Had everything we needed for a week long stay. Walking distance to train station/metro. There was even a fridge and a small cooktop. Amazing views of Skytree tower.

We had a small issue with the numeric touchpad, but the host was very responsive and came to our rescue quickly.

We loved our stay at the Skytree view Kinsicho. Starting with the booking and ending with the check in everything was very smooth. The location is very good as close enough to the Subway Station (10 min walk to Kinsicho Station and Hanzomon). Lots of small restaurants around the area, 7/11 and Lawson nearby. The place itself was a small appartment with all the necessary amenities in it. It was small but very comfortable. The quality of the bed, mattresses and duvet was great. Everything was very clean. It also had a smal vacuum cleaner, small iron and even a portable iron board. Washing machine with the drying setting made everything even more convenient. And lastly the view of the Skytree tower from the window was really nice, especially in the night with the mesmerizing lights. Would definitely book this accomodation again!

Sorry for sharing this feedback a bit late, almost a month has passed! :D We stayed for a week and had a truly wonderful experience! The location is perfect, a peaceful residential neighborhood, just a short walk from Kinshicho station ideal for exploring Tokyo, including an impressive view of the Skytree right from the room. The apartment itself was well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, the equipped kitchen, washing machine and balcony Despite being close to Tokyo’s major attractions, the neighborhood remained quiet throughout our week-long stay, so we slept very well. Check-in was smooth thanks to the self-service system and clear instructions. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place for its location, cleanliness, convenience, and amazing Skytree views. We hope to return soon! <3

I liked how this space offered to large beds for both my friend and I making our stay very comfortable. The slippers provided were a nice addition as well. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood with beautiful views of sky tree.

The property is located in between two train stations. Both are about an equal distance walk from the property so be prepared to walk a bit. I don’t think this would be a huge deal in the cooler weather months since the neighborhood is so beautiful to explore, however, in July the walk felt a big long in the summer heat.

This was such a great stay! The property is very well located, only 15 mins walk from the Tokyo Skytree. In spite of this, there is very little noise at night, especially on the weekend- and I say this as a very light sleeper. The apartment is nice and has a ton of amenities: dishes and cookware, stovetop, in-unit laundry, fridge and freezer, etc. The apartment itself is Japanese-style, with an area to leave your shoes at the entrance, provided slippers for the apartment, and the typical combined shower/bath room. The host is very communicative and accommodating. Overall, I loved it and hope to stay again!

We had a comfortable stay in this accommodation for 8 nights. It had everything we needed, it was handy having a kitchenette to prepare quick meals and a washing machine. The neighbourhood was usually quiet during the night so we were able to sleep well. It normally took us about 30 minutes to get to other parts of Tokyo(Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, etc.). Would recommend if you are on a budget!

Be aware there isn't much room to hang clothes, so try to do small loads at a time. There is a horizontal pole outside on the balcony to hang coat hangers, but it is quite low so it is hard to dry long clothing like jeans/beach towels. Also the room is fairly small so it will be cramped with open suitcases on the floor.

We had given information to the person in charge much earlier upon booking via email and we received the door code before arriving Tokyo. SO it was really easy for us to access the property, just follow the instruction given.

the room space is limited. We do not have space for our luggages. As we booked and stayed for 3 nights, we started to feel uncomfortable on the 2nd night. The area is residential area so it is not easy to find restaurants. SO we have to walk quite a distance looking for food (looking for preferred restaurant)

Great area with supermarket and convenience stores. Nice local restaurants nearby as well! Nice apartment space, easy to check in and out, nice kitchen with utensils and the apartment has a manual easy to understand. Nice SKYTREE view!

The washing machine filter area wasn’t clean, under the machine wasn’t very clean either, the washroom had a bit of sewage smell, under the bed was dusty. The hand soap was harsh on our hands and the pillows were too hard.

This accommodation is located between two stations and is very quiet, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. Walking along the street, you can see the complete Tokyo Skytree, and I really enjoy the scenery along the way every time I return to the accommodation.

Since summer was extremely hot, even when we set the air conditioning to 16 degrees, we still couldn't feel very cool, which was quite a pity.

Amazing location - beautiful view of Tokyo Skytree! Walkable distance to Skytree, surrounded by multiple convinence stores and 2 train lines! Make sure to check the instructions on their instagram to navigate your way from the train stations. Perfect size rooms, larger than your typical Japan accommodation.

As bathroom and kitchen is close to the front door, unfortunately you feel the winter draft.
