If you looking for a place where you can have an idependet stay, this is it. The price is absolutely great for Asakusa. You can get there directly from the Airport, you have Sumida River at your door. There is the Sensō-ji and the Tokyo Sky Tree in walking distance. Check-In was easy, they even get your luggage in your room for you, when you ask for storage before Check-In-Time. It was quiet at night and I felt save. It was my second or third stay there, I don't remember... but I would stay there everytime again. I felt more independet there as in an hotel and I really like that. It feels more like you rent a flat and live on your own. Since they serve no breakfast I recommend Tomtom Bakery just 5 min walking distance. There you can enjoy delicous pastries and coffee with a view at the Sky Tree.

It's a little bit worn out but it is clean. You can't expect the luxury of a hotel, but there is everything you need including aircondition, amenitys etc. and the staff is really helpful. Some speak very good english.

The location was great. A few minutes walk to the underground station, and Asakusa. Near hotel have 2 convenient store , 1 bakery shop bake fresh evert day so yummy. Bus stop right in front of hotel. The room was tiny but had everything you needed. I will not complain because I think we got a good value for what we paid. It's really good.

The bathroom is a bit outdated. But everything works well. Would be nice if you could have a sitting area just to have a cup of coffee like that.

The location is phenomenal. We took taxis everywhere, it was so cheap. You can get to the center by walk. The proximity to Asakusa is magical, literally 4 minutes by walking. This was the best hotel in terms of location in all 5 times I was in Japan. Also very thorough and high-quality cleaning, the cleaners are very responsive. The staff also amazed with their sympathy. I got sick in the first week, and the staff helped me order a taxi and make an appointment with a doctor.

Of course, the rooms are very, very small. This is a standard situation in Japan. I am 170 cm tall, so I had to spend time in the room in a slight half-bend. For those who come to the room only to sleep, this will not be a problem.

It's 5 minutes walk from asakusa station, and with that you have access to a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and street foods. Check-in was easy and the front desk isn't Japanese so they speak perfect English. Just remember, you need to be there before 10 PM because it isn't self check-in. Building is equipped with elevator, although there's only one we barely waited for it everytime we used it. Room is not too big, so keep in mind if you plan to bring large suitcase. It has space to open the suitcase fully but with no room to move around. Overall it was a nice stay.

Had a pleasant stay at Tabist. I arrived earlier than check-in time, but they let me store my luggage so I can return later on. Instructions were provided, as well as the pin to my room. It's very accessible with Honjo-Azumabashi Station nearby, as well as Asakusa Station. The whole area is peaceful, but has multiple restaurants and as usual choices of convenient stores. Cleaning service is also provided, which I very much appreciate. There are supplies, vending machine, utensils and microwave oven on the 2nd floor. The room is compact, but has everything I needed. The bed is absolutely comfortable, and I had a restful sleep after returning from a day of walking and exploring. If you're watching a concert at Tokyo Dome, this is only 20-30mins away, so it's quite convenient.

The location was great, really close to Asakusa (just across the bridge). What specifically stood out to me about the hotel were the staff - they were friendly, attentive, and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. I dropped my luggage off in the morning and when I returned in the evening they had already put my luggage in my room for me. Also the sink and mirror was outside the bathroom which was pretty useful.

The bathroom was a little small so I kept my arms in a bit when showering, but that was a very minor point to be honest. The sink is outside the bathroom unit which was great, though.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, safe, and amazing location! I loved the view of Sumida River every day as I walked to and back to the hotel from Asakusa station.

I absolutely loved my stay, but just a few things to keep in mind for others: the rooms are rather small so it would not be the most comfortable for people with lots of luggage. The bathroom tub is very small. There is a small trash bin in the room, but I had to dispose of larger items (big paper bags, water bottles) by the trash area on the first floor.

The staff was low key, very polite and helpful. They allowed me to check in early because my room was ready, that was a big deal for me, I had 2 big suitcases. Good amenities. Instead of a key y got a passcode, this made things way easier, less things to carry around, and they give you a code for late entry, that's cool. The staff spoke good English. They have 2 vending machines, one of them sells 🍻. There's a 7-Eleven around the corner, less than 5 min walk. Great location Asakusa station is 15 min walk. AC worked perfectly.

Not a real complain really, but the bed was a bit stiff for my taste
