it or not. Otherwise, even your trashed don't get emptied. For someone on a holiday mood, this may not be as easy as one thought. 10-15 mins walk to the nearest metro station can be considered far if you have huge luggage or seniors who walked slower.

Clean, spacious (by Tokyo standards), incredibly good price, laundry, microwave, sink, and single burner stove in room. Also had a triple!

The location adds a few minutes in each direction to anywhere compared to staying closer to a metro line. But for the cost savings, we could have taken a taxi on 10 or 20 short rides to metro stops. If you are relatively fit and can add on a bit of a walk or flexible and don’t mind paying a few dollars for a taxi to a metro stop, this is a very comfortable, safe, spacious, and practical bargain. Would return.

We liked the sliding doors that provided a bit of separation between living area and bedroom. Also good that shower was separate from toilet. By Tokyo standards it is a good sized room for three people with plenty of storage. Nice to have a little balcony and a door to open for fresh air. And a bonus.....a great neighborhood bakery close by!!

A bit of extra signage in English would be nice for example on the washing machine, toilet and light controls. I found the instruction manual for the room(and you do need it as much is 'automated') on the last day of our stay, so that was a bit frustrating. Couldn't get the fan in the bathroom to shut off. It might be a nice idea to switch out the wooden table for an arborite one as it looks as its seen better days but the rest of the place is great!

Quiet neighborhood that is an 8 minute walk to the Iriya subway station, 22 minute walk to Ueno station or 30 minutes to Asakusa in the other direction. The Hibiya line isn’t my favorite, but can’t complain about the convenience. Lots of small restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The apartment itself actually fit 3 people comfortably.

Had no issues to speak of. A sharp knife would have been nice with the utensils and an explanation of what garbage fits what category for disposal and recycling would be nice but this is all minor stuff that had no impact on our stay.

About 10-15 min walk to Iriya station. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer in the bathroom were a godsend. We went during the August summer month which is sweltering and humid (even compared to Hawaii at its hottest) but the AC was always ice cold and adjustable in the room. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the lobby before our flight back home. I would stay here again.
