This is a lovely place, spacious and in a good position for our 8 night stay. Not too far from the station and a subway. our room was a good size with 2 large beds, eating area, small lounge area, kitchenette and a laundry area. The staff are lovely and friendly and speak good English.

The noise from the family in the room above us our last 4 nights was unpleasant with their children running around until 2:30 am to 3:00am. The issue was not resolved despite speaking with staff at reception and this left us feeling frustrated and undervalued as guest. Possible issue caused by wooden floors and not enough sound proof installation so the sound echoed down into our room

Great location near to Toei Asakusa Line (which is direct to Narita and Yokohama). The room is just right for 2-3 pax. For 3 pax, the sofa bed is suitable for heights less than 160cm, otherwise it may be uncomfortable. Pleasant staff.

Sadly didn’t provide fabric conditioner with the washing machine. Would have preferred liquid detergent instead of powder too! Disliked having to bring down my towels to change them. A better system would be to leave the used towels outside the room and new ones hung on the door handle.

We have been in Tokyo twice and so far it is our most favourite place to stay! It is pretty spacious for an apartment in Tokyo, we especially liked division between the sleeping zone and entrance + kitchen area. The room was very clean when we arrived. Very friendly staff at the reception, great english skills! Overall a very quiet place, nice to rest after a long day of walking. Bonus: a vending machine at the reception. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is 5 minutes away from both Asakusa and Ginza lines. Lots of convenience stores nearby. Tokyo Sky Tree is 15 minutes away, and we especially liked to walk in Sumida Park in the morning. Senso-ji Temple is also quite close.

No, everything is great

BON Asakusa was a great condominium stay experience. We mostly explored the neighborhood and the location was an easy walk across the bridge to all the major attractions and Asakusa station. The room and bathroom were very clean and felt newly remodeled. We stayed here towards the end of our trip and the washing machine was a huge plus! Shower room has a handy drying mode to help dry the clothes.

The only complaint was the bed comfort. It was hard and we could feel the springs. An additional mattress topper would help alleviate this feeling. Extra pillows would be helpful as well as the two provided ones are very small and thin.

The location of the place (7 minutes walking to the nearest metro station) and the facilities, including the space, make this place an exceptional stay. The staff speak English and are very friendly, and there is a vending machine in the reception area for drinks. The rooms are very clean and the place is very quiet.

The bed is not the best in terms of comfort but it makes due. There's also limited storage area for clothes so for 2 people it will be a squeeze. The TV in the room is not a smart TV so bring your HDMI cable if you want to watch non-japanese television.

Was so nice to experience a private apartment in Tokyo! We cooked meals, shopped for groceries and took public transport like a local! It is bit of a walk to Asakusa but this didn’t bother us! We walked a lot to either sky tree which looks beautiful from the accom and we walked to Asakusa station just over the bridge. There’s a 7/11 very close for late night cravings. Space was just right for my partner and I. Just be aware that this isn’t like normal hotels so make sure to lock your doors as instructed and read the guide or speak to the lovely staff for help!

After being in small hotel rooms with 2 adults + 2 children, this “apartment” felt massive. The floor map photo shows the layout accurately and while the rooms aren’t huge, the separate spaces were lovely to be able to spread out a little. The fridge is a great size. The wardrobes were great for putting luggage out of sight. The drying room in the bathroom and washing machine meant we were able to wash small loads and have them dry easily.

There was a 7-11 within walking distance which was handy. It was located between two different train stations. But these were all a small walk away. Not really a negative but just not as many handy stores or coffee shops as we had previously had. This was still a great location.

Bon Toyko was in a nice quiet location but close enough to a Konbini (7/11) and a short walk to the station, for it to not feel too remote. If you're in the mood for a bit of a stroll, Tokyo Skytree is about a 15-20 minute walk away, and you can see it as soon as you step outside of your accommodation. The view is beautiful from the street. There are lots of appliances to make use from, such as a washing machine, microwave, jug, fridge and a small freezer area. BON tokyo is also walking distance to Senso-ji Temple, making it easier to get there a bit earlier and avoid the crowds, trying out some of the viral street food without waiting in the long lines. We walked from the accommodation all the way to the Don Quixote at Asakusa and it didnt feel like a long hike at all as we wondered through Nakamise Street and the gardens to the left. The bathroom was also quite spacious, and comes with a small tub.

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable, its a bit thin. It didnt bother me at all, but it might for someone else who has more trouble sleeping.

Location

There are no instructions in English for the use of the toilet, air conditioning, wash machine etc. Everything is in Japanese. Spending time doing google translation. One person ( male) from the reception was not polite. When I have asked him why I can’t pay at the end of our stay , he answered that “here is Japan”, like we didn’t know where we were ( no explanations). We stayed in a room for 4 adults, supposedly 2 double beds, but beds are very narrow, definitely not for 2 adults ( normal people).
