Surrounding neighborhood was cool to explore if you're looking to shop. Ginza was a short walk (10 minutes away). Yakitori alley was 2 minutes away. Great for late night vibes and food. The nearest train station was close (a few minutes walk). We also had the breakfast (around 1500-1700 yen) for one morning and it was superb. You pick your base set (Japanese or western) and then there's an AYCE section that included miscellaneous food (Miso soup, yogurt, bread, natto, etc.). You also get a nice street view from the second floor. Staff was friendly and there is a designated english-speaking staff member. We also did luggage forwarding which was on the far left of the check in counter. Staff was extremely helpful and filled in the paperwork when asked.

The room itself was small for two people. Some of the furniture in the room seemed worn down. For example, the wood on the furniture was chipped and the door handle to access the fridge was falling off the hinge.

Location was great, nice and quiet except for the train but it didn't bother me. The room was nice, especially the massage chair which was perfect after so much walking every day. The wifi was amazing, I was able to stream movies on my ipad through Netflix which was also great to do at the end of a long day. No issues with buffering or limits etc. Loved the cleaning options also.

Maybe it's common in Japan, but there is no top sheet on the bed. Just a quilt. Sometimes all I needed was my rubbish removed & didn't need a room clean. Maybe there could be an option for that, especially because bins are hard to find around tokyo so the hotel ones can get quite full.

The room is small—so much so that even the suitcase can’t be fully opened—so I think it’s only suitable for a solo traveler. However, the price and convenience make up for the limited space. There are free Takarazuka TV shows for 24 hrs, and the venue is close to the Tokyo Takarazuka Theater, making it an excellent choice for Takarazuka fans. It’s also near metro stations and surrounded by many restaurants.

I don’t like the carpet in the room, and there are too few hooks to hang bags or purses. I suggest adding a few more. The bed is a little too soft for me.

As our first hotel in Tokyo we really enjoyed it. It is very sleek and though the rooms are small, they are a bit bigger than most of the options we saw online. It has everything you need (except maybe a closet), including a tv that you can connect to Netlfix and the massage chair is a nice extra after a long day. The bathroom could use more counter space, there is a missed opportunity by not putting a shelf below the sink. Also, the location is good for three reasons. 1) The Limousine bus stops right in front in the Park hotel. 2. It’s next door to Ginza Yaraucho so there are lots of dinner and late-night options to eat. 3. It is near a few metros station stops. They can help you send your luggage to your next destination. Would recommend.

Too small for more than 2 average sized suitcases

Really centrally located in a fantastic area, very modern, with a lot of restaurants, shops and public transport options nearby. Very good value for money especially during the busy cherry blossoms period. Great breakfast, very comfortable beds, aircon, amazing staff, very very clean.

It was very noisy due to the train tracks being right next to the hotel - trains were passing by every 5 min and we couldn’t sleep at night because of it. We are also light sleepers so if you are not you would probably be fine. We told the staff after our first night and they moved us to a quieter part of the hotel which was very nice of them, however we could still hear the trains, just much less.

This hotel was in a great location - near Hibiya and Ginza stations, Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace Gardens, lots of shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Buffet food was good. The rooms were small, as is usual for Japan, and they squeezed in a massage chair which means you couldn’t pass each other on the floor space, but it sure was nice to have a massage after a day of sightseeing. I loved that they donate money saved from not laundering towels daily to improving the environment.

Not much space, but appreciated the massage chair. No coin laundry, only per piece laundry service, which was expensive.

The hotel is located close to Tokyo Station for taking inter-city trains and busses, and even closer to a few metro stations for getting around Tokyo itself. This made it a super convenient stay for me. The airport bus also stops at the hotel across the road, so if you are coming from Narita, you won't have to drag your luggage very far. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, so you won't find anything difficult to access from this hotel. The staff were nice and helped me to forward my luggage to my next destination. Everything was clean and easy.

As the other reviews mentioned, the room is quite a tight fit if you have substantial luggage with you- especially with the massage chair taking up the only free space. It was fine for one person with a regular suitcase though! I found if you use the massage chair enough, you detest its existence a lot less... But be warned, it's definitely built for those with a smaller frame.

The location was fantastic, close to public transport and lots of food options - would encourage you to walk around the area under the train tracks and try the local food - most restaurants have English menu so there was no issues at all. Felt safe in the area even walking around as a solo woman at night. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with helping providing maps and directions and all of them spoke excellent English. They also helped me store my bags after check-out and late check with a reasonable fee was available. The selection of amenities was great in room and at the lobby and I loved the array of teas and coffee (including decaf) and of course the massage chair in the room was a bonus after all the walking. It really was an extremely pleasant experience and with Ginza so close by and walkable. Will definitely book the hotel again if I came back. Truly amazed that the room could fit everything including an excellent shower in the space. Wifi was good and was so grateful for the multi-plug charger for Android and iPhone provided as I forgot to bring my charger.

Room size was fine for me as a single but could be a challenge for 2 people in the room as there's not much space to open bags and walk around the room. Not sure if the other rooms were bigger.

- Great location for the financial centre and shopping, relatively cheap for this. Close to Tsukiji market, which well covered our breakfast. - Very clean room with all the facilities. - Friendly stuff, we did not have a chance to interact much, as everything was introduced at the beginning in structured and clear way.

- Room was small, which is what you expect in Tokyo, not complains here. We have not tried the massaging chair, if there was an option to get the room without it to have a bit more space, we would have loved that.

Amazing location, especially if you want to explore ginza. The subway is very near and there are great restaurants all around the hotel. The massage chair was great! My room was super clean and housekeeping did a great job in keeping my room neat throughout my stay. The tv can connect to your netflix account through a QR code which I loved and the bed is super comfortable. For the location, the hotel was quiet.

I felt claustrophobic sometimes as you cannot open the windows. the room size is standard for Japan but if I was staying with someone I could see how this room would be super small for us both.
