The location was great! Tokyo Skytree was near therefore no problem with food and transportation. The Oshiage Skytree train station even has direct access to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room, bathroom and the hotel itself were very clean. Though there is neither an early check in nor late check out (you could but you need to pay extra), you can leave your luggage at the front desk which they hold for you in an office room until you check in at 3 pm or claim it when you are about to leave.

Our first room didn't have a comfortable bed, therefore we had to request for another room which was done flawlessly by the staff. The room though is quite small and so with the bathroom. They didn't have the cleaning room tag which you hang outside the door. We had to tell the staff at the reception and one time write a note and leave it at the reception desk for our room to be cleaned. Also, check in and check out times are not the usual or standard times. The check in time is late at 3 pm and the check out time is early at 10 am.

We booked last minute, and the lady at the reception told us that doing it online was cheaper, very sweet of her. Location is great! Close to the Tokyo Skytree and jr/subway station. Raccomended

Not negative cuz we fully expected it, but if it’s your first hotel in Japan, know that most time rooms are quite small. So if you have a lot of luggages, it might be quite tight in the room. Also our bed was a little tight for two people, but we slept just fine.

We liked the accessibility to the train station and skytree, therefore no problem with transportation and food. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is very clean and had a lot of amenities. The neighborhood is not busy and crowded which was very pleasant.

The room and bathroom are quite small but okay for a few days stay. The check in time is kinda late at 3 pm and the check out time is early at 10 am. Not the usual 2 pm and 12 noon standard times. You can extend to 12 noon check out for an additional fee.

I loved the location, convenience to SkyTree I disliked the train station distances, for a big person, coming from the islands, A 5-9 min walks for a train station can be a killer at the end of a long days worth.

We LOVED the location, price, and amenities. The rooms are small but perfect for the value. By far, this location was great. It was quiet enough for people to relax & overcome jet lag. While being busy enough outside to enjoy Sky Tree, the mall, shops & restaurants nearby…

Close to train station and sky tree. Quiet and nice neighbourhood with a big mall and supermarket. Many nice shops and restaurants around. Clean, cozy room. Maybe too small for some but I am okay with it.
